Um, he just burned her alive over and over again until she couldn't regenerate anymore. Same thing that happened to Gluttony after he took too much damage.

Except Gluttony's body didn't disintegrate like Lust.
-
Probably because Mustang continued to light her on fire even after her philosopher's stone ran out of energy.
-
She actually disintegrated right when she was about to kill Roy.
-
@Sandai:

Instantaneous cremation can do that to a person.
-
The best way to describe Greeds regeneration is due to the fact that his powers rely on carbon. Since he was able to make his ultimate shield by making solid carbon, it could stand to reason he uses to carbon in his body to regenerate himself.

This is also supported by the fact that he can't use both at the same time.

Gluttony actually did disintegrate; When father absorbed the Philosopher's stone back into his body, his physical body disintegrated instantly.

Chapter 81-
! Al talks to his dad about something, Olivia talks with the personal she's with about something, lizard dude talks about something and Ed and co. are found out or such
-
Booooooo!
You can make a better spoiler than that can't you?
-
Do I post around these forums like I can read Japanese?
-
btw, do FMA manga come out once every week (you know, chapter I mean)? I saw on wiki that the manga series started on 2002, and if thats so then its going pretty slow.
That apron or whatever it is that Als dad is wearing looks hilarious, can't wait to see how they react to it

It's released monthly but the chapters are longer.

Oh yeah, thats pretty much true (I think the last one was at least 30 pages or something). If thats the case…6 yrs 12 for each yr, so that means its about 82 chapters, but since most likely it was made a little after 2002, then that makes sense)

Sumimasen desu.

I don't know about you guys but I'm loving Ed's new hair style, hope he keeps it like that until the end of the series.

(6 characters)Water under the bridge son, but what the heck; have FMAHQ and ZOMGFTA dropped scanlating the FMA manga?
-
Two groups scanning FMA that's a new one.

(6 characters)Your name is I'm sorry?
EDIT: Awesome chapter. Good to see Ed again.
And the "vintage armor" gag was priceless.

Overall, not a bad chapter:
! Looks like things are wrapping up. Hoenheim is about to come clean, Olivia's getting info on the true objective of the military, and it looks like Lin-Greed hasn't run off yet, meaning he's more loyal than the last Greed. Also, Ed's back and ready to go, which is no surprise there. Could've done without the Winry fanservice (I mean, she is pretty for an anime character, but she's like… 16. That's gross.)

Only bad if your way out of her age range.
-
I didn't mind the Winry fanservice. It was ironically less suggestive then Lust fully clothed. Kind of funny how a female author has a thing for that kind of fanservice (I still think her best was that Granny Pinako gag one.)

You've obviously never read Gensomaden Saiyuki…
-
I still hope that Ling overcomes being Ling-Greed and becomes Ling with a Philosopher's Stone, so that he may someday become the King of Xing.
-
You kidding? That Winry fanservice is what made this long wait worth it. Finally a bathing scene with one of the cutest anime characters in history:wub:
I'm disappointed the service only lasted a couple of pages. -
Ed looks awkwardly like a girl with his hair down.
-
It's usually the ponytail that would have people believe that.
-
Eh, I don't think either look necessarily makes a guy look like a girl.
But he just really, really looks like a girl in that last page.
-

He's always looked a little feminine. He has no facial hair and he's short ducks and slender. Pretty much the only reason we usually know he's a boy is probably because of his clothes. Braided hair isn't really that much more masculine.

Braided hair isn't really that much more masculine.
Especially if it's been braided by a guy.

Any Chapter 82 Raws out yet? Nothing on Mangahelpers…

You should leave and never come back
-
Of course not>.>
The fan-service is a bonus!!!
That's why it's called FAN SERVICE
Service to the fans as a reward for reading and enjoying the manga.
And very grateful fans we are ^_^

Where the crap is that pic of Pinako in a bikini?
-
It's the first page of the extras in…Volume 3, I want to say. There's a little note in the corner that reads 'anti-fan service'.
-
Come to think of it, why IS Winry looking so lovingly at a big, metal wrench?
I wonder what OTHER uses she has for something that long and satisfying?:ninja:

@Lobster:
Hence FMA ending #3
How can anyone even stand that ending? It's the worst one out of the four. :wassat:
IMO, #2 (The Other Side of the Door)
. -
@The:

Actually I thought it was pretty cool. Kind of creepy with all of the checkered puddles and stuff. And she's walking in and out of the books with the dog. It's pretty
My least favorite would have to be ending #4. I still like it, it's just not as spectacular as the others.

I liked ending 3 as well. I agree it's imaginative.
I think 2 is my favorite though.
