You mean.. if Lurk has the volume releases or weekly?
Because they have it volume. It's on Mirrors.

@Rai:
Because the ants are STUPID.
And because the King wanna do it with an ugly girl. And don't forget he's still in the development stage, his ability is to receive the abilities of everything he eats.Perhaps they're overpowered because they're made of every best point of every animal on the territory of a whole fucking island? His body is mainly a body that can survive in any environment no matter what.
I think you misunderstand. What I was trying to say was that a really powerful Nen user, I can't remember his name but I think his ability was to go to rooms or something, simply felt the Nen of the ants, and was scared shitless. Now, that's a lot of power. If Gon and Killua could beat that, well, I'd like to see that explanation. I mean, it's not even clear if they are at the same level as the Ryodan is. And that bitch cat mutilated my schyte guy. MY SCYTHE GUY.

thats the entire reason they're not just rushing in balls 1st and have a plan that involves stealth and the strongest nen move amongst them
What Taleran said basically.
I take it the butterfly dude is more of a psychological enemy, and that the moth dude is Rein', so both fit right in with their matchups.
The only problem is said Nef. Who's facing Gon and Killua. But don't forget there's still the plan Togashi skipped on, it must serve as quite a surprise if it isn't known to us yet. Killua's not the type to rush in with no fucking damn good plan [even after unspell'd].
And then again~ my personal theory is that a Royal will sacrifice himself for the King [did he decide on a name yet? I forgot..] after a conflict with the Gun-Gi bitch.

Personally, I want to see the Royals duke it out in some traditional fights with the hunters. I really want to see want to see what they're capable of in actual fights.
EDIT:Wow, my post sure came out redundant…ah well.

I agree with what you and taleran said.
and the kings name is mureum if I m not wrong, I hope some one will tell him when they fight.
And I also think that Gon (and Killua) are exponentially growing in strenght (nen-strenght) –> what i mean is that I m sure that Gon is now able to trample over gensuru the bomber for example.
---> and there is a meaning for this growth , I think Jin is waiting for Gon to do something he couldn't do. --> I think that gon is going to be THE best nen-user on earth.
I even have a theory about Gon --> I think his mother isn't human (maybe one of the reasons the cameleon-guy thought he was a monster)

Bestiality? in my HunterXHunter? No thanks.

Killua will be right in front of him. And will stay there forever.
Don't forget Killua is the main character exactly like Gon is. Hell, he got 1st vote in most of the popularity polls.
WeAllEatFood:
Traditional fights huh.. I don't really think they can pull it off. They denied reinforcement even when Morau's half dead and Novu's gonna sacrifice even Netero so he could escape from those fuckers.

Hey, I can hope, right? I at least want to see Gon fight cat girl(boy?),
even if he gets outside help from killua or someone else. What can I say,
the fights in this arc have left me anxious for more.
That and the only reason he didn't meet Ging already is that he brought killua with him. at the end of GI.
So I don't think Ging is waiting for him to do something, since he would have already met him if he didn't use accompany.
Bestiality? in my HunterXHunter? No thanks.
Why not if it is some humanoid creature.
Don't tell me Zazan (that ant-queen) wasn't fckable.

Hmmmmmm since when was popularity the mean to point out main characters??
And I never said he would become useless, but if Gon wants to find his father he'll be forced to quit Killua or else Jin (I will use Ging from now on) will never want to meet him.
But you can't deny that their growth is not normal , they are now fighting on par with morau and knuckle –-> this is not normal for kids.
We may say that 90% of nen-users are weak (those players in GI , 1star hunter tseguhara, etc..)
The other 10% must have trained like hell and are all adults, Gon and Killua are already there fighting with netero (supossedly the best nen-user)
That and the only reason he didn't meet Ging already is that he brought killua with him. at the end of GI.
So I don't think Ging is waiting for him to do something, since he would have already met him if he didn't use accompany.
And what does it prove –> he already had to wait for 12 years or more , what will, waiting some more, change. --> nothing.
Exactly it's because he needs him for something important, that he didn't want someone else to butt in.
Idk. I always hated that "I pretended to love you to use you" thing in anime.(reason I'm losing interest in 666 satan).
I really hope Ging just has different values, and didn't want Gon to be dependent on friends or something.(the way he worded it in the reception girls flashback suggests that to me)
and yea, I use "Ging" because that is how it was spelled in a GI book I believe, and there is no "J" in "Greed island"
Ok I understand what you mean, but who is saying Ging loves his child, everything tends to prove the opposite (hunters are greedy people, you remember)
Yeah I know Ging is the correct spelling
I was used to Jin but I said I will use Ging instead because it is the correct one.
Well Im on volume 22, and I'm loving it.
I'm going to ration it now though, since I don't get to read HXH for possibly another 2 months. I don't wanna read it all in a week and then still be fuzzy about the series 2 months later.

gon is a hunter, remember?
I dunno, I don't like the idea that he wants him to find him by himself so no one will see him eat his child or some shit.
Until I see evidence otherwise, I'm assuming he wants to meet his son only if his son can find him or whatever. I mean whats his name found him, and would have told him where he was if he asked. I think people are over thinking this.
Ging never said that he didn't love anyone
he said he chose to do something that he wanted over something that he should've nothing more
hahahahahahahha
ok I ll try to make you understand:
You have a dad –-> he left home when you are a baby --> 20 years later he comes back and tells you : You know kid I have more important things in my life, you don't count ------->
would you be happy and dance with your father or would you assume he doesn't love you and hate him for that.
I don't see how that has anything to do with Hunter though.
COnsidering Gon has never met his dad.
Hey, I can hope, right? I at least want to see Gon fight cat girl(boy?),
even if he gets outside help from killua or someone else. What can I say,

Outside help from Killua?
Killua's fighting with him. Plus there's that attack [Godspeed? I forgot] that he came up with when he bathed in blood.
I wanna see Kaito's other weapons though~ but I'm not sure, is he still alive even after the doll thingy leaves him? Or is it doomed already?
That and the only reason he didn't meet Ging already is that he brought killua with him. at the end of GI.
So I don't think Ging is waiting for him to do something, since he would have already met him if he didn't use accompany.
No, in that case Togashi would've thought of another excuse.
Common sense.
Why not if it is some humanoid creature.
Don't tell me Zazan (that ant-queen) wasn't fckable.
Ging married Mito's sister.
Hmmmmmm since when was popularity the mean to point out main characters??
And I never said he would become useless, but if Gon wants to find his father he'll be forced to quit Killua or else Jin (I will use Ging from now on) will never want to meet him.
The whole point in the series is that Gon wants to force his meeting on Ging. Ging never wanted to meet him to begin with.
But you can't deny that their growth is not normal , they are now fighting on par with morau and knuckle –-> this is not normal for kids.

Their growth isn't quite normal, yeah. But don't push it. Biske reached their levels in her twenties, and Knuckle is AT LEAST on Kaito's level. Morau's 100% is not even worth explaining.
Give them 1 more year and they're catched up with Knuckle [1 year later's Knuckle].
But anyway, don't go and think they're absolute. Their potential is 1:1M, but not completely godly. I'm sure Netero and the likes [including Ging, Zaoldyeck, Ryodan etc.] are close/the same.
hahahahahahahha

I wish you stopped thinking that way. What exactly do YOU know about Ging's story? What do you know about his reasonings?
I mean whats his name found him, and would have told him where he was if he asked. I think people are over thinking this.
Exactly, it's not that hard. If given a little time Gon can catch up. Don't forget that Gon has other goals in his life too, mainly to be strong and remain with Killua.
Yahooo I like that one-against-all feeling:
Ok I won't bother anymore, cause you all have your own reasoning.
I just want to rectify one thing –> I don't think It was ever stated in the manga that Mito's sister is Gon's mom.
It was an Anime only thing: although I never understood why they did it.
Didn't Togashi have his stand in the anime too?

To prevent bestiality theories. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Mito and Ging were cousins.
Damn, how many things did I forget here? ><
@Rai:
Damn, how many things did I forget here? ><
Well, in a vast series like HxH, it's pretty easy to forget some small details.
Mito and Ging were cousins.
To add to that, Mito doesn't have siblings. If I remember correctly Gon's great-grandmother said: Ging was the only son of her first son and Mito was the only daughter of her second son.
Oh, I shall reread. I shall reread..
Can anyone tell me the equivalent to the end of Greed Island? Like right when Killua and Gon are transported to that place to meet that guy..forgets his hame
You mean to continue from the anime? 185 if I'm not mistaken..
The middle of 185. I think.
No, in that case Togashi would've thought of another excuse.
Common sense.
What?
My point was that if Gon didn't use accompany, but the card that transports a single person, he would've met his dad.
It's not like hunter is dungeons and dragons, and the Hunter people are real. So if gon didn't use accompany, Togashi would have rolled his 32 sided dice to transport him back to start.
If Gon had used that other card, he would've met his dad. Reason he didn't is his personality and that's how the story was written, and how we are supposed to see it.
So I don't think Ging has some purpose for Gon. Apparently Ging just didn't want him to bring friends because that would be cowardly in his eyes.
If you realize that then everything is fine. What I meant is, it's no use thinking about Ifs because that'll never happen anyway. If not this way, then there would be a different excuse.
@Rai:

i think togashi won't even bother ending HxH the right way. i'm pretty sure that after the fight against Cell, he will rush the end in 1 volume like he did with yu yu hakusho and that will be it. then in 3 years, he'll start a new manga, which will be amazing for the first 10 volumes then become annoying again…
That thought scares me. Don't scare me!
Seriously, I don't know what's going in his mind if he doesn't want such a perfect manga to finish perfectly too. Something is wrong in his brain.
Oh yeah do you guys think it s worth it to read yu yu hakusho?
can someone give me a brief description?
And if he ends HxH I won't blame him even though this universe is one of the best power-wise –> I mean : nen is one of the best explained powers I ve ever read in a shonen manga.
So even if he stops HxH I hope that they start to make spin offs ( games , ovas , ... )
just like star wars (kotor 1 and 2 are great stories I think)
Oh yeah do you guys think it s worth it to read yu yu hakusho?

Watch the anime instead.
The manga's art, to put it lightly, was pretty terrible, and the anime actually improves on some of the fights.

I didn't really like YYH's anime. I liked the manga much more.
If you were to ask if you should watch it on top of anything else, I'd actually say no. If you're waiting for something as thought out and psychology-ish as HxH then you're off.
Ah so there is an anime. well thanks
although I won't have the time to download and watch them
and I like manga much more then anime.
I m gonna do some research and see, I m currently out of manga, so I ll have to search for new titles.
Ps.: Ah ok thanks Rai for the info
@Rai:

There is in terms of the story. You're thinking like Gon had a choice in the matter, and that if he chose the other card, togashi would have made something else up to keep him from meeting his father.
My point was that if Gon, in the story had chosen the other card, he'd have met his dad, and that's that. That is what Togashi was showing us when we saw the receptionist girl's flash back.
I was saying this in response to "Ging wants Gon to do something before meeting him" which I believe to be untrue as he would have met him had done one thing different.
Yes I know Gon wasn't going to meet his dad then, but I do believe Togashi was using tragic irony. We know that he would have met him if he didn't bring killua, but he doesn't, and I'm using that as my proof that I don't think Ging is leading him on a journey to save the world as he attempts to meet him.
and I'm using that as my proof that I don't think Ging is leading him on a journey to save the world as he attempts to meet him.
I see.
I support you then. All the way down there.
Ayyyyyye I wanna move on to a little speculation I thought of about how it's gonna happen.
First off, there are 2 ants currently that are STILL unknown [marked as '?' in that situation map and explained later]. The nen eraser and ability giver.
If I'm right, Palm should've taken one of them [pick one] as a minimum and hid, waiting for help. She's not in Novu's shape though. And although I don't think she'll escape with Octopus successfully just like that, I'm forced to stay with it because I can't think of anything else.
Morau takes out the other one after a little tough fight, and goes down as soon as a Royal comes in, being exhausted.
Then, like I said before, after some rolls in and events a Royal sacrifices himself for the king. Making that 2 on 4 and Netero vs. King.
But darn this arc is good. I mean, this is the first time ever I actually am not 100% of the good guys' victory. The king is going down, that's for sure, but god help me if I get what else is going to happen before and after that.
EDIT:
Holy shit, I actually went and forgot Zitoh. Someone fill in on that :s
the ability giver is already known , it's shaupufu or something , the royal guard with the butterfly wings.
I am more interested to see what is gonna happen when Gon and/or Knuckle know of the existence of that gun-ji woman –-> imagine a scene where she tries to protect the king or where the king gets hurt because he wanted to save her from collateral dammage or something.....
What will happen then.
I think she will play a huge role in this battle.
And I am also interested in "that friend" netero went to see. Maybe he' ll come too , as we know the predicting capacity of netero exist , he could've predicted that novu (the teleport guy) will break and won't fight.
Like with one piece, hunter is one of those series I think you can't accurately speculate about.
the ability giver is already known , it's shaupufu or something , the royal guard with the butterfly wings.
Wait, really?! Seriously?! When?! How?!
Holy shit shit shit.
Shit shit.
Then indeed that messes up eve-OMG
Replace Zitoh with imaginary ability giver I invented!
Yay.

Is the cause of my 'Royal sacrifices himself for King'.
I don't think she'd influence the King in the fighting, because then Netero will have obvious advantage.
No one will want that.

I dunno if he's gonna do anything.. more like, he's gonna have an ability that will serve the team some good striking chances, and a way of sneaking in [he doesn't know of Perfect Plan dude]. That is, if he's gonna come.
~tony-kun:
That's what makes it fun speculating~ you can only be right out of pure luck, but MAN am I gonna rub it on people if I'm right.

Hahaha well Zitoh told Morau after their battle.
And don't mind the forgetfulness, I have read HxH like a hundred times and this in 2 languages so I don't think something has passed me by.
well I've just finished re-reading it up to 248 (right after Morau vs. Zitoh)
and my God I love this manga, and its amazing all the little things you forget about that rock, from the Chimera Koala that appears on 2 pages, to Kaito's amazing weapon, to Knuckle and Dodgeball goddamn.
and the more that appears about the Ryodan the more I like the group
I agree with you so much.. wipes a tear
I really really wanna see Kaito's other weapons. ESPECIALLY the 'good one' that showed up against Pitou but looked extremely pathetic. Though, I don't know if Togashi will bother with them. Normally I'd expect someone like him to have all weapons ready before they're on paper, but with how he abandoned the story it's not really hard to say he used minimal thinking capabilities.
!
why are they so awesome, I love how clear the remastered volume art is
Unfortunately, I was not blessed enough to have read the Chimera Arc in remastered form. My perception of the arc would've been better had I read the version with better art. Still, says alot about the series when I loved the arc, despite the shit art.
So, any possibility of the OVA series continuing once the manga gets back on track?
Well I can't imagine there being any plans at this point, but I wouldn't doubt it.
Still not getting the huge Ryodan love though. XD
Yea, cool moment Taleran, but not nearly as powerful as SO many other scenes.
Of course this is all my opinion.
You know for me the ryodan = trouble.
–-> How is Togashi gonna handle it:
Who s gonna die Kurapika or Ryodan
Who s gonna die Hisoka or Kuroro
And as we know how easy Togashi kills characters
I am afraid of those clashes.
I even wanted to see more of uvoguine , he was an interesting guy but I think this is what makes this series great you can't assume someone is gonna survive just because he s popular or something (only Gon and Killua of course).
