I haven't read all thread so someone could already suggest it. Oda showed us all or most of first islands in routes after FI, so there is possibility that Strawhats will land on one of those islands after their adventures on FI.

Did everyone over estimate Bellamy or are we assuming these guys are more powerful than could really be the case?

When I read about them being called "Rookies", it reminded me of Rockstar. If I recall correctly he was also called "Rookie". So I thinking, maybe on the first island in New World there will be representatives of all emperors asking to join their side. Some may accept invitation and later be weaker opponents in fights with emperors. Others (like Strawhats) may go their own way. Also some of them may be used to show strength of new characters (like: admiral, Reilly, Jinbei).

To add to that, Mito doesn't have siblings. If I remember correctly Gon's great-grandmother said: Ging was the only son of her first son and Mito was the only daughter of her second son.
