Chopper seems to have one lower tooth and Luffy appears to be missing his top teeth.
Bon-chan is also missing some hairs on one of his legs. (and Usopp doesn't look so hot, too.)

Of course! oo" This guy was in the Lucchi flashback… episode 305. He was talking to the king before little Lucchi arrived (the kind looked retarded, too)... Some of the soldiers (Lucchi's little victims!) in this episode were poorly drawn as well.
