@Jakisuaki:
Nakashima's directing is solid, too bad the same can't be said for everything else.
70% of this episode was stillframes, flapping mouths, panned composited still images and walk cycles.
The additional Brook and Chopper scenes were a mixed bag, the submarine stuff was nice but having Chopper eat cotton candy killed the tension and felt like cheap product placement. Honestly.
I don't have much else to say, it felt like a rushed sloppy mess held together by good directing.
I watched it on time and I don't think 70% of this episode were still frames, flapping mouths or something lol, and indeed these were Nakashima's directing idea too.
The animation was really great in this episode IMO, and I guess I can say it safely that this episode had much more sheets than 3500. From the production quality it might also have a very good schedule.

I personally think #846 was much better than #839 and #841. I didn't like the tea party part that much, but after the tea party I think the production team refreshed themselves again (from #843 and except for #845).
EDIT: Well, I was a bit late so I didn't watch the first few minutes of the episode when I was watching it online. But after watching the whole ep and I have to say that the first few minutes were weaker than other parts.
