Big Mom is pretty open about her villainy, cares very little about actual money(didn't care when she learned she was losing a lot or when Luffy offered her some), and is really into family and amassing power. Carmel was crafty, selfish and was shipping out power for wealth. If she is in there she doesn't do much aside from pushing Big Mom own flaws.

I don't think it's impossible but I'm unsure why Carmel would do it with so little of her left(just to f**k with Linlin or it failed?) or why Oda would do it(he never cared about making the bad guy suddenly be good before).

I imagine we could have some of the kids still alive shipped by cp0 that would have killed Carmel in front of a delighted Big Mom but I don't see Oda using Carmel as a explanation but rather as a lesson.

I wonder what's up with Napoleon and Zeus. Are both amnesiac or just Napoleon? Or do they their memory but were reverted to 5 years personality making them(Napoleon) play along?

I doubt that, Napoleon wasnt around as LinLin was a child. So he basically couldnt have the memories of back then. He was the last homie to be created and it just was made as Big-Mom was well in her 40s already. The whole homie thing is confusing though i will give you that. We just can wait what Oda comes up with lol. Also i hope in next chapter we see at least a little bit of action with LinLin and the others xD

So…are Brulee and Broye twins now or not?

Makes me wonder which Birth Number she has, there are lot of spaces she can take over seeing as we only knew a few Sisters. I am surprised though that Custard is female, i really thought it would be that Antler Guy shrug Aside of that this episode was awesome, way better than last week, and Brulee was gold as always x3(i am a little biased sorry)

Did the credits mentioned Compote's voice actor by any chance? I think i heard her before already but i can't put my finger on it.

They didn't even showed the full chapter 869 in this episode, there was a few things missing. So i guess they dropped the one chapter per episode again? Else the episode was alright but the germa change was way too long…it's a shame that the whole budget (nearly) got up for this trashy transformation...

With quite a few members trying to piece together Big Mom's family tree, I thought it might be fun to have some sort of visual aid.

I didn't include any ages that haven't been confirmed, and the order for many of the children is also unconfirmed, but we know how many sons and daughters Big Mom has in total so I just set them all out first.
I'll fill in the spaces and rearrange accordingly as we learn more about the family, but I hope this will help with visualisation for the moment.

Nusstorte, Myukuru, and the younger kids aren't included yet because I don't know where to put them.

Makes me wonder if Joconde and Brownie are twins giving their position on this chart here…they look similar to each other but on the other hand this has nothing to say with Oda's way of drawing people lol. Also i think Amande came before Opera and the Quintuplets as she was listed before Opera and Cracker on Volume 88 so she would be around 47 i assume.

Pretty confusing that Compote now suddenly is back in WCI, wasn't she and the other guy after the Sun Pirates? It feels we jumped a whole chapter in a way…information wise that is. At least we can now imagine that Brulee is honest about her feelings for Katakuri and really loves him as her big brother, not like her shallow little sister Flampe xD. I loved the way this fight ended, for me it's a draw as well which is more than okay. Also sad we haven't seen a flashback of Katakuri, would have been nice. Wonder how thin Big-Mom is by now...
