@RomanceDawn:
Ah Mr Ou, you'll do well around here I'm sure.
Judge was crying and ate some humble pie after the betrayal and Sanji saving him. Judge's dreams and ideals are already partially crushed after loosing out on the deal with Big Mom but I don't think the brothers come out of this unscathed after the things they did. Doesn't mean Sanji has to beat them into submission himself as he could potentially handle someone(physically) that they could not.
Germa will be there backing up the Straw Hats to get the cake to Big Mom but if she indeed goes limp from starvation how do you expect them to react? Willingly allow Big Mom's life to be saved after what she intended to do with them? Just as I figured Capone would want to capitalize on this situation I feel like Germa would as well, especially if Judge comes to. All of them besides Reiju look down on him feeding people as it is right?
Or maybe there will be no further friction with the Vinsmokes from here on out. No validation of Sanji's physical strength which was the number one reason he was cast out of the family.
And which top ministers did they take out? Legit question.
We have to differentiate between Germa and Judge, just like we should differentiate between Akainu and the Navy. Germa is a 300+ year old kingdom/military, and we still have to discover what happened with Sora in the comic book, their history, VP, etc… Why would a sweet woman like Sora marry an asshole like Judge? Is Judge really that selfish, considering he wants to uphold the honor of his ancient kingdom? Could it be a case of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"?
To say Sanji will wreck them, as if though Germa's only plot significance is to make Sanji look good when he has bigger fish to fry (or cakes to bake), is nonsense. With them certainly attending the Reverie, and Oda still to reveal Judge's connection to Caesar/VP, Sora, 300+ year old kingdom, you are pigeonholing them into side characters.

Except have you once seen Judge or any of the Vinsmokes call Sanji a weakling, ever since he became a pirate? That's not the issue.
The issue is he doesn't act like royalty, and he loves to serve people, which is the opposite of royalty. This is the entire point Oda is hammering with this cake nonsense. Sanji being weak hasn't ever been mentioned since the reunion. In fact, they were hoping he became like them once he got a bounty. They're only teasing for caring for others. Little do they know, by serving Straw Hats, they're slowly changing into the people they looked down upon. That's their character change.
