Got the Genesect clones thanks to Chpollastrini.
Four of them are up for the share for Forums.
Two of which Hekti and Bond en Avant has requested.
I have the next three days off of work so I'll be online and message you ;)

I'll be online for today if any one's willing to trade today :)
So Dito is now in the game and I got lucky and catched (a weak) one today in the morning <3
Sounds like on Dec 12 they'all either announce or release an update to add the Johto Pokémon.
Cool timing as I finally caught all the US available Pokémon outside of Dragonite and Charizard, though I just need to walk hundreds of kilometers to get them. Maybe that'll be my goal before the 12 (though I heard there's apparently a walking limit per day).
I'm feeling really nostalgic for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky lately.
5DI'm feeling really nostalgic for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky lately.
Let me get in on some of this nostalgia.

I don't think any of the latter installments have surpassed explorers or even rescuers.
With Santa Hat Pikachu, the promise of the gen 2 babies, the type badge progression for improved capture, the improved nearby feature, the fact that I want to cast down the three red gyms next block out of their dragon fueled hubris, that Gen 2 is around the corner with Heracross, scyzor, espeon, houndoom and tyranitar, and that the winter in Barcelona isn't too harsh, I'm playing pokemon go again.
Just a reminder. Don't forget to grab the event meloetta which expires on 24th of December via wi-fi
Does anyone have a spare Meloetta from the event?
I totally forgot that it ended on saturday and I really wanted one :(
I'm just gonna tag onto that because I also forgot about this event. :/
Meloettaa :((
If someone by any chance is willing to trade theirs, I can offer almost every legendary and loads of bright shiny pkmn :)
Question on Pokémon GO, as someone who just recently got a phone that can play it. What's the deal with the radar? I can understand when they point out a nearby location, like it's at a pokestop, but does anyone know what it means when it says I can find this Pokémon "in the wild"?
In the wild means a Pokémon is nearby, but not near any Pokestop.
In the wild means a Pokémon is nearby, but not near any Pokestop.
That what I thought it might mean. Thanks for confirming. I just need to figure out why my phone won't connect to the internet away from wifi and maybe I can attempt to find them :p
Pokemon Snap is now on the Wii U virtual console, holy shiiiiiit.
http://pokemongolive.com/en/post/johto-pokemon/
Over 80 new pokemon and new features!

You know what that means? We MIGHT maybe possibly sort of get GOLD AND SILVER ON VIRTUAL CONSOLE (hopefully)!
It seems Magikarp is getting his own game.

The gen 2 update for Pokemon Go came out today. I've already caught Crobat and Sneazel! :)
I ahd enough eevee to evolve 2 of them to Espeon and Umbreon so that's cool. Also nabbed a Marill and Hoppip that were right next to my house.
u know what pisses me off about the update? Sure, they gave u new customization options… for a price.

At least the new evolutionary items don't cost money.
Pokemon go, you can't be loved. They claim that they don't want trades online, just nearby, OK.
If I were to go to Japan, with my mime squad, then why the fuck would I trade for farfetchs if I can just go and get them??? This is worthless.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Like going to buy sand at the desert.
Anyone still playing Pokemon Go? I was just wondering if it would be possible, to give someone of the US my Login Dates to get the land-exclusive pokemons? Or is this considered cheating? They made a note, that trading would not be over the world, instead you would need to trade with someone standing next to you… Which killed my hopes to get the exclusives ones….

I've heard they ban you for doing that. Gamefreak wants you to "do the right thing" and spend thousands of dollars to travel all across the globe. :/
I'm pretty sure there will be a 'Catch the Region Exclusives' Event someday. At least I hope so

You should be fine, considering it's based on Google log in info. It'd be no different than if you moved to the US and got a new phone, so you shouldn't have an issue with doing that.
On that note I'm also not playing Go anymore, and haven't since about October. I just got fed up with Niantic's lack of communication with the fans on the many technical problems with the game. Just things from it crashing every other time I would try to open it, having 5 minute bans on gyms because the game things my GPS is half a mile away, and them implementing the speed limit which limits you to only walking. I realized that I just simply wasn't having fun since the only things to do was catch Pokemon(which was boring when I had 130 of my Dex done and they removed any tracker) and fight gyms(which was getting tedious when it became impossible to get items with the speed limit).
new game from Pokemon called Magikarp Jump on iOS right now..its basically raising and catching magikarp

Yet another Pokemon Mobile game. This time it's in the Pokemon Rumble style.
Looks like it's basically Pokemon Rumble World
Is this the right place to ask if anyone would be interested on a trade?
I have Alpha Sapphire and can send nearly any pokemon from ORAS, except legendaries, and have several starters from other regions. I have spare Dittos too.
Mostly I´m looking for specific pokemon, but feel free to suggest whatever you can offer from gen 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6
I´m MAINLY looking for ghost types, ESPECIALLY the Gastly family.
Pokemon Direct tomorrow: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/nintendo_direct/20170606/index.html
! Time for Pokemon STARS reveal, full reveal at E3.
Pokemon Go is holding an event in Chicago. Tickets go on sale June 19th, and certain hotels are offering discounts for the event.
How much are you willing to spend on a free mobile game?
I'll never check how much money I've wasted on blizzard.
! Later this summer, gyms will no longer be based on Prestige. Instead, gyms will now only allow a maximum of six Pokemon, and only one of each type (so you’ll no longer see gyms filled with nothing but Gyarados and Dragonite, as only one of each is allowed per gym).
! Instead of starting with the weakest Pokemon first, players will now battle Pokemon in the order they were placed in the gym. Gyms will also become places where you can get items, allowing you to spin a photo disc like you do at PokeStops and receive items in return.
! The first major change comes in the form of a new motivation system. Pokemon placed in gyms will have heart meters that grow and deplete, representing their motivation. Pokemon will now lose CP over time as they’re defeated and their motivation lowers. Players on the same team as the Pokemon in gyms will be able to feed them berries in order to raise their motivation and keep them powerful. Once a Pokemon’s motivation is completely drained, it will leave the gym and return to its trainer.
! Players will also earn new gym badges for battling, giving berries to Pokemon in gyms, and spinning a gym’s photo disc. As you earn badges at higher levels, you'll receive more rewards and items at gyms.
! The next major new addition to Pokemon Go is raid battles, fulfilling the promise seen way back in the game’s original trailer. Now, certain gyms will have an egg and a timer above them, indicating that a raid battle is about to begin. Once the raid begins, either in a private lobby or with random nearby trainers, you’ll be able to team up (even with members of a different team) to take down a massively powerful raid boss Pokemon as a group. A Raid Pass will be needed to participate in a raid. You’ll earn one free one per day by spinning a disc at a gym, or can buy additional Premium Raid Passes from the shop.
! If you succeed at beating a raid battle within five minutes, you’ll have a chance to catch the raid boss Pokemon (but will only be able to use Premiere Balls given to you at the end of the battle). Along with Premiere Balls, you’ll receive new unique items at the end of a raid including Golden Razz Berries (which make it even easier to catch Pokemon, or can fully restore a Pokemon’s motivation in gyms) and Rare Candy (which becomes an extra candy for any Pokemon you use it on). New Charged TM and Fast TM items will also be added, which allow you to permanently teach one of your Pokemon a random new move.
Pokemon GO is getting a huge update overhauling Gyms and adding in Raid battles
It all sounds pretty cool.

Potentially cool, yeah. Raid battles give you the chance to catch exclusive Pokemon (legends?) that can only be caught with Premiere Balls. In the main games, Premiere Balls can only be acquired from stores after spending a certain amount of money, so I'm worried that Pokemon Go will require players to spend real cash on them.

Last paragraph in my spoiler quote explains that. They are given at the end of the raid battle.
So, the pokemon go fest? Was canceled by technical issues.
Kind of disappointed, but I was already tired, and they didn't roll the two earlier global rewards.

It's not cancelled, but this happened:
The CEO of Niantic got up on stage to apologize for the technical issues and got booed.
Edit: It's kind of cancelled. They refunded all tickets and gave everybody a hundred dollar Pokemon Go gift card, as well as a Lugia.
I don't know what it's like where you guys live, but the turnout for Legendary raids has been way higher than I expected. I don't live in a big city, I'm out in the suburbs, and every Legendary raid draws like 40-50 people, more at the beginning of the week for each of Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres. I thought the game was dead out where I live, but just dormant I guess. And while people have complained about Legendaries being too hard to catch, I managed to get all four without too much trouble, and again, I still haven't spent any real cash on this thing.
This current Legendary run ends on August 14, and with the Japan event happening that day, I wonder if they're going to launch straight into Ho-Oh and the three dogs for the following three weeks or if they're going to hold onto them for later. Might as well strike while the iron's hot and run this thing right through to the end of summer, maybe even cap off the whole thing with a Mewtwo week. Gen 3 has about as many legendaries as Gen 1 and 2 combined so if they release Gen 3 in, say, February like they did Gen 2, they can do this all over again next summer.

They're most likely going to tie the dogs and Ho-oh into the next Go-fest, but technical issues and that impending lawsuit mean we'll probably see the Safari Zone event first.
Yah, I had to do tons of moltres raids to get one, but it was because it was deceptively far away and I keept failing to hit it.
But tons of people show up to the raids regularly, and I have kangaskhan and unown P.
Gen 3 has been added to the code base, so expect it within the next three months.
But what about DeVito?!
http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/10/17/detective-pikachu-movie-rumored-to-be-eyeing-these-four-action-stars
The Rock? Seriously?
Pikachu is not a rock type.
all of those voices coming out of a Pikachu would just make the movie unintentionally funny.
The Hoenn dex medal has been added to Pokemon Go.
So we're getting the Gen 3 Ghosts starting tomorrow and the rest of Gen 3 starts rolling out in December. Nice.
I got an EX Raid Pass in the latest wave of tests so very much looking forward to getting Mewtwo tomorrow :)
After not playing the game since December, I decided to try Go out again since the Gen 3 ghosts arrived(And since I went from a 64gb phone to a 128, meaning Go wasn't bumped anymore for storage priority).
So this was my first experience with gyms since the update which I believe happened in the summer. Man was this a much needed redo of the system. I mean I'm still not a huge fan over the battle mechanics(and a dozen other things in this game), but they at least were able to say "yeah, the old system really didn't work".
I'm a delivery driver, and while my town has plenty of stops and gyms, the real gold mine is the local College near me that I deliver pizza to. Having to drive super slow(due to NY state police being all around campus) let me rack up a ton of candies on the Gravler I've had as my buddy, which should be able to evolve to Golem in a day or two. But the campus has over a dozen gyms, and two dozen pokestops all within about a mile radius. So after dropping off a delivery, I'll pull over at one of the gyms taken that have a spot open, pop in a Pokemon, and go on with my work.
I worked from Sunday until 1 am monday and was able to collect coins from 5 Pokemon I had in gyms there. Pretty much it works out fantastic because while I'm popping in a Pokemon at a gym and leaving to go home(about 3 miles away from the school), there are plenty of people playing there until 5 am. So far in the 4 days I've been playing, I've been able to hit the 50 coin a day max. It's a vast improvement over the old system of needing to spent dozens of items just to beat one gym, get in it, and likely lose my place in it by the time I get Pokemon in other gyms. With the old method, it usually wasn't beneficial in the long run since the amount of items it would take to POSSIBLY get into enough gyms to collect, would be offset by the costs of potions and revives I would need to buy.
I do wish they'd add more content in the game aside from gyms and catching. If they could do like a "Pokemon Amie" in Go, that would be great. If you could use the AR feature to take your existing Pokemon and "let them out" of their Pokeball and interact with them. Would make it actually feel like "Pokemon in real life" instead of the digital equivalent to a book full of dead butterflies.

I'd advise saving up as many coins as possible for the full Hoenn launch (which will probably be in January). They gave a 50% discount on Pokemon storage increases when Johto launched but the sale only lasted a week.
