So for the 10th Anniversary, it looks like they're releasing 3 recap films…
Oh, and a 3rd season titled "Lelouch of the Resurrection".
Hopefully it won't suck.
Ah Code Geass. One of the best first seasons of anime I've watched. Those first 25 episodes are some amazing shit.
That damn second season though. Got way into the stupid anime tropes of. "I will remake the world to suit my insane philosophical needs"
All I know, all they we know is this.
Pizza Hut's head office is high fiving the shit out of each other right now.
I remember watching this several years ago, but now I vaguely remember the plot besides a few character deaths and the ending. I know that I loved it due to being one of the first darker and philosophically complex anime I saw as a kid that was not a typical action-shonen. I definitely need to rewatch it to reevaluate its quality and prepare for a continuation.
I watched the first and second season when they aired like 8 years ago and never looked at them again ever since
which means I forgot almost everything I know about this show & I don't feel like rewatching them
so unless I hear some good stuff about the third season I will probably skip it
Well, I dunno what they can go on after season 2 ending.
Unless of course something to do with C.C immortality that by the way was the only complete bullshit that I didn't get it at all outside of the double helix thing.
From what I remember the first season was good then the second season went off the rails. Like they had to end each episode with a cliffhanger, no matter how dumb.
Thinking about it, season 2 was like a lot like the Cartoon Network reboots lately. They know the show is popular so they try to give us more of the "cool stuff" we want, turning it into a shell of its former self.
Watched a couple of the spin-off movies but lost interest. The franchise as a whole tries too hard to be cool and hip while at the same time wants to be taken seriously.
A third season? The phrase "what could possibly go wrong?" comes to mind.
MORE ANIMATED PIZZA. Yesssss
Only thing that matter is
WAS THE DRIVER LULU AFTER ALL?

Head director told us HE WAS DEAD!
What are these lies and deceits? Was lure of revenue more powerful than stab through chest? Or maybe it was code all a long…
Well at least you can say this series pulled Aizen before Aizen himself ever did.

I will laugh if that long step by step theory
! of the Code transfer between Charles to Lelouch while in the Jupiter dimension thing actually pans out. The frame by frame analysis was at least entertaining to read.
Do you guys hear it?… There, faintly in the distance...
A cow is getting milked.:ninja:
more like a dead horse being beaten
All I hear is more pizza dough getting pounded.
@Count:
All I hear is more pizza dough getting pounded.
Is that what they're calling it these days?

Wow, that does really sound way dirtier than it should. xD
And yeah, we live in a time where absolutely no franchise, if it had some success, will be dead for good now. In some way, shape or form they will find ways to bring it back.
16 characters of Slam Dunk.
And yet Shirley still gets ignored. Oy.
