Two Fallout voice actors (Michael Dorn voiced Marcus, and Ron Perlman is the Narrator), and Zelda Williams, eh? Nice.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is getting a fifth season.

! Awesome to see David Tennant to voice The Fugitoid. I'm really excited to see Mona Lisa is coming to the show. She is one of my favorite TMNT characters. I'm interested to see what the Triceraton and Lord Dregg are going in their episodes.
How is she a favorite character? She was in one episode of the 80's show, and never anything else.
I'd much rather see Ninjara pop up myself, but that's never going to happen. Even IDW took the character and just made a new character out of her.
How is she a favorite character? She was in one episode of the 80's show, and never anything else.
Before Venus, she was the first girl turtle-like mutant and love interest for the turtles. She was in one episode, but she was remembered as Ralph's girlfriend. So she's iconic for a lot of people. I'm excited for her to be rebooted, personally.
Tennant as Honeycutt? That's brilliant. Although it makes the second sentient robot in a CGI animated series that he has done the voice for. :)
I don't remember Mona Lisa at all. That must have happened right after I went through my brief "I'm a teenager now and don't watch cartoons" phase.
So.. uh… The IDW turtles are getting another crossover this November...
...with Batman…
_Up to this point, Batman meeting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has only existed in fans' collective imagination, playing out via action figures in playrooms worldwide. Now it's comic book reality, thanks to the latest joint presentation from DC Comics and IDW Publishing, and CBR has the exclusive first details.
The six-issue "Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" is scheduled debut in November, from the creative team of Bat-books veteran writer James Tynion IV and artist Freddie E. Wiliams II, who's worked on "Robin," "JSA All-Stars" and more for DC. Williams will also illustrate covers for the series, along with "TMNT" co-writer Kevin Eastman.
"I've been extremely lucky to spend so much time working in Gotham City, but it's always a thrill to see the world of Batman through new eyes" Tynon said in the official press release. "Taking the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on a Gotham Adventure is a fanboy dream come true."
Here's the official description of the story: "In the ongoing power struggle between the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, General Krang, and the Foot Clan, allegiances have shifted and the battle lines have been drawn. Krang concocts a plan to rid himself of both the Turtles and Shredder by transporting them to another dimension, where they land in the dark and dangerous streets of Gotham City. It isn't long before they encounter Gotham's most famous resident, Batman. The Caped Crusader may be their only hope of overcoming their enemies and getting back home. But not before they encounter a whole cast of Gotham's most infamous rogues."
In 2011, IDW and DC teamed-up for "Star Trek/Legion of Super-Heroes." This week, the first issue of "Star Trek/Green Lantern: The Spectrum War," another IDW/DC collaboration, was released in stores._

Pretty crazy. Could be fun, though. Mikey will probably find Joker hilarious. And here's hoping Batman and the turtles go and eat some pizza.

She's like an official Deviantart Fan Character.
Yeah I looked her up after I read the name, she does seem to be very popular with fan artists!
I thought this quote was funny though.
"The character of Mona Lisa was created for the old show by someone working for Fred Wolf. What many people do not know was that she was originally supposed to be a female mutant turtle, but Kevin and I put our foot down (this was back when we both agreed that a female turtle was a lame, stupid, creatively bankrupt idea) and they changed her to some kind of lizard." –PL
Comics in the meanwhile have decided Raphael should date fox girls.
And Mikey should have a baby with an alien. But that's the nutzy later Mirage stuff. And Donatello being crippled and becoming a robot has happened twice now!
And Donatello being crippled and becoming a robot has happened twice now!
! He even died recently, right?. Poor Donny.
I have a broken Mona Lisa action figure. I think I really liked her cause she liked Raphael and he was my favorite. She was a salamander or something, I kept popping off her tail to make her sit.
Some more Season 4 news.

! I'm curious what going to happen in this anti-mutant storyline that is coming up. I'm hoping this might be leading up to the introduction of Bishop.
Wow
! Proffesor honeycutt's voice actor is gonna be
!
As I said on the previous page, he's not a stranger to voicing CGI animated droids ;)
Been watching Nickelodeon's month long marathon of the 2003 series and it's mostly been a fun if occasionally awkward ride.
Like I love how some episodes set up future episodes or plot threads and how characters like Michealangelo,Donatello,April etc are portrayed.
And then the awkwardness like how some intros are essentially "How We Got Here" thing for some reason or how certain arcs are written to blend in with each other
Like Space Invaders & Worlds Collide.
Next week will see season 4….......and probably "Insane In The Membrane".
I've been watching the marathon also, I've forgotten how exciting and action packed the "Exodus" two parter was.
Bishop pulling out all the stops, Stockman's trolling, Karai finally making her decision, Shredder kicking everyone's ass, the damn near downer ending.
Best of the Shredder arcs.
Finally got to see "Insane In The Membrane" why did they pull this episode out of rotation?
And looks like Nickelodeon won't be airing Season 5 & 6 next week is apparently all movies
I'm guessing it was due to the content in the episode and they couldn't aired it on Saturday morning on Fox.
Yeah but the stuff was pretty tame
The new episode of TMNT was great.
! I'm really excited that the Triceratons are finally in the series.
The season 3 finale of TMNT is up on Nick.com right now.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Dang that was a huge cliffhanger ending for TMNT.
! Shredder taking out Splinter like that. Was just wow. Even Tiger Claw was questioning Shredder for that move. The Triceratons are going to be a interesting main villains for next season. I did like The Fugitoid came in the last moment to save the turtles, April, and Casey.
I can't wait for season 4 now.
So basically they rehashed season 2's finale huh?
So yea….
! Pretty sure half to maybe all of Season 4 will be to find a way to rewind back to before The bomb went off and smack Shredder before he kills splinter
Well shit that was a messed up season finale.
! Though Shredder betraying Splinter was so damn predictable
Yeah, that finale was definitely something. I can't wait for the next season.
The season premiere of TMNT was great.
! Now the turtles got six months to save Earth before the Triceratons comes to destroy it. I'm curious how will this go storyline once they get back. Lord Dregg looking to be a recurring villain this season besides the Triceratons.
! Well that's a somewhat rote way of solving last season's earth shattering kaboom.
! But I guess it would be cheap if the time scepter could magically undo do all of that.
Hrm. Mona Lisa eh. Well, we knew that was coming. Little dissapointed that rather than go the route of season-companion and build up a relationship naturally, they crammed an entire romance arc into 20 minutes so it felt really forced. Oh wel. (On the other hand, it makes the entire icky Donatello/April thing they've stretched out for four seasons even weirder.) if she shows up a second time she'll still be beating out the old Mona Lisa for appearances. Suppose this means no chance of Ninjara or Alopex… though I wasn't expecting either of them.
Armaggon however was a pleasant surprise. Did they dig him out from the comics or the SNES fighting game?
I'm fairly certain Mona Lisa will show up again, as will Armaggon.
I'm really digging this space arc more than I thought I would. It reminds me of old school Mainframe Ent like ReBoot or War Planets.
Well yeah, clearly both will be back before season's end. Just they seem to be rushing through an opportunity to do a real arc for the sake of one off episodes.
I suppose having Fugitoid around to develop is something.
Also, while it was cute to have the opening start and then be interrupted in the first episode, it's gotten old fast as a gag.
Nicktoons is airing the Crossover film tonight of both the 88 and 03 series, Turtles Forever.
I forgot about the Fox 03 show. Its Amazing though how the personalities and art styles slightly changed over those years..
EDIT:Loved the film..covered quite a multitude of TMNT universes.

Yeah the 2003 series was good and definitely better in a number of aspects than the 2012 reboot.
Agree, I still consider TMNT 2003 the best of the three animated series. Even though I like both 87 and the current series.
03 was pretty close to the Mirage books in a lot of respects, and it's pretty hard to argue with that. It's my favorite of the four series by a long shot. 2003>2012>1989>1997. 89 still has the best theme song though!
Though comics wise the Archie run is still my favorite. Archie>Mirage>IDW>Image
If there are other things the 2003 had going for it was better versions of certain arc like the farm arc (which felt too long in the reboot), return to New York arc (which felt too brief).
Also characters weren't as prone to doing annoying or stupid shit…...like Splinter trusting the guy who murdered his wife, kidnapped his daughter, and tried to kill him and his adopted sons multiple times to put aside his differences to help save the world at a crucial time.....cue Shredder screwing Splinter and billions of people over.

I happened to turn on the TV to find the Triceraton story arc showing and it was still as good as ever. That was my favorite story in the comics and they did a pretty good job expanding it.
Oh sweet merciful crap, NOT AGAIN!!!
The trailer is out now.The movie already looks better then the last one. Bebop and Rocksteady looks awesome so far.
…okay, the turtles still freak me out...
...and the ships flying around NYC looks like Picels merged with Avengers...
...and I was dissapointed when the background track of Totos "Africa" turned out to come from a separate browser window, and got replaced by SSX tricky....
...But that last shot did get me slightly amused.
Okay the trailer made me smile, that is always a good sign in my book.
I think Its Tricky is away to cheap of a trick to get me to like it. You can't not like a trailer with that song in it. Uggggh. It looks a lot better than the first one, but was April adjusting her wardrobe to look more seductive needed?
New episode of TMNT starts up again on Sunday. And here what Krang will look like in the new movie.

Of course it uses the awful 80's cartoon design as its basis. Of course it does.
But they were throwing out Bebop and Rocksteady, so its not surprising.
Somebody talk to me about the latest series on Nick. Every time I turn it on there is some disgusting mutant monster that looks like it nearly came out of Resident Evil. Not to mention all these monsters ooze something terrible. I mean I like the show but man has anyone thrown up watching this? I'm super familiar with 2000 series the original cartoon and to a lesser extent the comics but the yuckiness of this show is on another level.
Did the creators ever talk about the direction this show takes at all?

…most of them don't look disgusting? And most of them don't ooze? I don't know which episodes you happen to be catching, but that seems an extreme.
The first season did ave more monsters of the week though.
That giant plant, that pizza thing(was he that nerdy boy who got mutated? so yucky looking), ice cream kitty and April's mom come to mind. I only watch ever so often and it seems like each time I get more of something along the lines of that giant nasty bird thing that kidnapped April and less Leather Heads.
Much of the mutations in this show just look downright gross to me. I'm not complaining but I guess I keep expecting all of the mutations to be more charming like most of which is shown in the picture above.
Well not all mutants and their mutations are going to look charming.
You seem to be stumbling into the one offs for the most part, and there really aren't that many like the ones you're picking out. The picture above is all the ongoings pretty much.
But how could you not like ice cream kitty?

I see. I mean every episode I randomly tune into are very enjoyable even with the yucky monsters, I was just wondering if the majority of them were like that. Guess not. I'll watch the 1st season that I purchased a while ago and see if I can catch up from there. Ice Cream Kitty is cute when I remind myself that it's like straw berry pink and not evil Ghost Buster slime pink.
