Good job shadyagent. But on the DB HQ images I can still see some fuzzyness at high contrast boundaries(especially between black and white). That's inevitable for most jpg files.
Then do you see a difference between those two pages except for the file size?

Like a said the source material was jpg and in the prozess the scan group just made pngs
I see , so basically the size issue is just about the scan groups changing th pages from JPG to PNG ?
I think that i am still gonna download the OPDCC scans but I will keep an eye on the viz version Even I wonder how far their edits could go , in the manga they sometimes change some of the colored pages colors.

Finally found the drive I kept these on. Vol. 1-72 + Ch761.
Was in the middle of organizing these but it got wayyyyy too tedious so I gave up.
Only got volume 71-72 done.

Sorry for the delay though, it will get up by at the very most Tuesday. I'm not sure why but it takes FOREVER to transfer big files from this HDD, and this is 22gb. I may try splitting it in half and making 2 torrents.

I bow before your true wizardry, Yonkou. The colour version just looks so goddamn good. The page with Brook and Giolla singing together and the spread of the underground port are my faves from the previews, but what I'm really hanging out for is all the battle scenes from volume 75.
Can't wait for the raws to just, you know, mysteriously appear out there on the internet somehow…

Sanji V Dofla looks amazing, and the lighting in that second one is so good. I'd love to see the enormous Pica statue emerging, the spread of Luffy's gladiator army charging and any part of the God Usopp bit from v75. Thanks heaps for posting

Japan is definitely not as big on the whole digital thing as a lot of the west is, and they seem to try to keep digital sales from having too much to do with physical ones. The digital black and white volumes, for example, come out generally a month behind the print edition. We can assume quite safely they don't want the colour version competing with the black and white one at all.

Yeah i was thinking the same thing, the release window for both black and white and color volumes was close, there would be no incentive for some to buy the black and white version. I haven't been following the release dates in japan for the color volumes, has there been a pattern on when they release them? or maybe they release them when the digital black and white sales lose steam, i wonder.

Is there a site where we can follow the news and updates on the project and the revised volumes apart from this thread, PowerManga and opdcc.blogspot (that hasn't had any updates since last year) as for example there's for One Pace?
Another question, I downloaded the torrent you posted on opdcc last year, but I noticed that there's a different version in Madokami uploaded later that weights almost a fifth of the last one. Is this official/published by you?
Also wanted to tell you THANK YOU A LOT for all this effort guys, you're really awesome :D
