I don't know if it's region locked or not, Germany and Japan share the same DVD regions so I had no problems playing it on my laptop.

I think you can stream it directly via Dropbox, which is great since apparently the interview with Oda got deleted on Dailymotion (it's in chapter 2, the latter part). You can download it and make a torrent or upload it somewhere else, no need to credit me or link back or anything.

please reupload as a singele zip file, just give a random name to the file to prevent deletion….
