Blast seems like saitama right now. The only reason to make the new association is because either he's bored or he doesn't sees them as heroes anymore. I don't blame him, none of them are true heroes, just super powered self centered jerks.
I hope that the asotiation offering the s rank to these people is a testament to their power and not the asotiation giving them a bone.

It helps if you think of OPM as a light hearted version of Watchmen, both are parodies of the superhero genre.
Blast reminded me way too much to Saitama to be behind this new hero organization, it seems too fishy. I have the feeling he retired once Saitama reached his peak of power knowing he would be around to take care of the bigger dangers.

No, Genos will follow Saitama and ONLY should Saitama leave then Genos would follow, besides Saitama gave him mission to reach top rank of S class and Genos takes his orders very seriously.

This chapter delivered, it opened up a lot of potential plots.
I believe there will probably have some sort of dissension among the heroes specially S-Class, i wonder who will move and who will stay.Also the HA and the heroes below S class, do need to step up their game, the monster appearances are increasing and Demon seems to be the regular these days, with some eventual dragons(like that porcupine). They need to train or something, because everything below S(and Sweet Mask) seems to be kinda outdated.

Things are about to change a lot it seems, Saitama caused a great impact on everyone, the heroes are about to step up(as the should, since the threats are increasing every day).
i really love how despite so many characters, ONE seems to be concerned in developing them(even some minor heroes), which make you care for the characters. Can't wait to see what comes next.

I would say that we hit middle of series with end of Garou arc and now we are building up towards arc that will finish around 75% of story(my guess based on how many characters we have and how many possible developments might still pop up.
All those S-class heroes showing premise to get power ups and get even more interesting in process as well - it felt like a blast to read this chapter.
No wonder that earth will be in trouble if S-class and Saitama will fight with "new S-class" and with Blast.. If conflict like that will even happen.

The only thing that seems end-gameish to me is the prophecy. I wouldn't put it past One to have Saitama as the world's greatest hero, figure out the prophecy, and still keep going. He's not terribly predictable, at least.

I disagree, because character interactions between Saitama and others so far always gets more interesting after recognizing his power. Starting with Genos, but now he's building connections and relationships both top and low tier heroes. So I just don't see how his power getting revealed to the world would restrict potential for next story arcs.

He was rumored to be weakest S-class fighter and beside that One also said that he Zombie Man would have a lot of trouble beating Sea King, it was hinted that he would be not strong enough to beat it.
Without limiter I guess he would simply get very. hard. to kill. Even harder than he is now.

It'd probably vastly speed up the regenerating process for him since Zombieman could already come back from what Garou did to him; like Perfect Cell level regeneration.

Wasn't the whole point of Genus that he tried through every manner scientifically possible to try to remove a limiter only to completely give up on his research once he met Saitama? Doubt that Zombieman's limiter is going to be removed unless Genus is stashing exercise equipment in his basement.
