We became too busy with Sabaody/Dressrosa to continue that part of the project.
Those are v2 redos of the Fishman Island we did 2 years ago though. The first version can be found on Nyaa.

Yeah, I'd call it a rougher cut. It definitely doesn't have the same experience applied to it as recent episodes.
For the most part, Punk Hazard is finalized. A few of the earlier episodes need to be redone, but they're watchable.

I was just watching the loguetown arc and have a question
Smoker says to luffy "Didn't i tell you that you can't enter the grand line unless you beat me first?" then luffy says "Oh yeah. I forgot about it"
but in your cut he never meets them before that.

Hi, first off just wanted to say; THANK YOU, this Project is amazing, I dropped OP shortly after the Time Skip because I couldn't take the pacing anymore (long time Manga Reader, it just flows so much better in the Manga that it became insufferable to watch the Anime crawling along week by week), & now FINALLY I can watch it as it was intended to be seen.
Since this Thread goes back the last couple of years, I ended up just skimming the first few & last few pages so if I sound too repetitive, sorry, but my own two-cents;
The Site: I clicked Punk Hazard Episode 1, & got sent to the Batch Site (no complaints there, was looking for a Batch file), but then I clicked a few other Episodes, & they all sent me to the exact same Batch site. Might I suggest cleaning this up a bit by removing (specifically, only) the Torrent icons & having a single Batch Link (where it's available, wherever it's still individual Episodes, then leave it as is), with some kind of Change Log available at the top so people can see if you v2 an Episode or something? -> Also yeah, like others have said, a Progress Bar for each Arc, that would be just awesome.
As for the layout itself; Maybe just list all the Arcs in Chronological Order, & have the Arcs that you haven't gotten to work on yet just expand to a "Coming Soon"?
Or just list the Arcs under 2/3 categories - Completed, In Progress, & Coming Soon?
One thing I was hoping to see in this Thread which I vaguely found in your Trello page is, do you have a Priority List for the stuff you're still working on/are going to work on at some point in the future? I realize there's various Teams working on different Arcs simultaneously, & everyone's doing things at their own pacing, but, what comes after? Enies Lobby? Impel Down? Marineford? Skypeia? Something else?
Perhaps consider expanding your Trello page to feature more information about Arc Priority? Back in '13 you said you decided to start with Post-Enies Lobby, since that's the first "One-Chapter One-Episode" Arc, whereas Skypeia-Enies Lobby would wait until later, is that still the plan, more or less?
Do other "abridged" Projects (like Marineford for example) have any effect on your decisions for which Arcs to work on, or do people just more or less choose for themselves? If so, don't get me wrong, I understand the logic, there's already one version of it for anyone who wants it, so why make it a priority when there's so much other stuff to do; just curious how you're handling it all behind the scenes.
Once more, thanks for all the hard work, looking forward to re-watching the entire Pre-New World Saga from start to finish one day without having to deal with the Filler & Pacing issues thanks to One Pace ^^

That's all subjective. We'd rather stick to one unbiased goal, which is to have as little filler as possible.

i just finished watching the old new world cut you guys did (i watched the new ones and then switched over on episode 7)
you should put that back up, there's really nothing wrong with it aside from a few minor things (A few times the quality goes wonky but it's only a for a second), and its worlds better than the original anime version.

Hey guys, first just wanted to say this is awesome! You guys are doing such a great job and we all know it's needed! So thank you for undergoing this massive task!
Secondly, do you guys want any help? I'm pretty busy but this definately seems like a wonderful thing to do with my spare time! I'm passionate about One Piece and would put alot of care into the project. I have experience though pretty limited (only making fan edits for personal use with a basic video editor) though i also have a little experience with Aegisub.

Just thought I would ask. There are some HQ HD Versions Of One Piece on Nyaa uploaded by [pushPOP] Great 1080p remaster of East Blue Alabasta & Sky Island. So Basically the first 206 Episodes.
Was wondering if you would ever consider using them for your versions as I see now your One Pacing the earlier arcs.

Nah, those are just upscales. We'll stick to the intended 480p 4:3 if we do any more East Blue.

I havent watched One Piece in probably 3 years, I stopped right after the timeskip after Marineford.
thanks so much for this project, I was hoping I could get a non-filler version to watch :)
I am a bit confused though, I have downloaded "return to sabaody" and "fishman island" episodes, but I cant tell which episodes are supposed to come after? Is there a chronological list of One Pace episodes?

Hello, i just found out about One Pace and already binge watched post Enies Lobby and part of Thriller Bark. While I do love One Piece, I never read Thriller Bark nor watched the Anime, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to test out One Pace and to catch up on that story.
And I love One Pace!
But now the reason I registered to this page: I stream One Pace and don't download the torrent. Episode 14 of Thriller Bark is incomplete. It is only 1:30 minutes long and only consists of half the intro. Please fix it as soon as possible, because I need to watch more One Pace.
I also wonder a few things. In the episode where Franky beat the spidermonkey by destroying the bridge and Robin flies them to the entrance. Why was the scene of Robin stepping on Franky cut. The scene was only two seconds long. Cutting that scene makes the following conversation weird, as Franky states that she shouldn't step on him (or something) I know that scene from youtube, but why cut that when the next scene makes no sense afterwards.
And it would be nice to organize the site better. Can't you order them by chapter instead of release date? And maybe give information on which one pace episode corresponds to which one piece episodes. As an example: Because episode 14 of Thriller Bark is unavailable I wanted to watch the Toei Version, but I don't know which episode corresponds to that. And I can't tell what the TRACK LIST / [CORRESPONDING LIST is supposed to tell me.
Other than that One Pace is amazing. The editing is amazing. I would have assumed, that there would be sound cuts or jumps in the background music, but I didn't notice anything from that kind! (Except the one scene mentioned earlier, where the cut was obvious.)

You'll need to torrent it. Sewil hasn't been around in a little over a month (no idea where he is, either :/). I've lost the password for the box that hosts the website streams, so I can't help you there right now.

The track list is songs within the episode. You input the episode number, and it lists the songs. It's incomplete since we switched databases.
The corresponding list just tells you which chapters correspond to which episodes in the original Toei version.

We haven't released the Marineford arc yet. The old name for Post-Enies and Thriller Bark was "Whitebeard War Saga", since we were naming it by saga. We remedied that by renaming them to fit our arc structure.
