nice to see tokyo ghoul up there in the last few weeks. Wonder if it'll get a big boost once the anime starts again.
Also, AoT and OP doing nicely, too. -
Kuroshitsuji is still a thing >.> <.
Do people think the series will go down whenever their anime ended? Is that from the first week of January?
Yes

They released on January 5.

NNT can reach Nardo/SNK level of popularity, its gonna depend a lot of how good the current arc might be.
-
@Kaizou:

I didn't even know the anime ended. I thought the manga did years ago, cuz after seeing a big hype in germany, it has been gone the last couple years.

@Kaizou:

The fact that AgK is there already contradicts they.

nanatsu will be #3 this year
just you see -
nanatsu will be #3 this year
just you seeI doubt it. The massive line-up for Shueisha animation is coming soon.
-
nanatsu will be #3 this year
just you seeThere is no way Nanatsu no Taizai gets in #3 this year! Unless of course something totally unexpected happens.
You have Assassination Classroom, Shokugeki no Soma, Seraph of the End, Kekkai Sensen, Ore Monogatari and Arslan Senki. This series will receive a big boost this year.
You have Haikyuu!! and Tokyo Ghoul this series will and are still growing this year!I estimate that Assasination Classroom will be the 3rd, Haikyuu!! the 4th, Shokugeki no Soma the 5th, Seraph of the End the 6th, Ore Monogatari the 7th(This will be the biggest Shoujo of 2015, I believe this series will be like Nana, Nodame Cantabile and Kimi no Todoke. Just like Nana is being adapted by Madhouse). Arslan Senki is trickier, because supposedly the story is not really knew, but now it has Full Metal Alchemist author behind it.
Assassination Classroom, Shokugeki no Soma and Haikyuu!! have a really good chance of being around 2nd to 5th position of next year, assuming that One Piece releases 4 volumes and is fixed at 1st. -
I wonder if Titan might remain at number 2. The manga's out of set-up and big stuff's finally being revealed and happening, though I'm not exactly sure it helps to determine the sales that much? But there seems to be a lot of possible contenders, like you're saying.

It depends on the anime-effect will happen in this year for other series AND SnK's upcoming live-adaptation movie.
-
I can see Owari no Seraph catching on because it's the AoT/TG type of story of the year getting an anime adaption by the AoT studio.

Not just that, you should also watch for series like AC, Souma, and Arslan Senki (since those series are already selling more than Seraph).

The backlog sales of Attack on Titan aren't impressive anymore! If it had a big backlog like One Piece, 75 volumes, it would still end up being a huge number in the end(One Piece backlog is still around 5 Million copies), but it has only 13 volumes. Though the backlog is not as great has before, each volume sales close to 2 Million. Assuming that the backlog will be 1 Million and that it will have 3 new volumes this year we end up with around 10-9 Million. That is still a lot!
Now I only believe that Haikyuu!! and Assassination Classroom(maybe Tokyo Ghoul? But does anybody knows if the volumes of Re will be counted together?) have the possibility of surpassing that number. My estimate is:
Assassination Classroom: around +12-8 Million
Haikyuu!!: around 10-8 Million
Shokugeki no Soma: around 9-6 Million
…Also Attack on Titan will have a Live Action movie this year. Maybe it gets a lot more readers? If that happens maybe even gets the possibility of surpassing One Piece. Though, I believe the chance of that happen is really little.
-
I wonder how much of a boost the AssClass anime will have on the manga. It's was already a monster in terms of sales
-

I'm not sure. Even though if the live action movie increase the sale again, I doubt it'll surpass OP. It most likely going to be similar like last year.
-
Gantz got a fair boost from their live action movie, with SNK it should be better…

Based on Shosekiranking, there isn't big movement on AC's tank sale after anime aired.

@Kaizou:
Based on Shosekiranking, there isn't big movement on AC's tank sale after anime aired.
I see the opposite! Not only its old volumes jumped around 100 positions, but they are a lot more closer with each other, meaning that people is buying them in bulk. Day 11(right after the anime) the volumes have an average separation from each other of 6.5 positions and an average position of 116(worst position being 138), Day 9(right before the anime) the average separation was 18 positions and an average position of 274(worst position being 331).
So the volumes became almost 3 times closer to each other and got 2.4 times better positions(basically jumping 158 positions). If this improvement continues, almost certainly it will, than we will gonna start seeing old volumes of AC in the weekly rankings. -

I said "no big movement" (like Haikyuu, Tokyo Ghoul, and Nanatsu no Taizai). Right now, it is having a normal(?) movement, like Nisekoi and Akame ga Kill.
I doubt AC going to make into this week's ranking, but we should see if it can make into top 50 in future or become like Nisekoi/Gin no Saji/Akame ga Kill.

Your definition of "big movement" than is wrong! Yep, Haikyuu, Tokyo Ghoul and Nanatsu no Taizai did better than AC classroom, but that is not the benchmark of big movement. Calling it a normal movement is ludicrous. Also the movement they do just 1 day after the anime is not indicative of how well it will continue to do. The only info that we have is that the series peaked a lot interest of people at least in the day after seeing the anime.
Here how the titles did in the day after their respective anime(This not counting the latest volume released):
Seven Deadly Sins -> From position 8 to 32. 3.3 average separation.
Haikyuu -> From position 15 to 36. 2.6 average separation.
Tokyo Ghoul -> From position 38 to 102. 6.4 average separation.
Nisekoi -> From position 61 to 110. 6.1 average separation.
Assassination Classroom -> From position 73 to 138. 6.5 average separation.
Akame ga Kill -> From position 45 to 167. 17 average separation. -
Also the movement they do just 1 day after the anime is not indicative of how well it will continue to do.
I never said AC will not get anime boost. I said that AC didn't get big starting push like those series. Also, I said that "we should see if it can make into top 50 in future," so I'm not completely saying that AC isn't getting an anime effect.
Read more carefully.

Since the anime the popularity of World Trigger increased a lot! :). Last volume was only able to sell in the first week 70k and only stayed in the Oricon list for 2 weeks going out with 114K. After anime its first week it did 154k more than even its previous second week. Let's see if its able to break the 200k sales still in Oricon.
Boku no Hero Academia 168k in volume 2 is crazy and the fact that the 1st volume appeared in the Oricon and with 233k is even more. This manga certainly has future!
This is the first new volume of Haikyuu!! able to break the 700k sales still in the Oricon list. Selling like Hotcakes and deservedly XD! It must be asking to much, but it would be great if it could surpass the 800k sales still in the list.
Nanatsu no Taizai is still doing very well! There's an Error in the list. Volume 11 is only written 1.

if it continue like this nanatsu will be #3 like i said before and number 4 haikyuu and 5 maybe tokyo ghoul i dont know

It won't continue. The anime effect for NnT will most likely going to end before April.

oh shit so it wont be #3 huh
-
oh shit so it wont be #3 huh
It'll be difficult for NnT to be #3 since more anime-adaptation coming-up and some of surely going to have big boost due to anime (even look at upcoming spring animation line-up). If NnT anime has started on January rather than October, then I think it had possibility to be #3.
-
So volume 76 is doing better than volume 75. After 3 weeks, volume 76 has already 2.65 million while 75, after 3+ month, has 2,8million. Maybe, after a long time, we will see a volume that reaches 3 million again.

Little hint: Look at the total sales.Yea I know im overacting. Jigoku Sensei still is down there but Omg. Im just crying over the fact that a vol from jigoku sensei beat a shingeki no kyojin vol. Its like christmas to me as I only recently picked up the series so im still on a hype train when I found out there was NEO. Same goes to back then when I first picked up Rurouni Kenshin. I was over the rainbow when I found out Restoration existed.

But it didn't. Look at the total sales. that's the last long number.

Im not really worried for overalls. I know Nube wont beat Shingeki out of nowhere. But its their first week sales for the volume! Thats awesome work for a new volume. Shingeki No Kyojin will definitely still be better overall sales and stuff. Its been around before the new Nube NEO manga came out. Im not trying to be a dumbass here but im just happy that for its first week of sales, its quite high up! Because I thought loads of the Nube fans died out over the years since 90s.

However, it isn't really a good idea to compare with Shingeki no Kyojin. What is the point to compare between the series which just released and the series which released like month ago. Even though you said you are not worried for overalls, those comparison doesn't make sense.
You should of just say Nube had good sale rather than bring-up SnK.

After looking at overall daily ranking from Shosekiranking, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu is getting more recognition after episode 2 was aired and Ouroboros also getting a big push after the first episode was aired.

Ouroboros? What anime is that?

Ah, Ok, I was thinking that was strange that I didn't know what it was.
