Magazines are being delivered to shops later to tighten up the gap between when spoilers can be leaked and when the magazine goes on sale. It's apparently resulted in about a day's delay …
--- Update From New Post Merge ---
You are confusing two separate things here. The first is a fundamental grasp of haki as a concept, which you claim westerners have a limited grasp up and have apparently made your mission to clear up. The second is the use of haki as a power - an ability - in One Piece. These are the "physical effects" of haki you claim it's wrong of people to focus on, but it is, essentially, the purpose of Armament and Observation haki at least. In this sense, it is a power like any other power Oda throws in (Devil Fruit abilities, dials, whatever) and subject to criticism on that basis. To apparently dismiss that criticism on some airy basis like "you don't get the concept because you're a westerner" is more than a little silly.
For example, I am not a huge fan of Conqueror's Haki. It serves little purpose as a power; indeed, it seems to be used purely because there is no other clear way to show that someone has it, and showing that someone has it is important for the other connotations it carries. And then, it is not very visually impressive either.
Right. Your first point is spot on. Second point, not sure it applies since that specific paragraph was a response for people talking about Conqueror's Haki. Pretty sure I even put it in parentheses? My whole point though was it's a part of the character - been there since the beginning. Could even say it serves a story purpose more than anything and in Luffy's case, it's a part of his growth. But hey to be fair, Armanent Haki wasn't shown pre-TS either.
