To be honest, i pre-ordered Bellamy, Rebecca and Nightmare Luffy but i was a fool thinking 1Up was just a good guy with some temporary issues and that he needed support.
I'm glad i didn't preordered Kaku or Marco from him too because i don't see trace of them… !
For almost every figures he sold, people are still waiting months after release. Many of my friends are in this situation.
So this is not a Christmas or new year issue, this isn't a cardbox supllier issue, this isn't a supllier fail for one figure. No this is just someone messing with us. He take our money for preorder knowing that after 45 days, Paypal won't ear us. He asks for second payment when he perfectly know he don't and will not have the good in stock ! Some people here and there get there stuff so it looks like, there is some improvements but it's just dust in the eyes.
The guy have no time to respond or inform us but he have all the time to delete from Facebook our messges and questions and surely he have the time to post chapters spoilers and tons of pics that no one care about. (I'm pretty sure, he do that for preventing people to come "annoy" him because many people told him to stop that as many of us don't read weekly chapters but he's still doing it...)
At some point maybe, there was a supllier issue because he don't use regular channels to get his stuff and sometimes he ended fooled but it's his problem not our to endure. Now it's entirely something else, he's just gathering as much money as possible with preorders before closing, i mean that's how i see things. ( and by closing i mean leaving like a thief witht debts).
Until i see some concrete refunds fast for everyone that has been screwed, to me he became a thie.f, nothing less.
And like i told him on Facebook, the Wheel always turn and for messing with so many people, someone will mess with him hard someday.

He went above and beyond in many cases, at least with me. I did however had some issues with one figure (Levi) that he did ran into problems with his supplier but i am patiently awaiting and i dont believe that he will scam people. He doesnt strike me as that kind of person. I for one, trust him. He gave me enough proof in the past for that and i will continue to trust him.

of One Piece figures from him over a year and a half and never had any issues other than his Sadi chans being canceled. I'm not going to condemn him over what's likely to just be some late shipments or allocation issues.

Same here. I ordered a few times at his shop. Never had any trouble exept with Sadie-Chan. But that was solved and the people were getting their money back. No complaints there. As for the other orders: he ALWAYS made sure to deliver and went out of his way a few times with my orders as well…
Haven't been buying figures for some time now, but I never ran into any problems with 1Up. Ordered bunch of POPs back in the days and even WCF Mega Whitebeard not so long ago - received everything properly and in time. But I do agree, that's an unacceptable way to treat customers. Maybe try contacting him on whatsapp. Hope to see these problems getting solved soon. I'd be dissappointed to see you guys not receiving your stuff and definitely would advise against TGS to people, in case these accusations become true.

Back at the time, he would open preorders the day after regulars shops and ask for payment WHEN the goods were in stock.
Recently, he started taking preorders weeks before others and asking 2nd payment 2 weeks suposely before he get his stock...
This is when i started to think, something is really wrong. This prove an urgent need of money to pay suppliers or something else..
But like i said, the whole service is a mess now. Almost every figures from his shop is delayed... Just read facebook ( when its not deleted) or mfc... The guy says he don't have the money to refund customers and that he's depressed....
This is his conception of a "non refundable deposit of 40$ is required".
I'm pretty sure, i will never see my Bellamy or Rebecca from him. Just take Kaku or Marco, no word at all from him
But the least i can do is make sure that people know what's going on before ordering from him.

I get your anger, but how is anyone defending him? I'm just sharing my experiences - that's it. I don't gain shit from doing that. The more people try to express their opinion, the closer we get to whatever truth lies out there, right? I would like people to see this whole discussion about his shop, so everyone can take the appropriate actions regarding TGS. Thing is, this forums tends to be rotten from time to time. A well known scammer called DragonXPiece just had to re-register himself under a new name and gets glorious praise for his collection even from former members which should be well aware. So, for the sake of the community, I hope this new chapter of AP Drama doesn't get buried as fast.

Yeah…........Kinda sad about tgls..........1Up does keep assuring people that he is dealing with the problems, but I think he's taken so many orders now that he's struggling to keep track of who has had their figures shipped and who hasn't..............because it's still a very manual process and he's taking way too many orders for one person to deal with!!
I know for example he's taken over 100 PO's for Law in September..........guaranteed that will not end well!
If it was only too much work, it would be ok.
In that case, he would have shared walls of figures pics like he use to do when things were going smoothly !
It would be reassuring for everyone and people would be patient because at least they would be sure theirs orders are in the warehouse waiting to be shipped.

I wish 1UP would just post here and clear things up. I'm 100% positive he's not trying to scam anyone.
I'm also pretty certain all the Marco orders will be fulfilled–I can't recall 1UP ever having issue fulfilling an order for a standard release P.O.P ever. Kaku might be more difficult, depending on if he ran into issues with the supplier for the limited release.
But I absolutely believe 1UP is on the level and not out to cheat anyone.

I hired someone to handle logistics for me part-time that I shouldn't have and landed myself in a bit of a bind. I'll have the products in stock in 3-4 days time and promise to work tirelessly to have them all packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt to those who pay their final shipping invoices. Anyone who would prefer a refund is entitled to one, and everyone who purchased either of these figures from me is entitled to a $5 discount off their next order/preorder. I can't apologize enough for this situation.

If that behaviour keeps on I think we should start a vote on whether to ban his shop from this forums or not. He keeps promoting his stuff on several plattforms and even ignores his customers on his own facebook page. There's absolutely no excuse for behaving that way. Competition is good etc, but at this state I'd recommend just buying your shit from Louis. At least you get some dollars when he fucks up. ;P

This is what i think as well, i'm not against this shop but i don't think they can come here and do their promotion while leaving customers without answer and even erasing messages from their facebook just to not have their images tainted, i've already started using Kolektakon already, hope things will goes well and so i'll stick with this shop!

Really annoyed because a) I could have ordered it from another place if I knew my order with HLJ wasn't set in stone, but didn't and now the other opportunity is gone b) they didn't even bother to send me an email saying that they recieved short stock… Knowing them they'll only email me an apology in 6-10 weeks time...
This happens often and I really wish they would at least give some sort of a REAL apology to make up for it, like a discount for future order... I will now have to spend more money on this set now that it's out and wasn't bought on pre-order!
