Dammit, I got 83/84 in the character's quiz. ¿Monet (flashback)? C'mon, nobody could know this!
¿The name of the Cavendish horse is Farul or Farle?
83/84? You are excellent. Quite the memory you have there.

^ I've read it like three times and I still have no freaking clue of what he's talking about
same overhere…
The Donquixote family is part of the WG, not Dressrosa or the Riku family themselves. Doflamingo was telling Admiral Issho that Dressrosa, being under the rule of someone allied with the WG, should face the Straw Hats and their allies. Obviously, Admiral Issho is too smart for BS talk of such.
Even the WG can't suffer the shitstorm of a Celestial Dragon/Pirate taking over a kingdom and overthrowing a king allied with the WG. That's a recipe for disaster and it would only create factions against the WG.
Dressrossa is the country of one of the founder of the World Government. And the people of Dressrossa were able to call the marine. They most likely are member of the world government.

Thanks. I got 79/84. :D
The ones that seem likely to be turned into toys are Franky and Ussop.
Ussop because the idea of him turning into a pinocchio like puppet is just so Oda as some people have suggested, and Franky because of people having already commented on his toy like appearance.
Whether it would actually work on Franky is another story.

got them all right easy.
1.- REASONS why Sabo never show up before Luffy or Ace…
Here goes my guess.... DRAGON, he didn't let him. bad DRAGON
Sabo better have a better excuse than that.
It´s very possible that Sabo simply wasn´t able to travel to marineford, or that he was busy with something at the time. Ace is responsible for his own life.
It´s very possible that Sabo simply wasn´t able to travel to marineford, or that he was busy with something at the time. Ace is responsible for his own life.
None of them are proper excuses.
Neither Luffy was able to, but he managed somehow. And I doubt it would be hard for Sabo, especially if he was revolutionary during that time.
Busy with something? Heck, Luffy lost his crew and didn't even know where/how they were.
yeah Ace is responsible, but he didn't make marines to catch him, They caught him. I know that it was his fault, but not helping someone who is really dear to you, because they made a mistake?
That's not brotherhood.
Only excuse I'll ever accept is that Sabo had an amnesia. Or was in coma.
Whether it would actually work on Franky is another story.
Not only that, I wonder how she is going to react seeing him. With indifference, adoration (robot or toy), hate or fear(robot, monster, size, real toy or pervert).
In case of indifference it would a missed opportunity if she doesn't have a unique reaction despite having a hobby DF.

How is inabillity to travel not an excuse? You do get how difficult it is to travel large distances in the grand line right? Sabo isn´t responsible for Ace´s arrogance.

If he was alone.
Sabo isn´t responsible for Ace´s arrogance.
Arrogance? Where did you see that in Ace?
Do you think when he went after Teach he was thinking whether he could defeat him or not?
He just couldn't leave his father's name humiliated.
And I'm asking again, would you abandon someone really really dear to you, just because they made a mistake?

It was arrogant for ace to go after Blackbeard alone, Ace was warned not to. As I said before Sabo more than likely couldn´t travel to marine ford, be that with an entire crew or by himself. It takes weeks just to travel between Islands, and once news of Ace´s capture got to him he probably couldn´t make it in time. I´m not sure of how you expect him to magically appear at marineford.

Ace can't think when someone says bad about his loved ones.
Kuma knew it in Thriller Bark. Though I don't know exact time between those two events. I assume it if Sabo was with Dragon entire time, he wouldn't have problem to go there.

The bolded depends entirely upon there location which was unknown. If Sabo could get to Ace I doubt he would´ve abandoned him. Also even though it seems like a long time the Thriller Bark arc wasn´t more than a week or so before marineford.

I mean that he would have tried every possible way to do it. And I doubt Dragon hasn't some ways to turn up near Marineford. There is also Shabondy and Red Line near it.
Why are we assuming Dragon would let him go in the first place, let alone help him? I reckon they had a fight over it and Dragon won.

Because Ace is his fathers adopted grandson.

That would make him my n1 least favourite character.

I don't think Dragon and Garp's relationship is a good one.

the grand line it's not something where you can travel freely.
if sabo was too far away from marineford to reach it in time,i think it's a pretty good excuse…the rules of the navigation in the grand line apply to everybody
Dragon isn't everybody :ninja:
Because Ace is his fathers adopted grandson.
As mentioned, I don't think they really get on that well. We can't even be sure Garp told Dragon about Ace. In fact, if I were Dragon and knew about Ace, I would do everything in my power to get him on my side rather than just leave him to his own devices. Imagine the support he could get from pirates who respected Roger if they knew his son was with the RA.
That would make him my n1 least favourite character.
We don't know what Sabo's been doing or what position he holds. We know nothing of Dragon's plans. If what I say is true, I imagine Dragon's reasons were good (or at least that he believed his reasons were good.)
I dislike Dragon already, because he didn't saw Luffy even once. Until he was already grown. And that is not being good father imo.

He is out combating the WORLD to make it better place for his kid so they can be completely free. Excuse him if he is busy
He is out combating the WORLD to make it better place for his kid so they can be completely free. Excuse him if he is busy
When he talked to Sabo he said that he hadn't enough power yet to change things. And he was in the same city/country. So he wasn't n1 criminal who lives far away yet.
And no matter how busy a person is, they will find time to just for once, talk to someone they really care about, If they want
And the fact that Dragon didn't want to do it, is what makes me hate him. Even if he thought that he had really good reasons for that.
62/84. I'm really not good at the memorization of names. I even had big problems to get Bartolomeo. I just thought of Bartholomew which is quite ironic because that's exactly the name I wrote incorrectly when I've registered here.
It still pains me that so many people think that Bellamy won't have a major role to play in the outcome of this arc.

I don't know if you reading the same manga or what but Dragon got info that something was going to happen in his home land and that's why he was there.
And Dragon is a wanted man, him trying to communicate with Luffy will put Luffy's life in danger, if the marines or WG found out they will hunt Luffy and use him to bring out Dragon or kill Luffy. And there is nothing to prove that Dragon never contacted Luffy at sometimes, Dragon probably has been watching Luffy for awhile that's why he was able to save him at loguetown. And Dragon keeps facing the east part of his hometown meaning like Ivan said he misses his family.

Nah, it's just you misunderstanding what I wrote.
First of all, I've never said that Dragon doesn't care about Luffy. He just hasn't showed it until Luffy grew up. Which is exactly during Loguetown.
Watching is not contacting, and we know that Luffy didn't know he had father, so yeah he didn't contact him.
Marines finding out? Those guys lived with bandites. Who would ever know if he were to go to talk to him there.
All he should have done was telling to Luffy that he had father who loved him, and yes just not doing that made me hate him.

How do you know? we have no idea If Dragon has been overlooking Luffy's growth this entire time, hell the scene at Loguetown suggests that he has been keeping an eye on his son

He means direct contact.
I consider Dragon as a bad dad but I don't have a problem with it. It is because
-I never considered him a father.
-He left his son early on with his father. Meaning Luffy don't even remember him and can hardly miss him.
-He left because he wanted to make the world a better place.
The horrible father as to be Yassop who left wife and kids because he wanted to have adventures.

Ookay.
Dragon left for bigger reasons as you mentioned unlike Yasopp who left because the sea was calling for him but Usopp accepted this because kids want to be pirates when they grow up and you being the son of one has to be one of the most amazing thing for them but Yeah, Yasopp deserves this award.
Franky's dad left him on Water 7 but I understand that situation, don't know others.

Neither Yasopp is good one, nor Franky's father to me.
I even understand why Ace hated Roger, though I don't consider him as bad one and I love his character. But as long as we don't know anything about Dragon's personality, I'm neutral about his character and hate him as a father.

Dragon left Luffy to essentially save the world.
Yassop left Usopp and his mother to go and fulfil his own selfish desires.
Dragon will never win parent of the year but I can't hate him for his actions. Yassop on the other hand, I do rather dislike.
Dragon left Luffy to essentially save the world.
he didn't need to live with Luffy. I don't dislike Dragon, because he left Luffy.
Even just talking once and saying that he isn't alone and he has father, who loves him, would be enough.

He left him with his grandfather, who did look after him though.
Dragon realised he would have to leave Luffy and made sure that he wouldn't being remembered by him. In my opinion that's better than having Luffy wonder for his whole childhood why he was abandoned by his father.
God forbid, he might have ended up like Ace.

He would never have been ended like Ace. Because Ace was different. Luffy would consider Dragon as cool badass guy, if people were to tell him that he was criminal
I voted Doffy's defeat for later on, because I could see him participating in the end-war WB was talking about. Doffy's hype for all those years was too much to throw this char away in just one arc. Also Doffy's connection to the world nobles is important. (IMO we will get to see Law's FB with Kora and maybe how Doffy turned from a Tenryuubito to a pirate, cause I am curious bout this and maybe both is even handled in one single FB!) He also might be a Croc 2.0 when it comes to the fight with Luffy. After all his cutting abilities will be a dangerous threat for Luffy. Will he be kicked outta DR in the end? Of course I think so, but his final defeat will be later on in the story. Just like Croc he will return. I should have voted for neither, because I do think that in the end of DR it will be like the end of Arabasta. Defeat for Doffy in this arc, but not his final defeat.

I am with you there. Dragon left Luffy to protect him. If anyone knew bout Luffy they'd use him to blackmail or threat Dragon. Dragon left early in Luffy's childhood, so Luffy couldn't remember his dad either. This was purpose by Dragon IMO. Speakin of Dragon: A plausible reason why Ivankov was locked up could be because he sacrified himself for Dragon or to infiltrate ID and hire WG-enemies among the prisoners (a little bit like BB did, but more "discreet").

If he'd had to grow up pondering why his father abandoned him then he might have done.
The fact that Luffy didn't end up as whiny as Ace is in fact Dragon's real greatest achievement.

Hmm if Ivankov was in there to recruit then he certainly did a good job, nice theory.

I'm gonna stop arguing here, because it's more of my personal opinion.
But… But.... Who was whiny? :wassat: :cwy: :ninja:
I don't think Dragon and Garp's relationship is a good one.
We'll it also can't be that bad either. In Water 7 after EL, then if you think about it the only way Garp could know of it was
Smoker or Dragon himself told/ communicated with Garp about it, + Garp said something like : 'I heard from your father Luffy'.
So not that bad a relationship to apparently still keep in contact sometimes.

Not sure about that. See ^^^above comment.

Put the joke aside, no one would be less whiny in his situation, except Luffy :ninja:
