I'm a reallty big fan of your work and I really like the idea of putting colored manga panels whenever TOEI fucks up a scene. Kinda like in Visual Novel(s) or ANIMIX(s).

I have one question! i decided to try your work with the latest episodes before i started downloading them from the start and man it's almost as if i'm watching a different anime, the quality increase is significant. Episode 31 is not subbed. Did you guys decide to upload the raws or is it just that episode?.

What media player are you using? I just downloaded the torrent to double check, and the subs work fine for me.
so now that 32 is out are you guys taking a break and starting the much older arcs or is there enough released to do a episode 33? Because yours a roughly are 2:1 ratio as regular:paced version but of course if there was too much filler then it could become a 3:1

Sewil is already editing Episode 33, so once Yibis releases 598, we'll be timing 33, and then releasing it.
We'll also be starting on Post-Enies Lobby by the end of the week. It's planned to be 5 episodes.

I converted it to be playable in Windows Media Player. I tried using VLC and found out that the subs were there but the video was lagging! :sad:
To solve the lag: use 480p.
To see the subs in windows bad player: burn them in

They just embed video players onto their site anyways. The "Quick Video" and "Fast Video" seem to upload faster, but I have no idea what those are.

Yep. We'll be throwing the older ones on there soon enough, and I can definitely see how it's superior to videoweed in every aspect.

You mean how they cheered him on? No, that wasn't in the manga, and I tried editing that out, but didn't find a good spot because of the music, and it was just around 10 seconds, so I left it in.

That's a pretty good starting point, as that's roughly when pacing became a serious issue. Sure, there's that flashback filler on the bridge beforehand is the tru turning point of shoddy pacing abd pacing's a bit iffy there, but we don't see one chapter-one episode pacing becoming the new standard until post-Enies Lobby. I assume the "Whitebeard War" Saga will cover post-Enies Lobby to the timeskip where your "New World" One Pace episodes begin.
I assume the One Pace Thriller Bark will save at least an hour by reducing the number of Kishishishi and Fosfosfosfos footage by 90%.

After that, we'll deal with the ones that need the treatment the least, such as Alabasta, Water 7, and Skypiea.
Even if the animation is not that great, the improved pacing really does make a lot of difference. I really like this, I had stopped watching the anime, but I am interested in it again. Thanks to Sewil and Galaxy9000, keep up the good work.

including New World manga picture.
What I didn't like… is the big explosion by using flamethrower against Smiley(Ep32).
It's nice to see the way too long scene got much shorter, but I don't think you'd needed to connect the music to the big explosion part, I think it reduced the epicness IMO.
For example, it reminded me the DBZ Kai's edit which kept the normal fighting music running even when Frieza suddenly get his body cut in half with his weapon.
I think music could've just abruptly cut when the scene switches to the marine ship's long shot.
However, overall, I'm really looking to you guy's work!

Yes I thought about cutting the music too but it just didn't feel right, maybe it was right in that moment but at the same time it seems more fitting to cut music in comedic moments rather than serious moments.
Honestly, Toei should never even had placed the soundtrack there, it didn't fit in.
