That something is really sudden that it it kind of shakes up up. Like if you're sitting in your room and a really loud clap of thunder comes out of nowhere and it makes you jump; you might say that the thunder was jarring.

Personally I had no issues with it.

Ok, if that's the one you're using, can you PM me the biggest version you have of it? I can remove the speech bubbles entirely from that no problem and it would look much more like it belongs with the rest of the anime.

Your project is really good guys. Keep it up, you have my support I haven't watched the episodes yet but if you have eliminated those redundant still shots / reaction faces, and Buggy / Hancock filler ( if you ever do Marineford and Impel Down in the future ), i'll be grateful for eternity

I think someone did Marineford a while ago. Not sure if the thread is still around or not but they basically cut out all that stuff you mentioned and it went together smoothly.

I really appreciate this product you're putting out. I personally prefer all the Robin and Nami fanservice filler provided in the anime so I probably won't be saving these over the original episodes but this is definitely worth coming back to when I want to watch a few episodes from Fishman Island and not have to skip around through the episodes because of the horrendous pacing.

What we've got here is a pathetic guy who failed to condense W7/EniesLobbyArc at Episode 294 where I thought it's impossible to edit nicely only by jump-cut:sad:, and I've got some advice for you if you're planning to do the same thing.
.If it's possible, I'd recommend to speed up the entire episode 239's tempo by 110% until the part where Luffy meets Iceberg and the result will be much better. That episode's pacing is that damn slow. This method may also work well on Luffy vs Usopp fighting scene in episode 236.

On the contrary, you'll find some episodes, even if you exclude Robin's past episodes, doesn't even need any editing other than cutting eyecatches or OP/EDs.(For example: Ep 242 CP9's attack, Ep 273 Luffy vs Blueno climax, Those episodes pacing are awesome)

For now, I'm really enjoying your works. I couldn't even feel something is wrong except the weird sound quality in earlier videos and abrupt music cut in Episode 2(Juxtaposition is just like manga though)

I really appreciate your tips, but I don't think speeding up the video is going to do much good, the subs would have to be re-arranged a lot, and it would probably cause confusion among the audience.

I've noticed that some episodes or scenes do not need any editing and flow like it should, but then a big filler is put in the middle in it, that you can easily cut out, I like those.

Thank you for the feedback. I too am not satisfied with the outcome of episode 2, but I'm probably going to re-do it once we've caught up (When we've caught up we'll release like every two weeks.)

1. what media player are you using?
1.5. what video/subtitles settings on that media player?
2. what codecs are you using?
3. can you provide a short clip/screenshots of how it flickers?

i used both vlc and mpc and no problem with the subtitles for 15+. it seems some guys on nyaa also have this problem.

i use mpc and i'm pretty sure it's up-to date. I'm not sure exactly where to look.

It's fine for everything before 15 even now so i don't know what changed. I'll try and get a video of it somehow

Try using VLC media player.

Also, if you want to check if your MPC is up to date, go to help, then check for updates.

i think i found a solution, if you are using media player classic home cinema, go to View -> Options -> Playback -> Output and change the "DirectShow Video" to "Video Mixing Renderer 9 (windowed)". Works for me and I have the latest version (1.6.7.7114). That or you can just start using VLC which is so much better.

I have it working now. I did what you said however when i did "Video Mixing Renderer 9 (windowed)" it didn't work. Instead i did "Video Mixing Renderer 9 (renderless)" and it did so yay

We've basically decided to start with Post-Enies Lobby as the first old arc to get the "One Pace" treatment. It's the first arc that had 1 chapter pacing throughout its run, so it's probably more beneficial to start there and move up.
Skypiea - Enies Lobby can wait until later.

Expect a big release this weekend (Possibly 22-27). Sewil is going out of town, and won't be able to upload the amount we have up until then, and also, if anybody has been waiting for a batch download, we'll be releasing one after Episode 24 is released (All of Fishman Island will be done by then).

Yep. We'll work on older episodes while we wait for newer episodes to be build up. Expect a new "New World" episode about once every 2 weeks.

We can try to use it. What's the chance of the stuff getting removed though? We mainly use videoweed because stuff rarely gets taken down from it.

It's not very high I don't see stuff getting taken down very often another option is uploading them to YT as private videos which is much harder for them to take down.

We tried that, but the video was almost instantly removed by their filter.

Putlocker/Sockshare are excellent hosts. It is rare that videos take down there, considering the uncountable movies and shows hosted there.

Not yet.

We plan on being caught up to the most recent episode by June 1st (should be before then). We'll start on those arcs a few days or so after.

We're having a bit of a problem finding old Vegapunk .ass files for the Post-Enies Lobby Arc and early Thriller Bark Arc. If they're not found by the time we start, some of it will just have to be hardsubbed.
