Unfortunately, that's also true for Kuro (even if I did like the guy, he was stylish as all hell); hell, he didn't even want to be a pirate at all, and the Grand Line was probably already too much for him, WTF would he be doing in the New World??
Plus, from that arc, we already got Usopp, the Going Merry and, from Kuro's faction, Jango, who was arguably the funniest character of the arc.
As for Gin, I also liked him, but I'm quite sure he's dead. He already overcame Krieg in his last moments of the Baratie arc, his character was complete, sailing the GL for him was simbolic, he was bound to die in a matter of hours/days. If he comes back? I'll be pretty damn happy. But I think the most logical ending to Gin is being already dead.

Actually… Morgan's return is quite necessary, for Helmeppo at least. He swore to defeat and capture his father one day after he becomes a strong naval officer. So we might see them both soon or we'll just see a Helmeppo flashback when he and Coby are reintroduced in the manga. Flashback because Helmeppo could have taken him out during the time skip but I doubt that..
And personally I'd like to see Morgan return as a super badass

I don't see how the country is able to be in peace and repel the outside attacks by itself if they aren't able to defeat a single man who's not even Yonko level ( they're on the New World after all, if they can't defend themselves from them they would be doomed ). And it would also be an huge dissapointment given the fact that the samurais seem to be the elite of the swordsmen in the OP world, i don't think Zoro is one of the best yet, at least not as strong as to be able to perform a feat like defeating all the samurais alone.

But i think we can suppose that since they're located in the middle of the NW, they would be attacked / invaded if they were not strong, if not by the WG, by the pirates, it's the sea of pirates after all. If even the Marines fear them they are certainly not weak. I'm not saying they will all be beasts, but they are quite skillful for sure.

Agreed,the ungrateful usually makes comments of "he takes too many breaks" and "where the f$%^ is the d@#$ chsapter already!?".
Fans missing it usually just comment of 'can't wait' once or twice, some immature fans missing it start to whine constantly (often in every post, making them different than the dedicated or silly fans)

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say since you only repeated what I said. But to make it clear again- after chapter 694 is (most likely) released tomorrow, we won't see another one for roughly three weeks. After that it should return to its normal schedule again barring any breaks.

There's something I wanted to comment on with this chapter. I'd have to say Harpy Monet is quite possibly one of the most evil characters in this series. While the major big bad villain of each arc is generally evil, this is one of the few times when a minion is probably just as bad. She's not only attempting to sacrifice her life in this moment by detonating the lab, but is willing to kill dozens of innocent people in the process, including children. It's not even that she was pressured into it by Doflamingo, as she stated she was going to do it before he even asked. Hell, during her fight with Zoro, Tashigi and the marines, we even saw she wasn't above cannibalism when she bit off a piece of a marine's shoulder, and when she was going to chew up Tashigi. It's rare for me to think of this about a character in this series, but I'm hoping she actually dies a slow painful death when Caeser crushes her heart.
And this is where I give Oda major props as a writer, for making Monet a literally and figuratively cold, heartless monster.
