Some question why Robin needs(sometiems) to cross her arms to user her devil fruit, well same can be asked why (when he was first introduced) Don Kurei needed to touch a cheek with his left hand to transform back to normal. Or the speific hand motion/signals that both Foxy and Hancock do.
We've known for a long time now that DF uses has to train to discover the uses of their powers, some never find out the full potential of the powers. WE also know that the dfs can reappear after a user dies, to be eaten and used again. I doubt that certain powers work only for certain hand signals, there would be people not able to access the powers not knowing they have to create the 'horned hand' (in heavy metal)/I love you sign' (in hand sign language) that Foxy uses, or the arms outstreached and 'heart shape' that Hancock uses.
I think its all psychological and tied to how they first discovered their powers. Those are some actions they did when they first discovered their powers, some may believe they must do that action to use the power, some may just use the action (as one person has suggested) to help focus their concentration. If a person thinks they must use a certain action to activate/deactive their powers, then their subconcisous would likely reinforce it.
You are right that it could be the same case as with Hancock, namely giving Kinemon the powers of the Tanuki/Kitsune without him having a Mythical Zoan and thus him having turn into one but nothing is definite and i really would like people to not treat it as such, for example cutting off people easily because it does not agree with their opinion is just dumb because we have no evidence for now.
Did Kinemon show the ability to turn into or create any natural element? No, this means that he is not a Logia.
Using the same logic:
Did Kinemon transform into a mythical animal or show powers connected with mythical animals? No, ergo he is not a Mythical Zoan.

She doesn't always, kinda nullifying this section. As a child, she pointed to the location of where the arms would sprout, and sometimes she doesnt move her arms at all. I imagine she often does it for concentration, as she feels the strain of each arm she sprouts
She doesn't always, but she does it very, very often. Maybe Kinemon also does his thing for concentration.

-Doflamingo's crew looks terrifying, and that whole scene with him giving her orders while she's trying to kill him was just evil.
-Knowing the crew and the G-5 already have their hands full with Caesar, Vergo and Monet and now Baby-5 and Buffalo are on their way..
-Kinemon and Brook teaming the dragon while Zoro chills out and watches.
-Sanji admitting he would have lost to Vergo.

-Hat-less Law..I laughed..
-Vergo calling Doflamingo "Doffy", they must be pretty close.

The color walk picture definitely has no real significance concerning this current arc, or Monet (in all likely-hood). It's just there on his chest because of everything else in the background of the picture.

Anyone else think that Buffalo from Dofla's crew might be related to Atmos of the Whitebeard Pirates? Atmos' nickname was 'Water Buffalo' and both he and Buffalo have a bulky build, and tattoos on their arms around the same position.

Dressrosa can't be more than 4-5 hours away if Dofla sent them as reinforcements for the conflict on Punk Hazard which will probably only last for 3 hours or so.

1. luffy talking to the dragon and the dragon introducing himself as momonosuke and how he got in that situation, luffy will think he is edible but will just befriend him since well, …. he is a talking dragon.
2. franky will be shown outside with sunny go (and how he crossed the poisoned terrain) noticing a tanker approaching the other side of the icy lands (franky is on the entrance where smoker confronted law and is making his way around...the tanker (SAD tanker) is approaching the back entrance of the icy lands (where vergo arrived)
3. sanji will show a new technique to blow the shinokuni away temporarily (rankyaku?) while tashigi and G5 entering the entrance going to R66 (first floor)
4. little more of smoker and vergo action, with law interfering and scanning his heart again from vergo.
5. some scenes of conversation with monet and strawhats (especially nami, chopper and kinemon)...zoro attacking monet at the last panel of their group.
6. ceasar, monet and vergo (while fighting smoker) being called by doflamingo from den den mushi and instructing them to get ready to go back to dress rosa, because baby 5 and buffalo are coming to fetch them. doflamingo instructing vergo to just destroy the SAD room.
vergo will have a hard time escaping smoker.
monet will comprehend.
ceasar clown will get mad and will threaten to kill everyone using shinokuni if SAD room will be destroyed and if his "show" will be stopped.

Legit or not, we won't see Bufallo and Baby5 the next few chapters. I can't see them appearing earlier than 4-5 chapters from now.
While I'll agree it will take a few chapters for them to show up, 4-5 chapters can easily cover less time then 1 hour :)

Most of the Shichibukai reside in the first part of the Grand Line to filter out most of the pirates, Doflamingo being a blockade at the start of the New World to filter out the rest could be great for the World Goverment. Even though most of the Shichibukai don't take their position seriously, they could pretend to follow the WG a little bit by taking a strategic island to live on.

Because almost every villain was fought in his base - Lucci in Enies Lobby, Moria in Thriller Bark, Crocodile in the capital of Alabasta, Bellamy in Jaya etc.

This is irrelevant. I am saying that Doflamingo is probably not the next boss and if his island is so close to the Red Line, this would mean that the Straw Hats have to go back to fight him later.
Remember, the crew traveled about 3-4-5 days between islands at average and they were neighbour islands. I don't think that having two islands at traveling distance less than an hour is possible.
