2. Where did Smoker and tashigi get their jutte/sword from? Last chapter smoker didnt have his jutte and i assumed the sword tashigi had was picked up from a defeated henchman. But now seeing smoker with his jutte it seems like thats tashigis real sword. Where did they come from?

If robin could learn tekkai that would pretty much make her new world worthy. Otherwise she has relatively no defense at all. (that we know of)
Also, I have a theory about brook. I think his spirit form has those little puffs of smoke next to it to represent something. Maybe an attack/ability? Or maybe it's the number of retries he has after dying
Robin knowing iron body would be a little over the top for her character. She never was good at defense, her combat ability is her smarts and offense.
Her new-found cloning ability is a better alternative that is more appropriate.
The lights you mention around Brook are just stylized hitodama, I doubt they mean anything beyond "oooh, ghost!"

Most likely by making that fanart he assured that Oda will never use any of these techniques even if he was going to. Just a hunch.

Not really ,Her Df ability is really Hax some times especially for fodder but i think given the right opponent Robin could very well display some type of fighting ability. I would like to think she was doing more than sitting around blushing sipping tea with Dragon, he had to teach her something.
I think he taught her greater "focus", by which i mean a greater mental capacity to use of her own ability. The most likely reason why she didn't just immediately clutch-neck-break all the fishman island fodder in 10 seconds (aside from it ending the fight early) is that she has to control all her arms, and there isn't a limit to how many she can make at once, but there is a limit on how well she can control hundreds or thousands of limbs at the same time. I could see Dragon teaching her meditation and focus techniques to improve her mental capacity to control even larger numbers of limbs, and particularly multiple clones. If you consider how hard it is to be completely focused in a fight with just your own body, imagine having to control and coordinate the movements of 4 people at once, along with whatever other arms she uses while fighting.
Also, Rokushiki Robin would be ridiculously OP, even by One Piece standards. Particularly with the clone aspect–imagine fighting a dozen Rob Lucci's at once, let alone arms sprouting out of your back and using shigan on the back of your neck. Her clones are practically Logia-level intangible anyway.

I think you're forgetting Robin's ability can be just as much a weakness as it is a strength. Remember that whatever damage is done to any one of her limbs or clones directly affects her. So no, it would not be smart at all to sprout 10,000 arms or a dozen full-body clones of yourself, because you're maximizing your risks of being fatally hurt with each one. If one of her clones out there gets jumped by someone strong enough and gets its head cut off, it's game over for Robin.

The first pic looks like a normal jump to me. Remember, this is shounen manga, many characters can jump very high and fast, and it doesn't have to be soru and/or geppou. Luffy can use soru though, but not this time. And "DORURUN" is just SFX.
The second pic is Luffy sticking his legs, and later using it for Gomu Gomu no UFO.

We didn't see him use Room but it's pretty clear he did. When he switched Nami and Sanji at the end, we didn't see any Room, did we?

When you say retries, do you mean he can die again that many times? Or do you mean he can use the spirit form again that many times? Because when he first used it, he also had 3 puffs http://www.mangapanda.com/one-piece/629/17.

Unless they have kids VERY young in Wano they aren't father and son. Kinemon can't be older than 45 and Caesar younger than 35 or so.

It actually is very possible. We don't know how old Kinemon is so we don't know whether his son is a child or adult. It would be typical Oda to mislead us to think his son is one of those who are kidnapped but if you think about it, the children who are kidnapped were from G5's island, not Wano Country. Unless both of them were at that G5 island, it would be weird that one child from Wano country were kidnapped. I'm thinking his son ran away from home a long time ago and Kinemon has been looking for him ever since. He then heard a rumor from a very informed person that kidnapped children are being brought to Punk Hazard.
But he is a genius. He just went completely bonkers in last couple of years and became stupidly arrogant. But there is no doubt that Caesar is the best in his field.
Scientist of this level more likely will have his own working group at the facility, than being someone's assistant. Unless he is young.

I actually have no idea when scanlations first came about and am rather interested in that, and how good/bad they were. Could be quite some hilarious goldmines lying around from back then.

Perhaps rather than replacing a point, what Chopper actually did was combine 2 points so that he can access both of their strengths in a single form? It would be pretty useful to have tremendous arm strength and exceptional jumping ability converged in a single point that specialises in kung fu.
