@Alpha:
Right…let's not talk about what perspective one reads One Piece, everyone has their own "unique way" so we can't say anything. Anyways, what I'd like to see in the new world is Wano Country! I have a feeling that they will make a sword for Zoro or he will obtain a new one from there!
SPOILER BELOW
Is it true that Kaido is a dwarf? I've read some post that say Oda himself stated it. Any information would be appreciated, thanks!
Oda hasn't really said much about Kaido(u) yet, other than:
–He destroyed Moriah and crew
--He's a Yonko
--He tried to make contact with Whitebeard for some reason, but, Shanks stopped him for some reason/somehow.
The whole "Kaido(u) is a dwarf…" is merely a theory me and some others have been talking about with one another, on the forums. For, reasons that I have and others have detailed on the forums one or twice; willing to do it again, though.
1. The snow and mountain island Drake encountered members of Kaido(u)'s crew on is one of Kaido(u)'s favorite islands him, and his crew, rule over. Typical fantasy dwarves like snowy mountain regions, and, tend to make their settlements there; though underground.
2. The MAIN crew member Drake encountered was a cyborg, and said cyborg came out of/was on top of a giant, moving, metal domed city. This, to me and several others anyway, implies Kaido(u) likes technology and science; because of the cyborg and moving metal city, and him and his crew have a technology-based + science-loving theme; again, based on the brief glimpses we've seen of his crew so far. Typical fantasy dwarves love technology (and science), and are–for the most part--outstanding metalworkers.
3. Dwarves ARE CONFIRMED to be in One Piece, according to the "Slave List"(?) at Sabody Arch. pre-timeskip (or was it post-timeskip?). This doesn't really lend credit to the "Kaido(u) = dwarf…" theory, but, it does show a dwarf race does in fact exist in the One Piece universe; in some way and form.
I could see Kaido(u) being a dwarf, and wearing a high-tech, technological suit (i.e. Don Krieg v.9999.1). I can also see him with a rock Logia Devil Fruit, because, dwarves live underground–in the earth, in rock--and practically worship stone. We have seen an earth-type Logia in the series (Crocodile) true, but, his Sand Sand fruit would be completely different than a Stone Stone fruit.
Me and the others who believe the theory and all its parts are, most likely, off. However, there's no wrong in theorizing, especially when said theory isn't really that hard to believe; based on what we've observed to date. I may also be forgetting some...stuff to the theory.
--- Update From New Post Merge ---
@King:
Fishman Island is often considered "not good" due to:
- Slow pacing.
- Boring fights.
- Plenty of annoying characters (Shirahoshi, the Medaka Mermaid Quintuplets, Caribou, all of Hody's subordinates except Zeo).
- Lackluster villain.
- Lack of exploration/adventure.
- Sanji's deadly nosebleed.
It had its pros, like Zeo, Surume, the Flashback and Luffy declaring war against Big Mom, but that's not enough to overcome its cons.
Punk Hazard so far has nothing of the above list, so that's why people are liking it much more.
How dare you read my thoughts, man!
