Oh, I guess that's a no then. Well, allright. Maybe later.

Why would I ask. I already know.

Is the process going to be similar to last year's?
-
It should be interesting whenever it comes out.

If last year involved rigging Makino into the finals, then yes.
-
I finished my preparations=) Now I'm hoping first preliminary will start before my term papers get me..

T-Bone, the character that got way too little panel-time.
He got a cameo in during Marineford.

http://www.mangapanda.com/103-43538-9/one-piece/chapter-569.htmlI don't think that's him though.
His sword is different, and I'm sure he'd refuse to use something other than straight blades and such.
Also, he wore a cape last time we see him (at the gathering in Marineford), while this guy has a coat.
This helmet is kind of different as well. And T-Bone doesn't have shoulder pads like that.http://www.onepiecehq.com/mangareader/images/524/16.jpg ^That is clearly T-Bone, even Oda confirmed that.
There was also that page, when Oars Jr. got back up again and we saw T-Bone in awe:

That's it for him though, as far as I know :/

I did not realize it was this time of year again… O_o
Is there a policy in place to deal with ties like last year's Otohime/Buggy fiasco?

Probably.
Though it does make me wonder what would happen if there was a Law vs Bepo…
there are a lot of alliances this year < u >
and the 'Law& ApooArmy' looks strong this year…

Good call; can we decide on (and let us normal folks know, please!) a way to break ties? It'd be good to have those rules set up and everyone aware of it before it happens.
-
Ties have both characters go onto the next round, where the vote then splits between them and the other guy (probably Brook) and it doesn't work out in anyone's favor.
Really, its not in anyone's best interest to try for a tie, it always goes badly the next round.

I was being completely serious and asking in the case of "what if" so we're prepared. I'm not as childish as opting for a tie robby I'm just saying these things happen (as we've seen) and as you say, it goes badly.

In case of a tie, whoever I voted for wins. :ninja:
