Well, unless you want to do something interesting with the psychological aspect like they did with Dr. Manhattan.
Yes but that was from a competent writer

Kubo is such a fucking smug, pretentious, idiotic douchebag. I bet he's even making this up off the top of his head. Bet some of the other secrets will be such stuff as : Isshin isn't Ichigo's father, Aizen is (Or the spirit king). Or Ichigo is the spirit king. Or other such retarded bullshit
It looks like Kishi is having fun with this movie
wait… Tsunade and her underling swich personality??
Tsuzune and Shizunade? Ha! Who's Tonton supposed to be, though (Jiraiya? Fukasaku?)? Also, unless this is part of a larger group shot, Sai is just taking up space…
If Tsunade is like this, I wonder how Jiraiya and Orochimaru will be like lol.
wait… Tsunade and her underling swich personality??
Not just their personalities. wink wink

Indeed, but it looks like Kishi mistook Shizune for Sakura…

How dare you compare shizune to that useless sakura.
I have one question.
Is it ok for me to be on here and say naruto is my favorite manga. I love one piece too but i like naruto better. I acknowledge the mistakes and plotholes naruto has.

Sure.
We tear on it relentlessly, though.

Well, it baffles and confuses us, but sure, if it's your favorite it's your favorite. We can't stop you from liking it.
How is a character compelling at all if you just slap him with base invincibility
And before anyone says anything about Superman:@Some:
I take issue with anyone who says Superman is a boring character. Most comics are about what the hero does. Superman's comics are about who the hero is. Superman is a study of the aphorism, "Power corrupts." He is the living embodiment of Absolute Power. He's a demigod who wakes up every morning and shackles himself to a species of insects and serves a world he should be ruling. He makes the 'right' choices not because he has to or because he's compelled by trauma, but because he truly, honestly believes that it's the best way. He's constantly at war with his instincts and his morals simultaneously, struggling to remain a figure of aspiration and not domination.

Easy, hotshot, I also like Shizune and hate Sakura. I'm saying that Kishimoto made Tsunade (who's supposed to have swapped personalities, and apparently body types, with Shizune) way too flat…
Why wouldn't it be okay? As long as you're not obnoxious about it, you'll be fine...

You are wrong and should die in hell. Now leave this forum and never show yourself again.
Just joking. Your welcome here as long as you don't say bleach is better than One Piece. Robby once threatened to ban me from the forum if I though current Naruto was good though. Oh well, welcome to Arlong park, where Naruto and Bleach fans are looked down upon like humans were looked down upon by it's original inhabitants

Lol Tsunade souldn't be the flat chested because regular isn't that flat. I just hope he doesn't make Jiraiya gay.
I'm not obssesed with naruto like other naruto fans XD.

I will never say that Bleach is better than One Piece. I despise Bleach really much. I don't know why I enjoyed it before. I would rather die before I said that.
Naruto isn't that bad though, Kishi can redeem himself with how Naruto ends.
He's been doing a horrible job so far. Like with the pointless zombies and sharingan powerups pulled straight from Kishi's ass
I actually appraised Part II as better because Pain vs. Jiraiya made such a favorable impression on me. Then this war arc happened.

That was such an epic battle. Kishi just needs to stop focusing on sasuke and start focusing on other characters likr rock lee or Guy-sensei. I just want Rock Lee to beat the living hell out of sasuke.
That is super never going to happen.
It's not like villains are not notorious and shameless thieves sometimes, just look at Blackbeard. Granted he is a pirate so culturally thieving is expected with what he does, and he is a traitor (nakama killing) so it's not like anyone expects high moral standards from him.
He did steal Whitebeard's powers, but Oda didn't contradict anything he had previously written regarding 2 devil fruits, he didn't say there couldn't be a 2 fruit user. This is all good and goes well with the story etc.
Kishimoto on the other hand had Madara steal some eyes which were said to be related to but basically very different, so how the hell could he (bearing in mind the emphasis of genetics on the series) use the rin'nen gan anyway?
Basically what I am trying to say is can anybody explain how two eye kinds which branched off genetically can be the same? It's not like Neji for example could rip out the eyes of an uchiha and use them for himself.
I know there are the exceptions of Danzou and Kakashi being able to use sharingan moves, but Madara using rin nen gan?
Honestly, I don't think tobidara is really human at this point. I think he's supposed to be the leftover spirit of the ten tails trying to reunite itself. So maybe thats why it can control the rinnegan
@Friend:

Yeah he did, in the Enies Lobby arc. Marco reiterated this during the war. We've yet to get an explanation though, so we can't call bullshit until we find out. The same can be said with the Rinnegan/Sharingan combo that you mentioned, though I doubt Kishi's explanation will be any good (or even existent).
I bet that makes more sense than whatever Kishimoto makes up! Remove the Uchihas and the plot would probably work a lot better lol.

We've seen multiple where anyone, regardless of genetics or heritage, can rip out anyone's magic eyeball and use them for himself. Because that's how magical eyeballs work.
Which also reminds of how Tobi put a Rinnegan and Sharingan in each of the Jinchuurikis. God, that was the most retarded fanfiction shit ever.
Sharingans in the Bijuu, yes, but the Rinnegans have precedent in the animal summons Pain used.
Sharingans in the Bijuu, yes, but the Rinnegans have precedent in the animal summons Pain used.
I still don't get how that works. So did Pain put Rinnegan eyeballs into the other pain bodies and animals or did the Rinnegan ability just transfer over from the chakra rods? Even if it's the latter, why would Pain even put chakra rods in the summon animals in the first place and what advantage did they gain by having the Rinnegan? Was Pain controlling them like he was controlling the human bodies?
He must have went to Orochiyoyo's pickled Uchiha eye emporium. I would have laughed if the eyeballs had the low preservation quality of the ones in the Biggeron Sword side quest. That would have fucked up Madara's thieving bastard plans up.
Will Naruto be the same in the movie or what ?
@Naruto:

You mean beat the living hell out of him again, right? Ah, those were the days…
Also, I didn't like Jiraiya vs. Pain due to the outcome (Jiraiya was my favorite Naruto character)...

The Sixth Paths of Pains just reflect the users eyes, so basically whatever the paths see the user knows. Tobi and Nagato never put extra eyes into the bodies.

To answer your question.
The ninja Naruto, who’s got a demon beast sealed inside him because of his father and mother, who gave their lives to rescue the village – gets drawn into a genjutsu world by a masked man who aims at the power of that very demon beast.
In that genjutsu world, Naruto comes across his father and mother – who should have been dead.
Even though he understands that he’s falling for the masked man’s trap, Naruto cannot help being conflicted at the comfort he feels after meeting with his parents…
Furthermore, even in this genjutsu world the evil hand of the masked man draws near…

Oh that, how could I have forgotten that lol. Those were the times, I just loved how sasuke was put in his place back then. It needs to happen again and soon kishi. I also remember when he was scared of Gaara lol.
I cried alot during when he died, especially when it was animated.

I remenber reading somewhere he is the only one that hasen't changed.
@Deviant Mugen: Yeah Jiraiya was a man's man, and he died a magnificent death. At least he wasn't brought back as a zombie! That alone would have been equivalent to what Kubo did to Urahara and Yoruichi in Bleach. At least 2 ranks taken away from it's entire manga score just for that one thing.

I think Urahara and kenpachi are the only cool characters in Bleach.
I liked shinji but can't remember why I didn't like him for a while before that. Kubo hypes things up then lets fans down. Come to think of it an even better ending of Aizen than defeat by Shinji or Yoruhara, clever use of Orihime to do it. I would have been impressed if Kubo had done that.

Agree although maybe zangetsu.
who's everyone favorite villian in bleach?

Nah, Ichigo ruined Zangetsu's coolness. Zangetsu was badass when he was all mysterious and didn't want to help Ichigo.

Grimmjow by far.

Mayuri without shadow of a doubt.

I think Byakuya during the soul society arc was an epic villian.

The man was a visionary, and one hell of a pervert. My interest in the story definitely declined when he died (at least Lee and Guy are still around)…
And yeah, him not being ET'd is definitely a good thing, though the reason Kabuto gave for it was pretty ridiculous (I guess ninja aren't very good swimmers)...
Regarding Bleach villains, I definitely enjoyed Kenpachi as a villain during the SS arc. He totally won his fight, too, he just let Ichigo have the victory. Also, Grimmjow pretty good...

Rinnegans are like shared vision. His shared consciousness could see through everybody that had a Rinnegan, including the animal summons.
And yeah, the summons had chakra rods so he was controlling them too.
I must give Orochiyoyo credit for his ninja abilities, I mean the things traditionally seen as ninja stuff like hiding, intel gathering etc not the superhuman shounen stuff like being able to just survive a 4 tail kyuubi mouth blast by using a triple rashomon. I mean being able to get genetic data from all those dead guys. Granted he could have robbed graves but he couldn't have known where they all died, unless Kishimoto ninjas don't have the sense required to not record every damn battle location lol.
Thus he must have got gene samples when some of them were alive.
Ok… thanks for the summary NDL, you too CK..
Man, that's a shame .
Rinnegans are like shared vision. His shared consciousness could see through everybody that had a Rinnegan, including the animal summons.
Yeah, but wasn't it also stated that each of the six Pain bodies has one of the Six Paths of Pains? Could he, like, give one of the Paths of Pain to one of the animals if he wanted to?
And yeah, the summons had chakra rods so he was controlling them too.
Doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose of a summon? How does he coordinate controlling so many bodies anyway? Especially the animals, which have an entirely different physiology than humans? Is it really more advantageous to control the summons rather than just let them do their own thing? Wait, where did he even get the giant chakra rods to put in the giant animals? I thought the rods came from those spikes that the giant statue thing lodged in his back? Like, you know, he just broke off some pieces and put them in the corpses.
"It just raises too many questions."
@Friend:
@Deviant Mugen: Yeah Jiraiya was a man's man, and he died a magnificent death.
No he didn't.
At least he wasn't brought back as a zombie!
Because he isn't dead.
What about willing himself from the brink of death not for himself but to help save his village isn't magnificent? He died the death of a hero.
who's everyone favorite villian in bleach?
Ukitake Mayuri and Kenpachi back when they were both still villains.
Did you guys know that whe Jiraiya got back up to write the message on the toads back his heart already stopped before he even did that. He went out like a boss.
I was convinced that the edo tensei relied on the genetic material of the person being summoned, otherwise you could summon whoever the hell you liked. Obviously sacrifices would be needed, but they are easy enough. Although if someone else was a clone or something well that's fair enough, or if the genetic material of direct descendants would be enough.
