Did she just tell the birds to shut up?! http://a.deviantart.net/avatars/d/a/dannyphantomhmmplz.png?1
Anyway … I've never gotten around to watch Witchblade, and now I'm glad I didn't. Sounds pretty boring. Also, about the Hottest Anime Guys list ... is it weird that I could immediately think of a few cartoon hotties but not a single anime one?
Birds talk to damn much.
And no, because I could immediately think of a several video game hotties, but only two anime ones.

Oh yeah, Hottest Video Game Guys would be darn easy for me as well.
But anime … huh, this is really hard. -

Has anyone seen Doug's take on the Kony situation? It's hilarious!

man, we had nothing for a week, then a big dump. why couldn't this be more spread out.
-
haha, I remember that Richie Rich movie.

@Monkey:

Then you may find it interesting that in my country they were so obsessed with making money off of the "Home Alone" series that they re-titled this movie "Home Alone and Rich".
I am dead serious.

! Man, it's hard to pick my favorite segment of Fantasia, but I think it's gonna be Nutcracker Suite, if only for the final Waltz of the Flowers segment (honorable mention to Tocatta and Fugue and Night on Bald Mountain). And sorry Insider, but Dance of the Hours is probably my least favorite.
! Oh, and Robby, as for how Paw is going to review a movie like that; well, you'll just have to watch to find out! Who wants to bet NC party-crashes that review?
! As for my favorite part . . . . I gotta go with Nutcracker Suite. Or Sorcerer's Apprentice.
! Least-favorite . . .um, the dinosaur's part. I can't remember the musical piece, but damn if I didn't find the dinosaurs boring/sad/depressing. The only part that sticks out for me is the T-Rex vs. Stegosaurus part, and that's just grim. -
whatever the one is with the leaves and flowers and mushrooms dancing; I liked that one.

Apparently, two of Spoony's fans visited his house, dressed in costume, and wouldn't leave the front door until Spoony had to call the cops.
I'm sorry….I love Todd and Lupa, but there's no way in FUCK I'm ever going to their house unless they invite me (and that's if I've gotten to know them personally, cause they could always turns out to be a vampire in disguise). I seriously fucking hate answering my front door. I'm not going to do that to someone who doesn't know purely because I like their work.

I just saw that on Twitter. Seriously, crazy fans are the reason why we can't have nice things.

Damn, one of the worst groups within a fandom.
@Insider2000:I seriously fucking hate answering my front door.
same here, i usually peek out the first floor window and if we aren't expecting any packages i'll ignore strangers and pretend nobody's home.
-
wholey crap. i always wondered about these internet celebrities and them giving out all this information. I feel privileged they do so much for us but they do it at a risk, that's for sure.
I'm sure it was shits and giggles for those 2 until the cops came.
-
Does it say why the two fans were there? Did they want something?

http://twitter.com/#!/thespoonyone
Doesn't say. Probably there to profess their undying love for Spoony, 'cause you know, fandoms have those kinds of people. The fact they were dressed in costume implies something to that effect.
-
I really don't get why some of these guys give their address information to anyone. That's really fucked up, and being known by so many, they should keep that secret hidden.
-
I always assume the worst of crazed fans. After it's because of them that we have people like John Lennon and Dimebag Darrell getting killed.
I especially don't trust any of Spoony's fans given how volatile they are over every little thing he does.
-
I feel especially awful, cause….Spoony has actually been a really cool guy lately. He's had some issues with his fans in the past, but as of late, he's been real mellow and sweeter. I just hope something like this doesn't ruin that streak.
-
crazy people don't have reasons. and you don't need addresses to figure out where a person lives or other stuff about them. I'm sure I've left enough clues on the net about me. though, no one cares about me. I'm a nobody.

I'm sure you don't want anyone "caring" about you enough that you have to call the police to make them leave you alone.
-
nope. i'm happy being a nobody

Oh well. Great review. Doug's impression of the Phelous at the end had me giggling like a maniac.

Yeah. I definitely agree with the critic here. I certainly never expected anything good out of this, but…..it should be an interesting experience to see what Bay makes out this. I'm curious if there'll be some weird explanation for why they're turtles AND aliens though?

Oancitizen gives his own take on the age-old question: Are video games art?
-
ooh. is it about that new game "journey" i read about it in the paper yesterday. It sounded interesting.

Pretty much anything that's invented is art. It's just a matter of whether it's crappy art or excellent art.

Todd reviews Train's "Drive By".
http://blip.tv/todds-pop-song-reviews/drive-by-train-a-pop-song-review-6043091
I've honestly avoided Train like the plague after "Hey Soul Sister" (which I'm pretty neutral towards now), so really…..yeah....this is pretty bad.Oancitizen gives his own take on the age-old question: Are video games art?
Awesome video by Oancitizen.
The thing that's always bugged me is that I've always felt like for someone to identify video games as art, it would have to be identified by someone without bias. I felt like the only way for people to truly understand and appreciate video games as an art, they'd have to see it from an outside view and not have a bias. I realize that that is impossible, now. People change judge all they want, but the only way for them to know is to try it for themselves.
-

Uuuugh, stop stop stop. groans
You see, I'm a law student. Every law student has to define art at some point ("Is drowning a chicken in blood (to increase awareness for animal cruelty) art?").
Don't make me remember all this nonsense. -

Blockbuster Buster does a Top 10 Hispanic Heroes list.
http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/videolinks/teamt/blockbuster-buster/blockbuster-buster/34702-top-10-hispanic-heroesI never watched this guy before, but I was intrigued. A good list, with some good humor. Need to lay off some of the alter-ego gags though.
! Was not surprised at all that Zorro was #1. A little surprised that Inigo Montoya wasn't in the top 5. And I knew Angry Joe would get a cameo in there somewhere, he's the prominent hispanic contributor.

oh right. i wanted to watch this. I seen Cybersix on his title card. The animated series is awesome! (i read the first comic online, and…i'm not sure if it has the same appeal...) I watched BB once before. I think I'm hooked now. He's articulate and interesting to listen to, and he's kinda cute. ;P ooh, I liked the part with the batman cop too. I learned so much.

A dullish review overall, but the end bit with Nella was priceless.

He's okay, but he does seems to try and emulate others on the site a bit too much, and he seems to not be able to deliver some punchlines the right way. Still, it would have been interesting to see his opinion on Terror of Tiny Town, but then again, Brad might not even know he exists.
The chick's review was okayish, but the sort of dull analytical probing she does way too often. Nella was the only realy entertaining part of the video.
Also, Dash finaly released another scripted episode of WTFIWWY. He seems to make one in more then a month (3 since December 11th of last year). I like his videos with Tara, but I still preffer the scripted episodes.
