Well. We have seen instances of someone teleporting people through long distances. So I wouldn't be surprised if theres a DF capable of doing so.
But anyway, I'm just saying we can expect another plot bomb thrown, in whatever form it may be

It also might be that that's it, it's just simply over. This is meant to be like the East Blue arcs because it's in some way the restart of the series and I notice a lot of things similar to East Blue here, except it has to be longer because there are a lot of fishman characters, even before this arc. Who knows with the current story, though because there's a number of loose threads to be tied up.
Sorry for having a different opinion. I hav nothing against TB and the end was amazing but it isn't the best ARC in MY OPINION… I just enjoy this arc more
funny, i was thinking that TB arc was good until the end lol ( moriah vs luffy alone)
There is definitely going to be, as ponx says, a plotbomb. I have a lot of love and respect for Oda–and if this arc feels flat I sure that smart mangaka is going to make something happen that will hype up this arc and the next, you can quote me on that (still...Hyozo...tear).
off topic: It just occurred to me today that while everyone is raging on how popularity is useless for knowing quality..we all are fans of One Piece a comic in Weekly Shonen Jump a magazine that uses popularity (and editors) to know what comics to run. Weekly Shonen Jump happens to be the comic anthology with the biggest circulation in the world so I think I have the numbers on my side.
Well i believe these post arc chapters are going to reveal alot of info, well I hope at least.
Things still unaccounted for:
-Caribou
-The aging box held within the palace
-The Fishman Dojo
-The mystery of Noah and Joyboy
-Madam Shirley and Arlong (Oda wouldn't have thrown this in out of the blue, I hope it means we may see a return of Arlong, oh how I want to see him again)
-Creator of the ES (Though this is probably going to be revealed in later arcs)
-Big Mom and the Factory (Again probably for later)
-New Nakama (Jimbei very high possibility, though I personally want Caribou to join )
-What will happen with Surume and his brother?
-Where did Wadasumi's anglerfish disappear to?

Don't forget VDD.

Of course and also the deal with the log pose now that I remember. Also where is VDD crew? In the fishman District or in the Dutchman, hmm?
LOL….people still didn't understand that the 'aging box' thing (related to 'urashima taro' japanese legend) was used by oda as a joke to show the level of dumbness of van der decken.
Stop rick rolling yourselves,guys.

Vander Decken is dead everyone. The only ones who said he was just "unconscious" was Luffy, and Fukaboshi, and they were only assuming it. VDD passed out from blood loss, and his mouth filled with saliva. That happens to you when you die.
Anyway, I'll just call it now. Hody is going to come back and erupt into a frenzy and will now attempt to kill Shirahoshi. Whatever happens between then and the end of the chapter could decide whether or not Hody gets killed (which I _wouldn't_ rule out).

Methinks he just slipped when Noah rotated and bumped his head.

Yes. All of the people Luffy's knocked out with Conquerors Ambition must also all be dead because they foamed at the mouth.
Why wouldn't Oda just have him die when Hody impaled him, or used him as a shield? It was supposed to show that he is pretty tough and that later he only passed out.

oda's not kill crazy because two guys died, people need to stop thinking this VDD is obviously alive how many people have we seen knocked out because of blood loss and they always survive, broken bones major blood loss can all be solved with a few bandages in one piece, don't believe reread the series
oda won't kill anyone unless it has a huge impact on the story, I'm still waiting for Bon-Chan to make his way back
@Choperman: Your post reminded me of this.

We've seen pirates survive all that, people who were already strong and battle ready. Like all the other Fishmen, VDD has shown how weak he is. Would YOU survive being stabbed by a trident in the chest, slashed in the shoulder with a giant axe, and falling from a great distance in the Noah?
Maybe he did just knock his head, but he's already been fatally wounded. And VDD's fate wound up quickly forgotten anyway, who knows when anyone in the story will wonder about him.

I wouldn't survive a fall from the clouds, being bashed with a 4-ton bat, multiple explosions, lethal poison, or having my chest impaled either. Didn't stop anyone in this work of fiction, though.
VDD has shown how weak he is.
I think he showed himself to be anything but weak (in a general sense). He still fought on after Hody impaled him on his trident completely off-guard, and was even conscious after the grievous wound his own axe must have inflicted. If he can do that, don't think it's weird for him to survive at all.
I also don't get the vibe that he's the character type who Oda would kill off. With Hody you can actually make an argument for it; that he can't be reformed and is already so utterly fucked up from more than just being attacked by Luffy. Decken though is a fairly stupid and goofy villain that Oda could easily put into just about any kind of wacky coverstoryish situation and it would work out fine.

They were with him on Noah, from which Wadatsumi fell off. Maybe now they´re taking the 1hp VDD to the Flying Pirates doctor, oh man i HOPE he has a doctor X_____X

mr. 9 and ms. monday are perfect examples of weak characters who we thought were dead and were fine
pell, every skypian who got attacked by enel says hi too, every single one

Your forgetting of a certain birdman that was portrayed as weak and got blown up by a bomb that covers a couple miles. Yet he comes back a little later with a few bandages.
I'm guessing that this has been mentioned before, but I've always figured that what is happening to the Noah at the present time is the prophecy taking place. If that was true though, I think the FI arc would have quite a bit more to go.

I don't think this is going to be addressed anymore. At least it's not necessary. Not after Hody said he found the ES and told Zeo to mass produce them. We already have enough information.

Decken needs some of Chopper's magic bandages.
Aging casket is finished lol.It just gave VDD a reason to be a perv. And it went along with the whole "legends are exaggerated" motif
God,just thinking that some Shira wankers thought that it would:shrink her, make her into a fighter and change her hair color….
Now Naruto is out and One Piece gonna be last as usual. :(

Its out finally!

http://mangastream.com/read/one_piece/82338206/10 I always assumed that the two were the same thing seeing as Hody got the pills while he was in Neptune's Army, meaning that he had access to the palace. I don't see why it couldn't be a joke and a plot device, just look at Sanji's nose bleed, this is minor in comparison. Besides, just look at what ES's effectively did to the people who took them the most, they gave them a permanent power boost equivalent of years of training and aged their hair.
Also, though I cant find the chapter right now, Neptune once called Hody out for taking the ES's, meaning he most likely knew what they were.

Its here .
Enjoy it.
