His name is, rather fittingly, Parrotish. (Silly, I know, but allow me to have it my way.) Only good and persistent campaigning will be enough to sway his head, and thus he also expects patience from the majority of the voters. Hastiness ruins this event completely.
Many, including me, made the mistake of voting on a whim last year too many times. My belief is that this magnificent event of ours shouldn't be just an ordinary popularity contest, but a valiant fight of many different camps, who try their utmost to make their favourite character(s) fare well. Besides, skilfully made campaigns always seem to cheer one up, whether the campaign was made for their character or not.
