Is anyone ever had a problem with anime export before?
I ordered and paid my PERONA POP when they first open for perorder.
But now its gone from my page…..........is that normal?

yeah it's normal for them to take stuff off their webpage when they're not accepting orders for them anymore.
it's fine, once the item is in stock they'll send you an email that you can request shipping.

This happened for Marco, Law and Nami POPs.

But recently their CS has really gone downhill. They sent me an email saying I could request shipping, but in my account page I still wasn't able to request shipping cause they didn't change the status to instock. I sent them four emails before I finally got the status changed and they had to do it manually for me.

Same as before, just there is now another thread for actual links/announcements of the pre-orders and in-stock items. Talking about shipping-related issues concerning these items should still happen here. :)

Yeah it's not meant to complicate things further, don't change what you discuss just please use the links thread to post preorder and in-stock announcements. That way everyone has a chatter-free way to see what's up.

BTW, hopefully ace figuarts will be available for preorder at hlj today.
I wanna see the actual product first before decide buying it.

To clarify (I didn't know it would be so difficult to be honest….apologies in advance if for some reason this caused confusion):

This thread is for all discussion regarding preorders during and after (how long after, please use common sense and best judgement....obviously it's fine to post pictures of your order in the general thread as your haul pictures etc). This is to cover comments and questions regarding the order itself or the questions regarding the shops that relate to the specified recent orders.
The general thread will stick to talk about opinions/discussion of figures and upcoming figures.....exactly the title currently is misleading and we're working on that. Any talk of OP figures relating to a recent preorder/order (aka I got it, did you get it, did the shop ship it, how long does it take the shop to ship it, how much did they charge you etc ) goes in here.
Links only so it's easy to just view quickly.

And I'd like to see the links stay in the other link and not cross post in other threads, this way it'll encourage people to post links in the proper thread so people that aren't interested in discussion and just want the links/updates can always get their fix without sifting through here to see possible links if someone forgot to post in the other thread instead of here.

Well I can certainly try and get them for you. However I want Hiruluk, Kureha and maybe Wapol for myself and I dun wanna spend toooo much XD I guess I can put Dalton in tho and then maybe let you have Wapol if I change my mind XD

Keep them just in case. They went so quick on P-A I imagine a lot of people missed them. Or you can quickly be vigilant once you get the confirmation and cancel them then.

While I do have two Chopper on order and enjoy the idea of Army Building Chopper. (SOMEBODY needs to take on those Daleks.) I am open to reselling/trading for someone else if somebody else wants my spare (if I do get two)

Yeah everyone missed someone last time XD

Fortunately if I should miss Hiruluk and Kureha I have Garp + Ace, Young Hancock and Roger from vol.0 I would trade for them. XD Hopefully it wont come down to that tho.
