Any one have a link to that image where it goes through a bunch of the bleach characters faces by just swapping their hair, eyes, eybrows, and mouth? I saw the new guy at the end of this chapter and said to my friend, he's got Unohana's/Izuru's eyes and eyebrows and has the hair of Byakuya crossed with Stark. Base line, he looks like characters Kubo's drawn before.
I wonder if you could add characters from Zombie Powder in there too. Though his art style was rather different back then.
Enter this arc's Sensui,
I told he would appear in this chapter.
Chapter Black arc knock off is still on a roll. A big steaming pile of shit rolled by a dung beetle that is.
I should really read Yu Yu huh.
Yes, yes you should
It boggles the mind how bad Bleach can be and still get published.
I have to wonder if Bleach was an American comic book, if it would have got cancelled years ago.
Oh yeah Gliblord and read Hunter X Hunter also, we seem to have some nen rip offs recently in Bleach. Well I would personally say Kubo's current rip off style is somewhere between HXH, YYH and JJBA, but that appears to be the general consensus here, since Togashi or Araki are mentioned at least once or twice a day I think on this thread.

Now we have a scapegoat to blame all of Bleach's problems onto.
One we can actualy hit. :ninja:
Well here are my biggest dissapointments:
Ichigo's friends are useless and annoying.
:getlost:
I understand your list of disappointments somewhat had this covered, but no list can be complete without discussing the horrendous treatment of Chad. Chad has gone from and odd, strong friend, to trusted partner, to jobber, to liability, to intense training to catch up, right back to jobber, and now to cheerleader.

Because kids don't read the classics or don't care to.
Seriously Bleachtards on youtube are annoying- bashing Yokourama when he's basically complaining legitimately about bleach every week. And when I reply they say "why because you think One Piece and Naruto are better," maybe not Naruto but no shit One Piece is better…
/mini Rant over
I don't know why "Is Naruto better than Bleach?" even a debate.
The fact that everyone can use more than one technique should be your answer.
Thats not even my point, my point is that the Bleach fans think that the only reason ppl complain about Bleach is ONLY because they like OP/Naruto more (only those two are always mentioned mind you), but really thats not the reason. Bleach has obvious faults and they are never seen by the blind fans and it just ticks me off. Ppl who mention about said faults are called haters and then called fanboys/fangirls of other shows that was never mentioned in the comment. sigh Fanboys/girls are annoying…

I think the die-hard fans are in the minority.
Almost everyone I've heard who mentions Bleach knows how awful it is and only reads it out of morbid curiosity.
Huh, going by those youtube fanboys it sounds like I wasn't far off the mark:
@The:
I think a lot of it is a kind of soccer-team like mentality regarding the manga they love. When they start reading manga odss are it's Naruto or Bleach, and they immediately hear that it's part of the "shonen trinity" and all that. Once they realize that their series is competing with only two others for "best manga ever" and they hear the first bit of criticism from a non-fan they will start viciously defending their teams glory. And no matter how shitty it gets they wont betray their team, they'll support it 'till the end.
Only problem with this analogy is that Bleach is the equivalent of a local oldboys team enjoying as much succes as Manchester United.
Also, punk-guy shishigawaras face is pretty much identical to post-skip Jinta.
It's not just the prettyboys people.

This manga can´t hold so much win:ninja:
I saw the 'disappointment list' and have now a question: What were the theories about Orihime und the Hougyoku back then, when we all thought she would be usefull for something and not just there to be a bait for Ichigo and co? To recharge the Hougyoku? Something like that? Can someone enlighten me about the common theories?:ermm:

She specificaly said (at least in the scan) she would "revert the hougyoukou" (since she reverts stuff into how it was at a past point in time….sorta) out of existence.
This was quickly forgot and never mentioned again.

Yes, but what thought the people about AIZEN's plans for her? I know, they thought he would have another plan for her than just to be the bait.
Maybe he still have? :ninja:

I could see it now. If that happens, you'll hear a high pitched screech from the Southern part of the USA.

…It's actually sad that I forgot about that up until now. I pulled a Kubo. Sudden urge for black paint...rising...
I remember when everyone thought that's how the arc would end, with Orihime doing just that. Then she got kidnapped again, and Aizen went to Karakura town.
Then it went even further downhill.
I can't believe that she will never be usefull. Maybe she is the key to bring AIzen back?
Ah, I don't know, it just bothers me that everyone (including Aizen) ist impressed by her and then nothing happens. >.<
I can see where her powers would make her special, but where she could have become a really needed key character, it fell flat. Kubo has a nasty habit of giving you a character that could be potentially important or needed, and then never going through. He's just like: "Eh…let's just make it all about Aizen/Ichigo/New Character."
And I like Orihime, I really can't bring myself to hate her.
The theory we had (back when she was still relevant to said plot) was that the reason Aizen brought Orihime to Hueco Mundo was to use her power to assist him in some manner, in particular something to do with the Hogyoku or the construction of the key to reach the King's Realm. Unfortunately, Kubo had no imagination and it all turned out to be "some crap plan to force Ichigo to go to HM…so SS would be distracted and get him out...so he could go to Karakura without anyone stopping him making said key...yet with "sufficient forces" to stop any SS forces that do try to get in his way (you know in the whole "five Vastrolordes working together annihilating them" sort of way...not "three Vastrolordes and their servants fighting in random one-on-one battles)...only he never needed them in the first place and just wanted to troll everyone so he could prove how awesome he is."
You know with all the material presented, a compitent mangaka could actually create something interesting and captivating.

I can't recall common theories, but surely most thought her attempting to reject the Hougyoku was part of Aizen's plan. In fact, wouldn't the quickest plan have been to allow her to reject the thing until it was in its original awakened state? As a hindsight theory, I believe Kubo had yet to come up with the "Hougyoku caused everything" abomination and had to abandon that plot thread when he needed Aizen to bring the thing with him for Butterflaizen.
Orihime's really not that hot random disposable character (you can tell he's disposable because he's not a bishonen clone).

Yeah, that would have been a nice solution for his problems with the key.

Could she make that? I mean the Hougyoku was not perfect, so she would have the power to do so? I am sorry, I just can't remember the full potential of her powers.
I like her, but her constant "KUROSAKI-KUN!" makes me sooo sick.
Well.. that chapter was just jam packed with content.

You're preaching to the choir.
Ichigo has saved your ass how many times now, use his first freaking name for God sake!

I hope that bitch doesn't have the flu.
Wait… I hope she does. I could make a good handicap for Ichigo.

Depends…there are some stories where the main character gets a disease that makes them even more powerful...but at the cost that they're dying...so that could be a bad thing. (if he gets sick, he'll get more uber...if he dies, he becomes a Shinigami...if he lives, oh well...)

"GETSUGA TEN-ACHOOOOO."
Here's to hoping.
The most entertaining thing about Bleach right now is its fandom. You should check out the chapter discussion it's amazing how much there revolves around shipping, though it was kind of inevitable in that case. Still Bleach has such a huge shipping fandom I wonder if it's the lack of actual content that aggravates this even more.
Bleach has more Yaoi fans than any other manga I see. And Naruto's is pretty much canon.

You said it. I never know so many people drew Ichigo/Ichigo art before.

Well given Kubo's obsesion with bland , vapid pretty boys…..
Let's see…...

YI like her, but her constant "KUROSAKI-KUN!" makes me sooo sick.
I'll just agree with these statements.

I never got why saying "Ichigo" rather than "Kurosaki-kun" was such an impossiblity for Orihime.

This made my day. Thanks.
Any competent anime/manga reviewers out there who actualy elaborate on Bleach's awfullness rather then humorng the fandom ?
Otaku Assemble judged it fairly, but it became so terrible that they just stopped judging it at all. There are probably other people/ groups that I'm unaware of that do it well though.
The problem is that a lot of manga reviewers probably picked up Bleach during the Daily Life stuff when it was compitent. They never usually go back to see what happened since and thus people see the early volumes and think it's a decent series…then everything gets strange/bland/insane/stupid all at once and it becomes a train wreck. You never get reviewers get up to that point outside those that do "full series review" of completed manga.
The Bleach fandom is actually kind of cool. I know a lot of people from BA for example and most of them agree that Bleach has become terrible. It's the endless fandom wank I don't get, I mean who cares who Ichigo gets it on with? I sure as hell don't. Especially since I came to the conclusion that Ichigo must be either asexual or gay.

And are there any of those folks around ? Or do they just do full series after a series is finished ?
I pity whatever sad loafer would want to wait for HNI to finish :ninja:

He hasn't expressed a taste for either gender, while being surrounded with boobs the size of melons and male bishies that would yank any yaoi fans' chain right the fuck off, so yeah.
Also nice for him to not try and move in on the only person he may have any sort of investment in (that classmate of his whose name I forgot and who was relevant for about three chapters after the whole gang was literaly absent for lke 300 chapters and then never did anything).
