The IEatSoul version of Chapter 92 has a nice Colorspread that the other one didn't have. The translation is also better and makes a lot more sense.

Not a bad episode at all.
I'm kind of pissed how badly they did the scene between Alain and Furuichis family.

That was the gags punchline. Why would they leave it out?

You should compare it to the manga.
No, I choose to view manga and their anime adaptions as different beasts.
I think is pointless to agonise forever over comparing the two

No English scans for Chapter 93 yet? Why is it late this week?…:S

I can forgive all the little things that differ between the two. But the pinnacle fights, humour and characters need to follow the famous formula that made this manga the best upcoming series of the last two years. If they can't do that then I don't see the point of following this series over the many other rivals. Especially when mistakes like this could have easily been avoided, thus making the episode a lot more memorable.
This point is applied even more so as its only the third episode in.

I do it my way. I see the anime as a good anime, but I think that it's necessary to compare it with the manga to see how good it is to how good it could be.
Obviously I won't stop watching if it's good but could be super awesome or whatever ranking you'd like to use, but I would be a little disappointed.

I'll wait for the English scans, thanks anyways. :)

HALLELUJAH!!!
Thank You for link.
Edit: AHhh so refreshing. The General and his schemes. SUBARASHI!!!

"Leave it to your resourceful General"
Furuichi
.
He is so… so... AWESOME!! -
I really liked Oga making a proper effort at training. Its good to see him recognise his progress, or the level he needs to reach in order to win against his foes. Hopefully we'll get to see him train a while longer before the typical flash forward occurs until its shown half way through the next fight.
This chapters unification of thugs made me wonder where the other two powerhouses are, and what their training will consist of. Will this be a merger or will they remain separate in the next battle?
-
2? Which power houses are you talking about?
Are you referring to Miki's group and Tojou's?
-
This chapter did rightful honor to Furuichi, thus it alone made this most amazing chapter.
Oga seems to be progressing with his training and Kouta vs Beel moments are always appreciated.
-

Izuma and Toujou of course.
Side note: Who the hell is Miki? lol
-
Side note: Who the hell is Miki? lol
You know, but I want to say it. He is the gay boy who hated Oga for a retarded reason.
-
I forgot Miki existed…gah why did I have to be reminded of him. Damn it.
-
Those Teimou guys slowly grow on me.
-
I really like the krillin bros now.
-
The Krillin Bros are more cool and have more scenes than Kazu, I don't like him…
-
I love. This manga.
-
umm… great chapter and all, but who is the girl with the flower in her hair? I honestly don't remember her. Is she one of Kunieda's girls?
and also, what happened to Oga's fanboy, Ryuuhei someoneorother? and he had this girl with him, as well. I keep on expecting them to be integrating into the cast more, but instead they've been kinda forgotten since the volleyball arc.

That girl is Yuka Hanazawa, she was a random Red Tail's member until Tamura decided to make her funny and more active in the plot, making her encounter Kanzaki in some moments, he even calls her Paako.
And about Kazuya and Azusa, I don't know, I think Tamura forgot about them or don't find any motive to put them in the actual plot.
-
Oh man I really liked this chapter. I like how the training is being handled a lot, with the boring stuff all off-panel. More importantly, the general delivers big, and Alain Delon wins best supporting cast. And the ending was perfect. I'm still laughing.
I'm sure the St Ishiyama guys' time is coming.
-
I like that even while Oga is doing his training, the rest of the cast haven't been forgotten or sidelined.
-
I would like to know where are the Rokkisei and those two from Toujou's "gang", they definetely weren't fodder.
-
Tamura knows how to handle a training, and he knows what and how Oga must learn without resulting in an asspull. And I liked about the supporting characters appearing despite the training happening.
-
Just got done watching the 3rd episode and man that is what I've been waiting for
-
Third episode was great. I think Beel cried like…. twice... and it was quick each time!
The latest chapter is full of what makes me love this series. The final panel slayed me.
-
I just started watching the anime, and I really love it, now I just gotta read the manga and catch up. >w<
I heard the soundtrack with the opening song Dadada will release February 2nd. -

That akumano academy thing was so funny coudn't stop laughing … can't wait to see oga when he finish his training
-

I was also happy with this, but today I was thinking about it, and maybe it's just because it was an action chapter, we can end up having it again next chapter. If I'm remembering right, next chapter is the one about Baby Beel having some urine problems.
-
The urine chapter is hilarious. Beel doesn't really cry at all in that chapter , so we'll see.
-
If they made Oga's scene throwing Kanzaki better in the anime than the OVA, I think Himekawa and Toujou's scenes will be better too.
-
I want to see the General's fantasy in the episode.

! So, we have a new character that apparently can see Beel's evil power over Oga…
-
! Anyone else think of Shin-chan's elephant dance at the beginning of the chapter? And Aoi's grandfather's maid/disciple looks like she can sense Beel's origins. That guy in the basement was a chump… I don't know why, but I thought he was Himekawa with a bad haircut for a minute.
-
! Yeah, I think Tamura should evolve a little about his drawing, because he's starting to show some repetitions about character's face and this things…
-
! So yeah, the new girl tells Kunieda when they're in the bath that Beel's a demon. And it turns out Kunieda's grandpa also knows this. At the end of the chapter, gramps tells Oga it's time to teach him how to use his demon powers.

! I know this is a real defining moment for Oga's training, but its totally overshadowed by Beels intro dance. lolThanks for the spoiler btw.@leo.mysterio:

! I wonder how he knows how to utilise their powers though? It hints at him having some kind of experience in this field, though I doubt he himself had a contract….which is odd.
-
Hmm… Aoi's gramps and the Principal must be old buddies.
Izuma is a half demon isn't he, maybe it is just pure coincidence but their seems to be a lot of demon activity in their area, in this light, Aoi's grampz meeting a demon and knowing things about them is not that far out of an idea.
-

! I guess that it's related to St. Ishiyama's principal knowledge about demons. Maybe the contact between demons and humans is pretty old and there were techniques made to fight against them, things like that.
