I've been to mafiascum once, and I doubt I'll ever go back there.

Last I checked, Cecila's been instrumental to the town's victory.
Mafia 2, she outted Cyber-Robin as mafia.
Mafia 3, she was vig and was pretty instrumental in Wooden_Giraffe's lynch
Mafia 4, she pretty much controlled metteminne's Night Kills.As for you…
Mafia 3, you didn't even use your power at its opportune moment.
Mafia 4, you didn't even put your protection abilities to use until the end.Harvady, I suggest you make all Night Actions mandatory, except for one-shot abilities and vigilante and the like.
Mafia 3 was my first game, i had no idea what was going on until about 1/3rd into the actual game. As for Mafia 4 i had exams? and i still posted as much as possible. Why would yu use a ability that kills you on randoms?
EDITS: I think someone should make a thread for EPIC Mafia. Will be so much fun :D <3

Mod's revenge by Harvady?
I have a weird feeling that Vorlianis's gonna get quite an interesting role.If you need another player Harvady, count me in. I didn't signed up yesterday because I wasn't sure about my free time but now I know I'll have a lot of time to kill for God knows how long.:getlost:

I know your pain. I also had a role that could double the chance of getting myself killed while using the ability. That's why I thought it's not mandatory to use so I stood away from it the first 2 nights since I wasn't sure who's townie and who's not. KI was a nice mod allowing me to chose between using it or not. :)

On game III: I had a redirect ability.
On game IV: I couldn't be killed during nighttime, and whoever tried to kill me was killed.But yeah, I hope this one is good Harvady, especially with the name "Mod's Revenge"

Last 2 games i think i have gotten the worst luck for abilities

I guess I can't really complain about having worse luck when it comes to abilities but that's just because I've played more mafia games so I got both annoying and awesome abilities. I must say that the role I hate the most is the Vigilante. It's too much pressure on a townie's shoulders until things are getting clearer.
Naruto – Tsunade (Governor - could stop a lynch from occurring)
Naruto AU – 3rd Hokage (Godfather – mafia team kill + immune to kills ‘till all mafias were dead)
Naruto – Naruto (Hero – could kill each 3rd night even if that person was healed or immune to nightkills)
LOTR - Aragorn (Vigilante after receiving the sword from Elrond)
Death Note – Near (Vigilante)
Bleach – Ichigo (Hero – immune to night kills, voted needed to lynch Aizen)
Cowboy Bebop – Faye Valentine (Copycat – Could copy abilities and use them)
Resident Evil – Jill Valentine (Night Skipper + anyone bitten by zombies was healed)
Pulp Fiction – Winston Wolfe (Mafia member - Night Phase Skipper)
One Piece – Ace (Prince – if killed, the next dayphase was skipped)
One Piece – Zoro (Vigilante)
One Piece – Kid (Master of Magnetism – attracted all actions from a target to himself) -

Yeah. And got killed in the 2nd nightphase (1st one was skipped due to mafias skipping it in order to stop a reviving from occurring and killing the reviver. BTW, while in a mafia team, the night skipper only cancels the townies abilities, the mafias ones are working). Lucky shoot, I dragged in Hell with me Yagami Light too. We actually targeted eachother in that nightphase. :D
I wonder if we'll only play One Piece related mafia games here, on the AP forum.

I think we'll stick to OP for a while. We are an OP forum, after all. And not everyone will be familiar with other manga, so it'd be kind of weird in terms of characters and stuff. Interesting idea, though.

Making a EM thread to keep this and EM seperated is a good idea. Less clutter in here.

Meh i seriously can't get a worse ability then Hirovoids since that one (no offense KI) was damn annoying. Not only for the other players but for the person who has the ability as well who knows he basically has to die to actually be of an contributing factor of the game.

Hmm i have been a vig, self-sacrificing mafia, roleblocker and a killer doctor so far.
Not too shabby mods.
I would like to be a cop or a tracker/watcher or something to actively find threats red-handed. But i'll take whatever I get cereal killer =D -
