@onemoment:
I doubt they'll ever fight the SHs again. If those guys go back into the story, it'll be to do something else. Again, like the war.
i agree on this actually i was just saying they would be able too
@onemoment:
Also…why would Croc and Moria train to get stronger?
The straw hats never fought to train they just ende4d up fighting it's the same with all good pirates you think the super nova fought people for good intentions, no but they've fought tons and tons of people because they've made names for themselves, they don't have a choice, you don't flee to often you want to get stronger on these seas then you need to fight, this doesn't mean people look for fights like the SH's many battles just come their way for various reasons
@onemoment:
"Getting stronger by fighting" doesn't make sense because Croc kills his enemies quick,
He's in the New world now enemies aren't that easy to kill he'll have to fight some tough battles which will enable him to grow, you move up the ladder like SH's did
@onemoment:
and Moria dodges fights that don't suit him.
He's probably wanted by the marines and I doubt they'll just always be able to turn invisible and get away he'll have to fight on his own to survive now, and maybe after getting his shichibukai status revoked and almost getting killed he's decided to start getting motivated again, thus becoming the pirate he once was, I think that would be good character development
@onemoment:
The strawhat's have motivation to train, Croc and Moria don't.
So you think no pirate but the SH's have motives then how'd they make names for themselves whether it's fighting marines who go after you or killing other pirate crews who just look at you the wrong way everyone's got different motives the only thing in common is they always end up fighting to stay alive or just kill people they dislike
@onemoment:
Those guys have much reason to train these past two years as they've had their whole life
C'mon this is a shouen manga you think because there older they can't get stronger, they've beedn out of the loop for a real long time as nither of them has gone to the new world for years, now there heading back and you say they won't get stronger because they've already attained the height of their power, wrong it's a shouen clearly they'll get stronger, especially moria, even though they haven't stated it I hink it's clear to assume he's no where near what he was capable of before (actually dofla says this too "You've gotten weak"), it's a typical shouen formula for villians to train and stay in the loop and though you may not want to admit it this is a typical shouen manga
@onemoment:
Frankly, at this point of the story Luffy will probably be at least an even match for Crocodile and Moria for all time. The rest of the shichibukai? Luffy probably won't be a match for some of them. What does this mean for Croc and Moria? Do their abilities just match up differently or are they in fate weaker? I don't care right now.
Like I've said before I think shibukai power chart goes like such
top tier
Black Beard (a rank himself that's the diffrence I think between him and the rest)
Second tier
Mihawk
Doflamingo
Kuma
Bottom (but still strong)
croc = jinbei (I think these two are kind of becoming zoro sanji rivals except they will kill each other)
I have no idea
Hancock just no clue on her
and moria because I have no clue if he can get back to the pirate he was originally and how stong he was before his decrease in power/motivation, it said he fought kaidou but the details are very slim
