Before Brook was captured, the people in the poverty island were describing how they felt a sudden urge to pick up weapons and fight against the longarm tribe.

I never understood how BB's DF was a logia.

Right now I'm in Skypiea arc in the anime and I'm finding it to be rather annoying how they keep having like over 50 flashbacks of the previous episode on every episode. I understand that it probably is to remind the viewer what happened on the previous episode, since the episodes were released once every week, but sometimes it is completely unnecessary…
I have decided that I will keep a balance of manga and anime in my diet, just to see how things turn out hehe.
The only problem is that I don't know where to read the manga. I've tried asking different people and I always get an answer like "The japanese version of manga is the best hurhur", But I don't know japanese!
I want to know where all of you guys read the One Piece manga, and don't tell me from the ViZ version, because i know it is a few volumes behind... and most people tell me it sucks (I bought the first volume and read some others online and thought it was kinda weird... I don't know if I got used to the anime or something, but I don't like it when they say "Darn", it sometimes kills the mood for me)
So basically
I'd just like to know what the best English One Piece Manga version is... and where I could read it... I will eventually buy all the volumes for sure since I love this series hehe; but I feel as if like there is a better version than ViZ's.

If your trying to say that they don't have enough of it, I wasn't saying they should give them to everyone. They would only need to make a few bullets which wouldn't be a big deal considering they cover the bottoms of war ships with it and mass produce handcuffs. 1 shot is all it would take to kill someone like Kizaru who doesn't dodge anything. -

Using the assumtion that he can't travel over water seeing as how he uses ships to go places and could easily kill all the pirates in the world in a few seconds if that were possible, why couldn't he just have killed all the pirates at Sabaody Archipelago and Marine Headquarters in an instant. Please tell me what I'm missing please

Well you're right, but we already have Kairouseki nets that may work more efficiently against DF users then bullets by making them unable to move.
What i mean is that the Marine may need pirates/revolutionnaries alive so they can use them for info/hostages and that kind of stuff.
Plus this is one piece, even 10 bullets won't do against a pirate.
And english is 4th langage, but i have no excuse or this mistake

Basically, Kizaru can only MOVE at the speed of light, and not attack at the speed of light, that would be too hax.
Now, if Kizaru wasn't a lazy bastard, maybe he would go on a duckhunt and headshot all pirates and evil doers in the world of One Piece. But, from what we have seen as readers, and mere speculation, Kizaru is in it for the fun of it. This leads to me thinking that Oda has done a splendid job by giving such a laid back character a super Hack fruit.
Now if Akainu had the Kizaru's fruit, well, the "great era of pirates" would never have started, everyone at Marineford war would be dead long before anything happens.
And to answer the very last part of your questions - Characters in the OPverse have something called Plot Armor, some peoples armors are stronger while some aren't so fortunate.
