Well, if that just isn't the best-looking Croc figure made to date, then I don't know what is. Blows the POP right out of the water in terms of facial proportion, and I like the pose better as well. Such amazing work. Can't wait until he's released.
And I'm really regretting not having my Doflamingo DX and Super Effect Enel/Croc shipped EMS. It's only been 8 days since they were shipped out, but I feel so paranoid not knowing where they are. sigh

Namely, wasting it on all you can eat sushi for 3 days. (There is a nice joint next to my house, 20 bucks for all you can eat and made fresh).

Aw man, really? My Ace MBH arrived insanely quickly via USPS, he shipped it out the 12th and it got here the 17th. Registered, too. Maybe certain workers are more fail than others. =_=

I don't know about bootlegs, but he overcharges on shipping and sucks in terms of communication. Some people have received bootlegs from him, others haven't, so iunno. I'd personally only use him as a last resort. =_= Actually, with how much shipping looks like it's gonna be for those two, you're way better off asking crease to snipe two off YJ for you instead.

Most of the listings on YJ shouldn't be much higher than this (though there's still 9 hours left on the auction), and shipping looks to be 580yen to someone in Japan. If you asked crease to get it for you, I doubt it would come out to over over 55 dollars like that kakalolo guy's charging. @_@

Crocodile is like what, 7 feet+ tall? LOL. Ace is actually a more modest 6' ish, which is pretty normal and still taller than me. zzz And since Lucci was drawn escorting Robin and was about the same height/taller by a bit not including his hat, it could maybe be inferred that he's about 6'2+ ish as well. Even taller when he's being leopardy. yayyyyy

I'd say it's pretty awesome <3 I got the golden headed version of Sunny, and while assembling takes a while it's totally worth it. My only problem with it was that I'm overly OCD when it comes to presentation, so it took me a lot longer to stick all the pattern stickers on since I wanted everything to be parallel and even. I would have preferred if they had just painted those parts themselves. The sails are slightly flimsy since they're made of a plastic cloth-like material.
Also, the parts don't actually all fit together internally. There's not enough room to stack everything, so you either display the aquarium inside and the little storage rooms with barrels separately, or vice versa. I'd take pictures to show what I mean, but I don't have my cam on me.
Overall, though, the parts are very well constructed and when you put them together it's really adorable. The little crewmember figures you get have these little playing-piece like nobs on the bottoms, and there are small grooves all over the ship you can fit them in so they can stand. The nobs are also flat enough so you can just stand them anywhere else that's a flat surface, too. And Franky's dock system works and little versions of what he has in the docks are there <3 Plus Sunny's head actually opens and comes with a little projectile you can fire from it with the push of a button, LOL.

Oh, yeah. I agree with sensui about how light the crewmembers are. They're so tiny and so cute, but wind will knock them right off if they're not in a groove .-.

I was just reading their FAQ, it says they ship overseas and I don't live in the states either and it offered me the shipping options and an entire list of countries for account creation.

Like Legato said, there's TONS of miniatures that come out of Japan, from Re-Ment and the like. Robin is currently carrying a 6pack of soda, can't wait to get Franky to put next to her. I think I'm going to switch around most of their accessories since the guns just… aren't working. Their hands keep falling off, it's stupid. I've got LOADS of miniatures from being dorky and making setups for other figures, so there won't be a problem with finding stuff to make a setup. I could spend days doing it LOL!
as for customs, yeaaaaahhhh. My SW sanji shipped on the 5th so it got here in about 10-12 business days, normal for SAL. I had my Croc shipped registered and it took 3 weeks+. Was stuck in NYC for two weeks, easy. I'm expecting my Brook in a few days since Sanji is here. I've never lost a SAL package before, much like Sensui (think he said he only lost 1?). It's a little nerve-wracking, but still. Come around holiday time I might switch to EMS because packages take over a month to arrive SAL, and I don't even WANT to know how long registered will take.
And those fruit figures are hella cute!! I would immediately separate them from their fruit, though. They might be good to put in mini sets, like on the going merry ship.

The first one was released 05/2008 and the DX (gold paint and brook) one a couple months later. So yeah the usual store wont have them in stock anymore.

I didn't think that one through. You're right. Jimbei, Moria, Kuma, and BB would add quite a bit of weight to the sets. That makes sense. They look so worth it from the pictures…....I might just add Kuma and boa to the list.
