A villian who outclasses every hero in the story in every possible way. Aizen just out smarted most of them. See, with Yammamoto he knew that even he couldn't beat him and he was getting beat by Isshin so he just came up with an plan to work a way around them. He would've first died horribly with Yamamoto if he didn't have a contingency plan for him.
Now, as for the others he defeated without a plan or power up, he just has more power than they do but even Ichigo has possibly more power than them because Unohana even stated he has more Reiatsu than the normal captain shinigami and Aizen in his normal state has 2x the power of a shinigami. Aizen does have a hax ability to back him up but it's not the ability that makes him so dangerous, it's his cunning intellect and massive power.
All in all, Aizen is not overpowered at all. Just dangerously cunning like Deathstroke.

Honestly, if Kubo's attempt at "story" was written by someone else and drawn by him, maybe it would be more tolerant. Maybe it would move at a faster speed and we'd actually be somewhere instead of stuck with all those Deicide chapters. Maybe we'd have something else to joke about other than "look at Aizen's uberness" or "Where's Yammi" or "whose going to get trolled next".
But let's face facts: Kubo may have attempted to start off as a mangaka, but time and success has just turned him into a glorified storyboard artist with a story that doesn't seem to make sense. Maybe it would make more sense if it was told by someone else or in a different way, but in Kubo's hands it just appears ridiculous.
And to be honest, I wasn't even much of a Bleach fan from the get-go. Sure it showed potential but honestly it really died from Ichigo/Renji on. (outside a few shards of Kubo's insane genius that do actually emerge…and his fanservice girls.)

I seriously find nothing horribly wrong with Bleach. To be honest to me it's obvious you guys are hating and making fun of Kubo and Bleach for the sake of hating. I never say anything bad about One Piece when it also has it fair share of cons too you know? Bleach isn't perfect but it isn't bad either. All this hate against Bleach is entirely uncalled for, unjustified, and quite frankly, pathetic.
And with this Zoom was never taken seriously by anyone ever again .
Nah, he hasn't really forgotten about them. It's just that they're not important for now and they'll just appear later on I assume. It just seems too early to say that Kubo forgetting about everyone in Hueco Mundo.
In these past 33 chapters , apart from such highlights as the three most hyped characters stik standing were beaten offscreen and Aizen having bottles thrown at him , the idea that the strongest Epsada , who just leveled up a second time , is being ignored while even Zommari or Halibel had closure . Horrible , idiotic , plot induced closure (that may not be all that permanent) , but closure nonetheless .

I mean, he cut down most of the people in Fake Karakura with one slash. Although, he's not the strongest, he even admitted to Yamamoto that he couldn't beat him.
Well, some of them like Shinji and Kyoraku didn't even get a chance to release their bankai so they may possibly be able to give Base Aizen without shikai some trouble in their bankai but we won't know yet and plus they haven't shown the type of overall power that Aizen has so I don't think it would've made a difference if they used bankai. Kyoraku was temporarily put down by Stark and Shinji got cut by Tousen and I'm sure that avoiding Tousen is something Aizen could've easily done.
Although I'm sure he's the strongest character in Bleach so far… Although he'll likely be defeated by Ichigo.

Zoom, to show that I'm a nice guy and that I know my manga, let me try to guide you to a truly great series that people don't pay enough attention to and therefore, I'm assuming with your limited palette, you haven't either.
Mahou Sensei Negima. A fantasy shonen harem with a ten year old main character and a bunch of girls who always wanna get in his pants. It's also one of the best shonen running on par with One Piece. It is pretty much garbage level the first 15 chapters or so but slowly raises in quality after that and detonates in quality around chapter 40 or so. Let me point out the details to show how it rapes the ever living fuck out of Bleach.
Story: Extremely well thought out to the point where the sheer complexity of an arc dazzles you with how the author introduces so many plot points and yet seamlessly connects them all together. It's not just pointless fighting in one place only to move on to pointless fighting to the next place while an awful broken villain pulls out the next deus-ex machina out of his ass to painfully prolong the story.
Characterization: Rich, diverse and dazzling. There's not really a single unlikable character. There's a huge 30+ cast yet the author still manages to balance each and every character so effectively ensuring everyone gets their fair share of development and spot-light. Even the minor of side-characters get attention. No one gets forgotten for 20 volumes. And the characters are petty much damn awesome. ESPECIALLY the villains who are threatening yet flawed and sympathetic and fun and interesting. It's not just a collection of shallow coolness thrown over empty shells.
Art: Background porn. Not a single blank panel in sight.
Pacing: Every chapter is chock full of a ton of stuff all evenly paced out to give a perfect feeling of progression.
Power Display and Ranking: Consistent, sensible and awesome. Top level fighters can lose to rookies in a non-bullshit way. Not screwed up to hell with an insanely broken character bullshitting everyone.
Fighting: Awesome, intense, dynamic, well-thought out and interesting with a large degree of strategy in play even. Not just random sword swinging and energy blasts.
I hope this has been enlightening to you Zoom. Maybe putting a godly level series in perspective will make you appreciate what being a good series actually entails and will put you on the right path to good literature. Can't say I didn't try.

Mhm. No joke. Aizen and Deathstroke are both really cunning. Both Deathstroke and Aizen have taken down opponents more powerful than them with prep. Aizen's technically the Japanese Deathstroke and Dr.Doom.

It's not a shitty series… How would you know that when you haven't even read it? You haven't even gave it a chance.
I gave it a chance. I read through the entire series last year, and I could even tolerate Ichigo vs. Grimmjow, despite the monumentally stupid ending.
Ichigo: Sorry, Grimmjow, but I can't lose now.
Grimmjow: (stands there stunned and gets hit by Ichigo's attack, one which he could easily dodge)Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra was horrible in my eyes - twelve chapters, six of which were Ulquiorra showing how much more powerful he was than Ichigo, and six of which were Ichigo coming back from the dead to show how much more powerful he is than Ulquiorra, with no semblance of a reasonable explanation behind Ichigo's sudden revival from a death which a reality warper couldn't bring him back from, or Ulquiorra's second release, which ignores the basic idea of Arrancar's releases.
The Fraccion fights were basically in-canon filler - they ultimately amounted to nothing, and the only Fraccion which caused the protagonists any trouble was effortlessly taken out by Yamamoto, who refused to do anything until acting would result in the deaths of everyone in the area.
Barragan's defeat made no sense (if he's not immune to his breath, why didn't he decompose upon breathing, let along while it was inside of his body?), and Halibel's and Stark's deaths were anti-climactic (Stark - beaten by the Shikai of someone who isn't even in the top 3 of the Shinigami; Halibel - killed by Aizen for literally no reason), ignoring all of the possible threat that the Espada posed. If the Espada were such a threat to Soul Society, why were most of them taken out with ease?
Speaking of Espada, there's Yammy. We all remember how nonsensical and non-foreshadowed his "revelation" as the zeroth Espada was. Well, Kubo doesn't - in fact, he doesn't remember Yammy at all. If he's really the most powerful Hollow in existence, he really shouldn't be treated as an afterthought to be cleaned up well after the main villain is beaten.
And then, there's the Deicide chapters. They're basically dedicated to making Aizen even more powerful than he already was (as if absolute hypnosis wasn't broken enough!), making it even more improbable that Ichigo could last more than five seconds against him (given that he's single-handedly taken out every single character who's more powerful than Ichigo). As well, the pacing has become even worse than it was before, as whole chapters are dedicated to Aizen chasing Ichigo's schoolfriends around when that time could be spent showing how Ichigo's inner battle is going (as much as I wouldn't want to see it, it would make more sense than Ichigo overcoming his inner struggles completely off-screen) or dealing with Yammy. This latest chapter takes the cake, as Aizen can now regenerate from total cell destruction, after the device powering him up has been removed, for no reason whatsoever!
I've given it a chance; several in fact. As much as it's disliked around here, even Naruto isn't this bad! Despite my dislike of how Kishimoto treats his side characters, he seems to know where he's going with the plot and building towards it. As well, his villains have been shown to be falliable, with the main villain (Madara) having lost to two Hokages in the past, and the rest of the villains (even Sasuke, the author's apparent favourite character who he's constantly granting nonsensical power-ups to) having to struggle to deal with their opponents. With Aizen, there isn't even the illusion of suspense - the reader just wonders how he's going to get out of this one for the umpteenth time. Even when Naruto was in the middle of heavily Uchiha-focused arcs, I never considered dropping it because there were moments which showed that Kishimoto could do better. With Bleach, all of the spark that it once had is gone, leaving only three characters (Kenpachi, Don Kanonji, Isshin) which keep me even remotely interested. Given that one is unconscious, one has disappeared, and one hasn't been focused on in months, it makes it incredibly difficult for me to consider continuing with the series.

He's shown multiple emotions and personality and his plans have actually failed multiple times. His planning isn't perfect but it nearly is.

Well, you're kinda right, I guess the injuries that the others faced against the Espada contributed to the weakness. But still, some of them weren't even hurt that much, like some of the Vizards.

lol, you would say that now wouldn't you? Somebody like you who has no true tastes in entertainment. This movie is obviously gonna be awesome. Vasto Lorde Ichigo is gonna be in it and the setting takes place in hell. The last One Piece movie was disappointing in my opinion. Shiki was supposed to be this legendary pirate on par with Rodger and yet he got beat by a rookie like Luffy in a stupid way.
