I'll agree with this. Though I think the latest chapter cover is easily interpreted to be the two on a date, we also know that the two are just close friends and colleagues. I'd say my interpretation of it was the two went out for a drink together as friends, hina got drunk and now they're arguing over the taxi faire. Doesn't necessarily mean pairing, but for people who DO like them together it's enough to add fuel to their fire. In no way is it confirmation of them being a couple.
