I could go on and have an argument about why she will join, but I didn't feel like it right now and things like that become very opinionated.
That all depends on the argument. I don't recall ever seeing someone on this forum make a theory in one post and then never expand on it. The more people discuss, the more information gets covered, the more you learn about your own theory. GOOD arguments, even if they end up wrong, should always be welcome for discussion.
Take for example this. Hancock was willing to not go to war and lose her title, which thus puts her Island in danger because her treaty is revoked. You can take this many ways. A pro Hancock can say… An anti-Hancock can argue that...
I personally like to look at the story rather than pose a theoretical situation as an argument. What gain is there in having her join? What gain is there in having her stay? What reason does she have to leave? What reason does she have to stay? For the story, I mean. Those are generally the arguments I would choose. In which case, currently, she has no reason to leave, and lots of reason to stay. Should that change though, well, things would be different.
Ignore those things if you want, but personally if i see someone ignoring things i see it as weakness in that they have no way to refute it so they will ignore it for their benefit of the argument.
Well, I'm pretty sure I just refuted three of your four arguments, so ignore that if you want, but I'd appreciate you not impose that same view on me. If she joins, as I said in my post, I will agree that some things might have been foreshadow. It could just be coincidence on Oda's part as well, who knows?
I have to contest your line on how things need to change for her to join.
What I mean by this, is that people are focusing on the wrong arguments. Or perhaps presenting them wrong. Certain events would need to occur before she would have a clear chance of joining. I say this because, as of right now, there really is little to base an honest argument off of. She has a very weak 'sad past' that was used to answer a question from Luffy directly and give information on the present story, very much unlike all other flashbacks, and she has a duty to her people as a leader and protector (in physical status and political status). Before she could have a chance, she first needs something to break her away from her duty and people. It would help if there was a long term goal of sorts there as well, but that can come later if Oda chooses. Of course, this is all just my opinion.
Some Shichibukai are getting hits placed on them, she has even foreshadowed that she expects her title to be in danger of being stripped without knowing this fact.
This is where I would start an argument for her, honestly. This stuck out to me immediately when I read the chapter. "If my Warlord status is still in effect…" That's serious, right there. Oda has her considering it might be gone? In the same chapter that we see Moria get taken out by the World Government? After the reveal of the Pacifista, a secret project using another Warlord as its model? After Nyon gave the warning about what could happen to their nation for being pirates? That is a little foreboding. Now, I personally am leaning towards Moria's recent tragedy as being a result of his failure against Luffy and his efforts to build a zombie army and become the Pirate King, but with the Pacifista revealed and Blackbeard's betrayal alongside Jinbei's betrayal, I certainly see a strong possibility for a dismissal of service for those of the Warlords who are not fully commited to their position. (IE: Hancock). Now, this goes against what I said earlier, but if I were to pose a theoretical situation… Hancock just said she was going to use a Phone Snail to contact her pirate crew so they can come and escort them through the Calm Belt. Well, given Moria's demise and the Government's access to the Tarai Current and Calm Belt, imagine they send some of their forces to Amazon Lily now of all times? With Hancock and her "elite fighters" away? Hancock could return home to a city in ruins…
