Also, why is it Robin x Zorro okay when there is a similar age difference between the both of them?

Or to flip it around, why is the converse usually okay when it comes to anime?

Seventeen isn't bad but Luffy's got the mental age of like a twelve year-old. Plus I think it's more exaggerated visually since Luffy's short and Boa is a pretty tall lady.

Zoro is a bit more mature than your usual nineteen year-old so I don't think the age difference between him and Robin really bothers most.

Hm, I'm sure that Family Time omake portraying Hancock as a high schooler and Luffy as a third-grader doesn't help. Probably also doesn't help that these days Luffy looks more childish than he used to. He looked closer to a teenager during Water 7 and thereabouts.

The reverse applies to yuri. Girls enjoying themselves….. But no, the only pairings I consider to be serious and not for the lulz is hetero pairings. Yuri pairings I only use for "thrills."
