Easy. Because it's boring and predictable to see the Strawhats beat every opponent they go up against. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time in ANY tournament that a Strawhat got eliminated by a non-Strawhat.

Luffy,Zoro,Nami,Usopp,Sanji,Robin,and Brook are/were in the 4th round. It's only natural we want other characters to have a chance. Even though Boa and Jango are going to fail miserably, Buggy/Whitebeard actually stand a chance so I'm rooting for them.
