Hawkins has left no impression on me thus dar, while Enel pioneered THAT FACE… and then went on to command an army of tiny space teddy bears. And I felt a sense of sheer joy when I realzied that Luffy would be immune to his powers so 15 chapters before the actual manga did....
Of these two, Enel, easily, even if he is one of the more "eh" big bads in the series.

I'm voting Enel. All through Skypiea he was a smug jackass claiming he has "God", but when Luffy hit him for the first time, his face expression went from calm to WTF, and I ROFLed for 2 minutes.

Yeah, he's one of my favorites too for the simple fact that he's a magician. And I simply like to see how Oda handles a magician. Will it be cheap tricks or some really mystic powers (tied to the DF ability of course). Doesn't change the fact that he's really been an uncharismatic bore.
Enel, no other choice here, really. He's a freakin' GOD and a smug jackass. And his laughter always killed me - such an elated IYAHAHAHA, one of the best in the series xD And he had a great lines to quote too.
Hawkins is cool and has an interesting DF, but he can't compare to the God of the Moon ;)
