There are some really cool matchups in there that I'll be looking forward to, such as Bon Clay vs Inazuma, Bonney vs Hancock, Gin vs Bearsy, and Croc vs Vivi. There's lots of other cool matchups too, but I don't want to sound redundant and name them all.

LOL, I know, right? Luffy got off really easy in his first round matchup. Some of the crew members got some vicious matchups. Chopper vs Stronger, Franky vs Aokiji, Brook vs Rayleigh, Nami vs Drake, and Sanji vs Laboon all have the potential of being interesting. Their respective opponents are easy to love. Though most probably don't have much chance of losing. I'd say that the newest two members (Franky and Brook) have it the toughest.

From what I understand, you just vote on who you like more, winner moves on. The threads can be fun as people will lobby for their choices. I believe the matchups were decided by luck of the draw.
EDIT: I hope Miss Goldenweek's matchup occurs during Golden Week.

I'm hoping that Garp is popular enough to pull out a victory against Lucci, but it's going to be difficult no matter what! Both are really popular.
Luffy vs. Spandam is going to (likely) be a ridiculous slaughter in Luffy's favour, Akainu vs. Goldenweek is going to be random, and Oz vs. Hiriluk would be hilarious to write for, especially if Hiriluk somehow pulls off a victory (not sure how popular Oz is).

I don't really think not that many people could vote for Jinbei, cause you know, we don't really know much about his actual abilitys yet, but that's just my personal opinion
