@gilligans:
i think
demons= dead claymores, controlled by a single person through a mind link, just like the twins had, a long time's passed, they improved the technique for multiple, weaker, emotionless (corpses revitalised with yoma parts, so no active thoughts, basically puppets).
anyone agree?
It's possible that they are reanimated claymores but I don't really think it's a single person mind link since that is a big weakness to have. It'll be like repeating the twins again where one twin is stationary doing the mindlink and controls the others. It'll actually be a step back for the org since if you kill the link it won't only affect just one like the twins method did but even worse since killing the mind link person would screw up the whole platoon.
My take on it is the org finally made some progress on controllable abs. But instead of a soul link they're basically like mindless attack dogs using dead reanimated ABs or claymores. They don't have the scarring that claymore's should have or a sword. So it looks like this is their human form and they have other means of attacking by changing forms. The reason they left Dietrich is being org pets is they're not designed to attack Claymore but only awakened beings. They did start to salivate from their mouths after Deneve and Helen started powering up. Isley was probably leaking yoki like crazy as a way to bait them. Isley probabaly has been targeted for a while which would explain his haggard experience and why he split up with Raki and Priscilla.
The possiblity of course still stands that this are dragonkin and are in their human forms. Which would go along with the sidetext at the beginning of the chapter saying not yoma, nor awakened but a new "demon". Which could be foreshadowing by Yagi as a new enemy type. Dragonkin hunters sent to destroy the experiment island. Logically if you want to destroy something you'll go after the strongest tier enemies. Which so happen to be the Abyssal ones.
