Wait a second. Just watched the sub of ep 198 and they subbed it as "love" rather then "amor". The funnier thing is, that I don't even hear him say anything like amor. So was the entire "take my love" thing no translators screw up at all?

Actually the preview for the next episode sort of commented on this when Isane misheard what Zomarri said to Byakuya…but Zomarri was going nuts at that moment anyway.

Well at least tomorrow we have...well one of the most disturbed Bleach moments ever...but at least it seals Szayel's fate so it is a necessary evil at this point. (moral: never reborn yourself from a living chemistry set, even if it has a vagina)

Yeah, but my question was if he really doesn't say amor in the original version meaning in the manga. I always thought Zommari spoke of his attack not about love actually. But in the anime there's no mention of the attack. So did the anime screw up or is the manga really that messed up at that part.

On a side note, for some reason the entire Banzai Aizen-Sama thing didn't even appear half ridiculously as it was for me back then in the manga. Ok, there might have still been a better choice of words but seeing it in motion the entire scene works pretty well IMO.

And smurf yeah, next anime part is the epic dialog between Mayuri and Szayel. Or rather the epic scolding Mayuri gives Szayel about what makes a true scientist. I love it when in manga you get dialog that actually makes you reflect the world a bit. And this is one of such moments.

What happened to the manga? Allon aside it has regressed to a point where its not even stupid fun anymore, just stupid shit, and it's sad because all this crap came after what was probably the best arc in Bleach so what happened?? Matchups that don't make sense (hitsugaya versus the big boob espada, soi fon and the 2-hit KO versus a single fuckin fraccion while matsumoto gets 4), lame fights and really, it sucks now. Some would say it always has but yah maybe they have a point. Allon is really carrying the manga somewhat right now with awesome moment after awesome moment, but yeah shit glittered in gold is still shit and I can't believe I couldn't think of something funnier than that, man I suck.

Jump's "next time" states we may be going back to Las Noches…don't take it too seriously (since they always hype stuff up) but at least Ulquiorra/Ichigo could be near...or at least hopefully someone finally finds the room Yammy is hiding in.

Aizen aims to bring down the king (who's probably responsible for the entire order of things in Soul Society) and Zommari is so far the only Espada who has to have a huge philosophic problem with how things are. For Zommari Aizen must be some kind of prophet or the Messiah even. So he gladly takes pride in following Aizen to whatever end. It's the classic case of martryrdom.

You know whats weird, how in the world Ichigo going to beat Aizen anyway? Look at this, so far in just about all mangas the main character always have to fight and beat the main villian (well, except of DBZ, since they do fusion sometimes, but still). How is it going to happen?

If he could have just spoken about this in a different manner, it would have been more powerful than him just spilling his guts as he's being slashed to death by Byakuya. The speech isn't the problem, its the way Zomarri revealed it.

Byakuya is Byakuya: he just seems to be obsessed with his selfish pride, it's part of his character. Unfortunately after this was stepped on by Zomarri, he didn't have a reason to listen to Zomarri's rant as he was killing him.

Yeah, this is why he's two dimensional. I have no problems with him being all about pride because that defines his personality. But the utter lack of acknowledgement of what Zommari (sp?) throws at him, despite his pride just makes him an uncharismatic bore. Being like he was in the beginig of the fight I'm perfectly fine with. But he could have at least raised an eyebrow after Zommari's statement just to show that he can comprehend other things then pride. I mean, even the Hulk has a more complex comprehension of things then Byakuya here.

Yeah, the difference between Byakuya and Yamamoto is clearly evident. Even though Yamamoto is just as unbending as Byakuya, it's only an outward appearance. He understands the situation and is actually a caring person, but is still a stickler for Protocol, like Byakuya. In the most recent chapter, notice how he complains about having to fight to save the VC's, but at the same time, stops Kira from apologizing to him. By contrast, when Nanao was attempting to obstruct her, he was very stern with her, but you could tell that he was knocking her out simply to keep her from being injured in his fight with Ukitake and Kyoraku. So, he may be a stickler for the rules, but he is a heck of a lot more caring.

Really? I haven't been keeping up with the anime recently, but this I have to see. That part was just like, the epitome of ultimate awesomeness in the manga, what with how the battle that seemed to last forever ended with the opponent being thrown into a nightmarish state of being endlessly tortured for what seemed like hundreds of years before finally dying. Cruel, twisted and disturbing, sure, but oh so satisfying none the less.

Oh, and the new chapter sucked. I think that might just have been the single most useless chapter in the entire series. I mean, NOTHING happened except Genryuusai OHKO-ing Allon. NOTHING.

Yup, that upcoming Mayuri thing was definately the best part of these three way too long fights. Mayuri is actually one of the few non-comedic characters in Bleach I really, really like, along with Kenpachi, who proved is badassery when fighting Tousen.

Since I just rescently caught up to the manga, I think I enjoyed the Vice Captain-fighting a bit more than most of you guys seemed to. I think they were far more interesting than for instance Soi Fon's battle. But the past chapters haven't been to entertaining, and the newest one really sucked. I don't get why everyone loves Yamato so much. I' sure he has abilities we have yet to see, but what we've seen before were just some nothing special fire-stuff. Also, I think he's got a boring design.

I'm looking forward for the anime to get to the Turn Back the Pendulum-chapters. Out of the 50-70 last chapters, those were the most interesting.

Mayuri is pretty funny though. Like yah he isn't all about the comedy but I'm pretty sure people find him a lot more funny than the majority of the characters in Bleach. Like raping your daughter to revive her that is classic dude!

I'm shocked Bleach is out so early…but then again this is the revelation most people have been waiting for. Halibel's true appearance is freaky..but has a lot of cleavage regardless. And Stark being #1...probably many figured that but it's still great and sort of shows the possibility of the "humanness" of Vastrolordes. (if Stark is one) Oh...and Halibel's Fraccion being fodderized was sad...I'll miss them.

One thing I love about the Bleach art is that Kubo doesn't make his girls look impossibly thin. Except for the normal anime "huge eyes" effect, Orihime looks like a normal, healthy girl (with junk in the trunk and big boobs, of course).

No, I give up. The fat in Underboob's jugs alone makes up for every scrawny character I could possibly bring up and we haven't even touched upon the rubenesque monstrousity that is Matsumoto. Thinking about it, they all are actually relatively thin. It's just that their chests are so ridiculously inflated Kubo had to at least draw them more human like waistlines to support them as opposed to say some of Oda's wasp waists.

Halibel is Number 3 (although it being on her breast is sort of stupid… we're like a fucking centimeter away from seeing her nipples... this brings a new meaning to fanservice), Halibel has a fucking SKULL MOUTH, AND Stark is Number 1!!! Although the last 2 pages w/ Ichigo and Ulquiorra are pointless considering we've seen frames similar to those like 9 times now, this was a GREAT chapter. Props to Kubo. I haven't been this satisfied w/ Bleach in a LONG time.

W-what's going on here? I'm actually excited to see these espada fights. It's a weird feeling. Halibel despite claims of fanservice, looks pretty cool. Like a seriously threatening fighter.

But least importantly, what about Yami? What purpose is he going to play in this story? He seems like he's going to be useless at this point. And who's going to fight next? Ichigo and Ulq or will we continue the captain vs. espada war?

Bah, I don't like this feeling. When is Bleach going to get boring again?
