Conquerer's Haki probably just refers to someone having an abnormally massive amount of haki. Only those with Conquerer's Haki have enough haki to radiate a knock-out wave with it.

Yes, and Shaolin monks learn about "chi". That's where most mangas get their energy inspiration from - the concept of chi/qi/ki. And Haki is not just a technique. Didn't you read what Rayleigh said? It's a power that is in all living things. It's the force/chi/qi/ki/spiritual power of One Piece.

It's like martial arts, where different schools may have the same move, but name it differently.

We've already seen this with Mantra. The priests use it, but if they were asked about Drive, they'd be like say what?

My theory is that some "sensei" used Drive in a certain way, and was very very strong. He gathered many followers, who wanted to learn his techniques. And so he formulated a set of techniques and called them the "Six Forms". It's then passed down generation to generation. Since "Haki" is such a generic term (as it is the energy in all things), my guess is that few people actually refer to the name directly. It's like how we don't call water, wine, soda, etc "Liquid". We call it by its more specific name.

And Bleach live cast will be hilarious. I'd pay to watch just to laugh at it, but then I'd be supporting Kubo and his continued ignorance of his dropping writing skills, so I'll just download it.

I think this is something that can be done AFTER Oda completes his masterpiece.

Oda can then devote some time to it, and by then who knows, maybe MMO development will enable such complicated games to be made
