I'll make some risky predictions:

• Orochi is DEAD. For real. No resurrection, no ink clone, no extra heads from his DF. Dead.

• Once Kanjuro, the last Kurozumi, learns of Orochi's dead, he won't join Kaido, but assume the main role as the bane of the Kouzuki, and try to wipe them out, hunting Momo and Hiyori down, with manic determination, as the last thing he does.

I like the idea of Momo & Hiyori being the ones to defeat Kanjuro (he should be seriously injured by Kiku, so this is very possible)

• I think Yamato is a trap. He's lying. He seems nervous about the cuffs being removed (because they are false). He seemed to know advanced armament haki since he was able to counter Luffy's last chapter. His father respects his choice to be a man and trusts him enough to give him the rule over Wano. He uses his father's fighting style rather than Oden. He's luring Luffy to his father to prove his worth. And his reward will be Orochi's DF: the Yamata no Orochi.

Kinda disagree on this one. I think Yamato is real, if only because his disappearance was such a big deal to the point of the Tobi Roppo being involved in the search. And judging by their reaction (Ulti's to be exact), this is definitely not the first time and implies rebellion from Yamato.

• Kaido knows about the invasion. He knows everything through Caribou. He's about to give the Kouzuki que same choice he gave to the Kurozumi followers.

Yeah.. We haven't seen Caribou ever since Udon… Though it's kinda hard to imagine how he got to Onigashima in the first place. Hitching a ride during the whole Big Mom shebang? But if so, then he couldn't have possibly known anything about the invasion plan.

Would've loved it if Garp were there when Shirahoshi was being taken. We've seen Garp breaking rules to do what's right, but defying a Tenryuubito is an entirely different story altogether. So I'm really interested in seeing what he would've done.

Anyway. MangaStream's version is out and their translation clears up a couple of things (Jaimini's translation is a bit confusing for me this chapter). Interesting note: Mangastream translation is Locks, instead of Rocks. So I guess we'll just have to resort to Stephen to sort it out.

Even if he throws down with Daifuku, it won't be a dedicated battle like we have with Katakuri, nor should it be because at this point it would prolly rob the momentum plot-wise. Besides, it's hard to make a believable scenario of him fighting Daifuku alone when we have the rest of the crew onboard. If anyhting, we'll have a short skirmish and that's it. Here's hoping it'll be a short, awesome skirmish.

17 pages. We get 17 pages every week, 19 if there's a colour spread. The last time there was a chapter that was actually shorter than usual was back in the Seducing Woods. But every week there's someone complaining about short chapters.

I was actually saying it felt short because it's a good chapter, every good chapter will always feel short (just like good movies, music, etc). Not really complaining here.

Damn this chapter felt short. I wish they can put out more pages when a chapter is this awesome

I'm glad Sanji isn't as downplayed as the spoiler sounded, but this does seem like we won't get a 1v1 from Sanji. It's a bit too late for that, I think. The story should now focus to escaping from BM's territory and the resolution of those remaining threads, i.e BM's hunger, Capone, and the Vinsmokes.

I prefer to think that the whole "energy" of friendship etc was just Nighteye's own interpretation. While in reality, the future changed mainly due to Eri's power. I mean, c'mon, the power to see the future VS the power to rewind time? One of em is bound to go haywire.

Japan can't do live action or drama/tv series well to save their lives, I don't know why

Experience, probably? Hollywood took years (decades, maybe?) to finally get a comic adaptations right, so maybe Japan will eventually does too. Eventually.
Too bad, though, I was kinda hoping Rurouni Kenshin wouldn't be just a fluke and it would mean Japan has finally gotten the formula of Manga adaptation right. Alas.

• We don´t know his real age. He might be older than what he looks because of his genes and whatever Froese ate while she had him.
• He´s in every single scene of danger, and always manages to overcome his shortcomings.
• We never actually saw him fight. He might be a lot stronger than what we think and we have no idea. Maybe he gets serious when in actual danger.
• He survives through every trial put ahead of him, just like Komatsu, who´s weak and defenceless when he doesn´t have Toriko around. That´s Food Luck if I ever saw it.
• The monkey King choose him as his waifu. Zonge must be really strong go take a pounding from that thing.

Zonge will be revealed as Acacia´s son and will have a role to play in his dismiss.
I actually think Star might be wrong and Toriko isn´t his brother.
Toriko´s real brother is Zonge. They were twins and no one knows. Toriko and Zonge will fuse into Tonge and defeat Acacia.

This kinda post is exactly the reason why we need rating buttons. This one deserves the Awesome button

Just realized something after seeing Kaido again, anyone else suddenly remembers the.. umm. Cow King / Gyumao / or whatever the hell the name is? U know, the Cow King from Journey to the West. It's probably due to that huge horn of his and that giant club/mace.

And if this is true, that Kaido is based on the Cow King, it won't be far-fetched to think that Kaido n Luffy will end up as friends. Cause he n Songoku was on a pretty good terms in the Journey to the West story; and in a lot of iterations I've seen, the cow always ended up in good terms with the monkey (in DB, he even became Goku's father-in-law).

I know that even if Oda based Kaido from the Cow King, he wouldn't necessarily follow the original lore, just throwing out ideas here.

Still lacking Bagheera and Baloo. So it doesn't count!!!

For some reason space is the exception, you don't say it like "I'm at the beach" or "I'm at the mountain" or "I'm in the whale forest secret tree" but "I'm in space" or "Uchihas in SPACE!"

I think the reason being that in all your other examples, there is a specific place ure referring to. At the beach; at the mountain, it'll refer to a specific beach or mountain. But space is just… space, there isn't a specific 'space'. We might add 'the' when space travel is common and we have colonized other planets (so by saying "I'm at the space", u might be referring to a certain planet's space)

okay… that was an awesome cliffhanger. I mean, the students (and us, the readers) didn't really need an 'authorization for combat' cause they're already in deep shit (what else would you do?); but nevertheless, seeing it spoken (with a double spread) made a whole lotta difference. I see this as an author who was given the opportunity to revisit his story. My job is making videos and there are times when I look back at an old work and thought to myself "This scene would've been better if I added this thing" or "The story would've been better if I added this scene before it", and I think this is exactly what happened to ONE. Especially considering that ONE's webcomic has far surpassed the current redrawn chapter, it gives him a much better context regarding a specific arc/chapter.

I believe that given the exact same opportunity, even Oda will add a thing or two to early chapters of OP (as most author would, IMO)

Here's the latest theory floating around the internet about who Lash is.

! Lash is Andrew. It could explain why Lash spared Daisy and how Lash is getting info on Inhumans (from SHIELD initially), along with why Andrew all of a sudden left May during their vacation.
! Don't know if I'd buy into it, but I don't know why they would hide Lash's identity and hint that he could transform into a normal human other than to have a reveal later meant to be surprising to our heroes. So we're bound to see Lash in human form before finding out his/her identity.

! Really liking Gonzales X Coulson scenes so far, looking forward for more of them. And the return of the original team was nice, looking back at the beginning of the series, u can see how much things have changed.
! Skye keeps getting her badass badges here n there apparently, setting her up for Quake (as in finally joining the Avengers? Or at least Civil War?).
! Well, now we know what Theta protocol is about (roughly), and we know how Coulson & the events in AoU connects, and since the next episode will be about post-AoU it's time we address this little SHIELD-ception we have going on. It's easy to see Bobbi turning her back from Gonzales, but I'm really interested in seeing how all of this would end: Coulson retakes SHIELD? Another agency forming (with the announcement of a spin-off, it seems very possible it'll end up like this).
! And the Inhumans? Skye & Raina is clearly disrupting the status quo there so I can't imagine things in Afterlife will remain the same after the season finale.
! And lastly, now that HYDRA is finally gone, who'll be the next big bad?
! Well. 3 episodes and 2 more weeks to go.

I did see the resemblance, but even TDK's Joker's makeup isn't exactly unique. Kefka's makeup is very similar to the Joker's, and the former came first.

I've always thought that DoFla's personality is kinda based from the Joker, so I like thinking that the older brother got the personality while the younger brother got the looks.

Am I the only one who thinks that?
