RE: Episode Ninety Five, "The Javacast" (Chris Sabat, Monica Rial, Eric Vale)
The microphone was facing them, and there were more of us than them.

RE: Voice Actors and why we love them!
After this weekend, Christopher Sabat, Eric Vale, Monica Rial, and Billy West are up their on my voice acting god list.

RE: Traveling Sketchbook 2.0
Looking beautiful. Thanks a lot guys. You're really moving this sketchbook fast lately. I really hope to give it a second run.

RE: Funi TV Discussion (Saturday Night/Sunday Morning 1:00 a.m., USA Toonami)

There is no god.
Wait, seriously, Beyblade's still alive?

yah-ha
Sir, that I might have gone on for a really long time, but was without a doubt the funniest thing I've seen out of all this campaigning. Amazing! I love Eneru's face on the moon.

RE: Prelim #19
VOTE FOR ENERU!!!
A0Ps4u-UzpM
Because he likes Jack in the Box.

RE: South Park
It's humorous in way that what South Park uses as material is not even an exaggeration. It's the friggin' truth.
-
RE: South Park
It's sad that it took South Park to turn me off of Family Guy. After Cartoon Wars, Family Guy only seemed to fit the bill of everything South Park called them out on, and they never tried to improve. It only got worse and worse, and there were even more cut aways and even crappier writing. I remember I used to love the cut aways in Family Guy, then again I was 11 at the time.

RE: Pokemon's Fifth Generation
Can't believe they are FINALLY going to go through with it. Wonder if waiting this long will be a bad move on their part.
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
I'm hoping it's a work in progress because I think a lot more can be done with it. I think the whole crew should at least be featured on it. I wish the borders were changed too, but it doesn't change anything. I'm still gonna love this set.

RE: New Admin and Moderators
Senior status is great! The bestest part is when people send you PM's asking you to activate their account!
-
RE: Traveling Sketchbook 2.0
Lookin' great everybody. I love the Tarantino stuff and the realistic Keroro.
Shapeshifter said a long time ago that he'd be somewhere else for a while, so I don't think his current position is correct. You may just have to skip them and go to Mokenda.
-
RE: Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon coming, Spectacular doomed
Spectacular is done? Goddamnit, the show was friggin' awesome. It made the 90's cartoon look even crappier than it already was.
-
RE: Dragonball Discussion
Had no idea Sean could sing. He sounds great. Cannot wait to get this on Blu Ray.
-
RE: Preliminary Match #1
Surprised a little that Sengoku is beating out Zoro, but I think the people are tired of Straw Hats cleaning house. Also gave a vote for Dr. Blackbeard haha.
-
RE: Warm Up Match: "The Omake Battle"
Givin' my respect to the No Respect Crew.
-
RE: Traveling Sketchbook 2.0
Nice to finally see some new drawings, no matter what they are.
-
RE: Episode Eighty Three, "Back in Black"
Dawwwwwwwwwwwwww you guys are too kind.
-
RE: Traveling Sketchbook 2.0
Coral you're excused, because I believe I hold the title for killing the first sketchbook, so nobody's as bad as me.
-
RE: Episode Eighty Two, "Chop Chop Podcast" (Mike McFarland)
I got to listen to that live. I was amazed by the improvisation, and tried to hold back my laughter.
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Okay guys, we're 6 posts away from 10,000, time to stop. There's a new thread, best to move in there before the eviction notice.
:wassat: You wanna double check your math on that?

RE: Episode Eighty Two, "Chop Chop Podcast" (Mike McFarland)
I know it's really tough to go into character recommendations sometimes. It's really hard to be able to explain characters perfectly. I think when we did it with Tatum it was successful too. We got down the key things about the character and he either showed his interest or laughed hysterically (Absalom).
I think we should get some example pics to show our guests though. If they have Skype it would be easy.

RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
I don't really feel downloading the podcast. Can someone just summrise it for me please.
Certainly!
! >! >! Download it.
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
I find it hard just to get peers that don't currently have a time consuming career to sit through a 500+ episode series
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Dub Smoker is retarded-awesome. Can't get over it. That clip was aces, and that actor is getting a free beer if he ever runs into me, that's for damn sure.
You're interviewing Our Lord and Master?! Shit, son, I am there! Ask him what it's like to be so fucking great!
We did the interview three weeks ago. Once you watch it, you'll know the answer.
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Surprised I was patient enough to put it aside and finish my second viewing of 5th voyage, but now I'm all set! Some awesome episodes I wanna see on this set
-
RE: The Podcast Convention Circuit
Ahh man!!! I guess if there is a Podcast Panel at NYAF it might be enough to pull me away from the NYCC side of the whole thing (NYAF and New York Comic Con will be running alongsideā¦so....)
I still don't understand how all of that is gonna go down. It's gonna be a disaster.
-
RE: Volume 57 Prediction Thread
Is that add saying there are One Piece themes available on the PSP?
-
RE: One Piece Podnami Promos
Of course! Why would we stop at two? We have plenty already recorded by Ed, I just have to make them, so definitely more to come.
-
RE: Episode Seventy Seven, "Face Off"
Haha, that's a good one.
-
RE: The One Piece Vidcast
@Badass:
Just to be sure, that is Mike Mcfarland you're sitting down with, right?
Yes that's him. Are you excited yet?
-
RE: Episode Seventy Five, "Twelve Years Later"
Just reminded Zach we've seen two "D' deaths already. Saul and the king himself, Roger.
-
RE: One Piece Collectibles v.3
I got my Crocodile, I got my Franky, I got my Smokerā¦ Now, there's only one thing left to do.
GIVE ME MY GODDAMN ENEL!
For Tatum's sake, let us have one!!!
I'm psyched about all these new P.O.P.'s, too bad I don't have a single one. I hope to start collecting them.
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Mr. 3 is Link and Hiei? I guess I need to stop hating on Mr. 3's voice so much.
-
RE: Vic Mignogna will be on the OPP this weekend!
@ThegreatPirateKing:
Well this is rather annoying. I've encoded all the dubbed songs from One Piece so far and you just happen to get not only the actor who sings the most songs but one of the four who writes the lyrics as well. Bet you'd be recording at some time when I won't be online either (4am on a school night? I need the sleep).
DAMN YOU.
-
RE: The Piece Together Thread
It's totally cool, I totally forgot about that comic. I loved it when I first saw it, and I still do.
-
RE: The Piece Together Thread
Wow, Seraph, do we even have to answer the question now?
-
RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Got around to watching the first disk of S2V4 last night (Vivi pictures on the way :) ) and I am extremely unimpressed with Crocodile.
Not really the voice so much as the direction and script. They have him talking relatively fast and rough. Sub Croc sounds like a ruthless high society mastermind. Dub Croc sounds like a thug.
They didn't keep the laugh either. -300 points for Funi.
If Funi tried recreating that laugh, Crocodile would sound like the Count.
