After spending fifteen minutes on the second test I realized why I stopped doing cleaning in the first place; it's boring. But if you're ever in need of page colorists keep me in mind and I'll show you some of my work.
And igalsfy is entirely right; it takes more time to perfect these scans than you'd think. You may find a majority of the scanlation community to be incredibly cynical; coloring, editing, translating, and releasing, it's all to be perfect otherwise you'll come under the attack of many critics. You may think it sounds silly as scanlation is supposed to be a fun hobby and only there to help people out, but it's a reality. And if you're not bringing something new to the table, as igalsfy already mentioned, you're better off not bringing anything.
I don't want to sound so pessimistic but I've seen these attempts never leave the ground; and groups rise and falter. The other reality is it's very difficult to pick up on good members, you will get a lot of empty promises seeing as very little people will realize how vital your deadlines are.
So if you're doing this for fun, have at it. If you're really trying to be known for something though, prepare for a lot of work and criticism. But hell, either way, it's worth a try.
