You've actually played Dreammix tony-kun? It looked awesome from those youtube vids I saw. I wanna know how Snake and Simon played in that game. I'm still trying to get that game as we speak.
Super Smash Bros Brawl

Guess my memory is a little shaky. I remember seeing barbie and this beyblade dude and deciding it wasn't worth it.
Good thing I did tho, as the site I was going to order it from was shut down for stealing people's money.
No I didn't play it. I remember it looking pretty bad tho, even by standards back when I saw it.
If you want to buy it, there are a few EBay auctions open.

Bomberman also was with Wario in a game, so I think that gives him better chances.
Yeha, I'm going with him as the likely 3rd Party character. I also think Megaman (the original) has a good chance, as does a Belmont.
As for Sonic…I honestly think it's 50/50 now. I don't see any convincing reasons for any sides of the arguement. Personally, I'd think it would be cool though.
-
If Sonic was in, I'd pick him just to annoy people who hate Sonic online. Although I personally don't mind Sonic, just as long as Shadow is nowhere in sight.
-
I hope Tails, Knuckles, or Eggman appear as AT's if he's in it though.
Dr. Robotnik can be in his ball-and-chain from Sonic 1, Knuckles can do some punching attacks, and Tails can fly by in the Tornado. :)
-
Robotnik is the only redeeming thing of the Sonic series I think. :/
-
I'd be willing to forgive Sonic being playable if Robotnik was as well. He was always my favorite aspect of the series.
I honestly can't think of any characters other than Little Mac and King DeDeDe that I really, really want. Maybe Olimar and a completely revamped Ganondorf.
-
I played the Dream Mix game a little bit.
The idea itself behind the gameplay wasn't really horrible, but it was executed pretty badly and most of the characters (except Optimus and a couple others I think) only had one or two special moves with slightly different variations to fill up moveset space.
-
I'd like to see King Hippo (Punch Out) and Bald Bull as Assist Trophies.
They could add that Starfi character from the GBA games. Those games only come out in Japan tho, but I do remember Nintendo owning the character and Wario making a cameo. Probably a few Golden Sun and Advance Wars characters too. And a playable Ridley.
-
Bomberman and dedede are the only two that come to mind of people I want. Meta knight was on that list.
Krystal with the staff would be nice too since Ima starfox fan, but other than that, I really don;t want many people. Fine with the roster as is.
-
Main people I'd like to see are Sukapon, Little Mac, Stafy and King Dedede. I'd like Waluigi and Kamek too, but I don't think they have much of a chance outside AT.
-
The only ones I really wanna see (that actually are logical, no Yami Yugi or Croagunk) are Bomberman, King DeDeDe, and Munchlax.
-
Croagunk should be a Pokeball Pokemon that comes out and sits there, staring at the enemy until they just spontaniously die on the spot.
-
Thinking logically, the only characters I really want that actually have a chance are Olimar, Little Mac, Dedede, and maybe Tom Nook. Anyone else would just be the icing on the cake.
-
The characters I want that actually have a chance of getting in the game are Olimar, Dedede, Bomberman, K.Rool, and Diddy (I'd love to see Dixie as well, but Diddy has the better shot) and I wanted Deoxys but those hopes already went out the door. (and I can live with that as long as Lucario isn't playable)
One of the characters I wanted was someone from Animal Crossing, and it looks like that'll happen so I'm happy about that.
-
I think Lucario has great chances, like him or not.
He's pretty much one of the main dudes people associate Gen 4 with, along with Munchlax, Dialga, and Palkia.
Dialga and Palkia would make awesome Pokeball Pokemon, imo. Dialga could slow down time while Palkia distorts the stage.
-
Yeah. I'd say Lucario has a pretty high chance of making it in.
Oh yeah, K. Rool. I'd love to have him in too.
Ever notice how villains in Nintendo games tend to be big dudes?
-
With the "subspace" inclusion, I actually wouldn't be surprised to see Wart in this game.
-
What is this "subspace"?
And I'd like to see some new game bosses this time around too. No more Master Hand/Crazy Hand and all that. I'd like a Nintendo Boss or a new original character. I really hated the Hands due to lack of innovation.
-
I would like to see Wart in the Brawl,Shooting bubbles at the characters XD
-
I liked the Hands, because it's kind of lame to have the villain of one franchise somehow become everyone's adversary… or something. I was hoping the boss of Melee would be Miyamoto's giant, floating head.
The exception is Dr. Mashirito because he's fucking ingenius.
-
For Brawl boss. -
Yeah, Nintendo villains always seem to be big, bulky guys, but that's fine. Always preferred those type of characters.
Bowser, Wario, King K. Rool, Ganondorf, King Dedede, Black Shadow, etc.
-
Haha Wow, I had the same thought of fighting Miyamoto too.
The main reason I wanted something different instead of hands was because Nintendo has an Ocean of characters to choose from so It got old the second time they used hands in Melee. But I'd be fine if the hands stayed as a sub-boss with an original character as the final.
I just thought, it'd be pretty cool if you fought the Hands again, only this time, they are using a Wii mote to fight you. That'd be awesome.
-
I always thought Hand was a genius choice for a boss. And story wise - of the little there were story - it made sense.
-
I never did like Master Hand he's to hard to beat with or without Crazy Hand
-
Wasn't the entire story concept behind Smash Bros. that some Nintendo nerd started playing with his figurine collection?
-
Miyamoto would be awesome. I always tought of him being of a Mario Size in the Game, and his level could be the forest where he used to play as a child, and then, the level could change randomly; plus Miyamoto could summon clones of characters, the hands and random trophies when his head splits open; and he could change of outfits, gaining perfected versions of the techniques of the characters he's cosplaying as, for example: Mario's fire ball to Ultra Fire, shooting a crapload of big fire balls like in SMRPG. His final could be the combinated force of every final of the Nintendo Characters.
-

He's hard to beat if you're paraplegic.
-

Master Hand was far easier in melee with the whole middle air dodging, but that's just my oppinnion. Seriously, the hardest fight in the game was Giga Bowser, and only because you couldn't afford to waste your time with Ganondorf and Mewtwo…
-
I had beat Master Hand with all the characters in Melee but it's very hard to beat Master Hand and Crazy Hand togather
-
Anyways, if Cackleta makes a cameo, then I'll be happy! :D
She could either atack with random thunderbolts or use Time Magic to slow down a character or even use Demi for all that I care. XD
Anyways, how much of a sucess was Mario & Luigi in Japan?
-
What about the Regginator as a boss?
-
@Mr.:
[qimg]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/8b/RYUTA.JPG[/qimg]
For Brawl boss.Cool as it sounds, I think Dr. Ryuta Kawashima would be more fitting as an assist trophy.
And going back to Megaman for brawl, I think Eddie and Auto as ATs would be friggin' awesome.
-
Power Glove for final boss!
It's so Bad!
-
Is sonic in this game yet?
-

Not with teh jiggs.
-
That battle was one of the easiest with Jigglypuff's sleep attack.
No news about Sonic in Brawl.
Though I'm Iffy on another 3rd party character. Though we need atleast two 3rd party characters. -
That battle is easy, period. With just about anybody. Ganondorf and Mewtwo are, like, Level 5 CPU's in that fight.
Captain Falcon's Knee of Justice >>>>>> Event 51.

I vote Peach's Down Smash over here… Particulary because since CPU Ganondorf's do Up+B over and over and over, so being in the air near him is a nuisance.
Giga Bowser's cake with the Knee though, ahaha.
-
Ganondorf is actually easier because he spams his Up + B. Just jump towards him, then back away a bit. He'll do his Up + B and totally whiff it.
-
Yeah, I'm no good at reacting in air, though, mah.
On second thought, you could just "sh stomp spam until Knee" both of them until they die. It would be fast, either way.
-
Thats what I did to make him comit suicide.
I hated fighting mewtwo.
-
SHFFL Knee always curb-stomped the CPU. S'pretty easy to win any CPU-related match with just using that one move.
-
I just spammed Jigglipuff's B-Forward to clean the arena, then used B-Down to anhililate Giga, and then finished off either Mewtwo or Ganondorf before the thing came back.
But with Pikachu…..Yeah, it was a bit hard, and you know how Pikachu's defense suck. I think I've found harder that fight than the others because Pikachu is actually more useful against the Hands, and Pikachu is like the character I play the most with.
-
Toad Haters! XD
Anyhow, I'm an eager beaver for tonight's update! I hope they confirm Peach so those jerks at Wikipedia can put the checkmark near her name saying she's confirmed on the playable character chart. Whew, what a mouthful!
I would love it if Nintendo did a double character confirmation like they did on June 7. They confirmed both Kirby and Pikachu that day. -
Peach is confirmed. She was shown in a picture in the last update IIRC.
-
I know that Mr. Evil! The idiots at Wikipedia are trying to say she isn't. What I mean by confirmed is that she gets an official character overview like all the other characters shown so far.
-
Gohn's roommate and good friend used to use Jigglypuff, and all he'd do is fly around and spam Pound. Over and over again.
Noah is a bit better, but all he does is try to land Pikachu's d.Smash, even though it's a pretty crappy move.
-
Since you guys are discussing characters you're good at using, I guess I'll confess that I love using Kirby and Yoshi. Both have good jumps, fun stomping attacks, and can eat their opponents. I don't know if I would last competitively though.
I love being cheap with the stomps though. Tee hee!
